• Mary (1/5): Filthy facility, dirty sheets, bathroom, towels, counter tops & floors with a lying manager.. - Location Reserved this place in July for a September sister's trip; we had been planning for a year. It was filthy when we arrived. A load of soured towels were in the washing machine, hair & food on the floor & counter tops. We had to wait for the cleaning crew, wasted 2 hours of our time. We planned on cooking but it was so late after the cleaning crew left, we had to buy dinner out; not in our budget. The man with the cleaning crew said the manager messed up the schedule. But later found out HE WAS THE MANGER. Then he lied again when we asked for the owners information, it was HIS information. Unprepared & unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend this facility.

• Raylene (9/5): Excellent home base to explore Banff and Jasper - The Bow Valley Chalets townhouse was a great place to stay for exploring Banff and Jasper. The beds were super comfortable, there was plenty of space for 2-4 people, great location, quiet surroundings, and nice to have reserved parking. The kitchen was helpful for making breakfast and dinners. We used the washer and dryer several times since we packed light. I would definitely stay there again. I would like separate bins for garbage and recycling...taking care of nature.

• Oldrich (7/5): Beautiful place, not worth the money - Great location, really nice space, comfortable and cozy 140 dollar cleaning fee and they still have you take out garbage, do dishes and laundry. I find this practice as a borderline scam. Sure it's legal, but I'm not a fan of business model based on squeezing everything you can out of your customers Also we were driving an RV, which didn't fit in the provided parking stall, the owner was somewhat helpful to find parking alternative, but sending us to a campground out of town isn't the best solution. I asked for cancellation if there was no solution to parking, which was ignored

• Heather (9/5): Very comfortable stay with plenty of room for 6 people. - The beds were very comfortable and all the essentials were there. It’s just a small thing but the property could do with a few more mirrors. There’s only one in the bathroom and when 4 people are trying to get ready in the morning it’s a bit of a battle

• Samuel (5/5): Looks can be deceiving... - The location was great, 10 minutes from everything The place was much older and more run down than the photos portray. There were over a dozen dirty toy cars in the coffee maker when we tried to use it. The hosts are extremely unaccommodating if you run into any issues or travel hiccups.
