• Imelda (9/5): Clean and spotless, located in central which is really good. Facilities were all there. - It has everything that you need. It is spotless and located in central so it was easy to go everywhere. Nothing that I don’t like, but a few extra laundry liquid would be good and also the shower gel.

• Kempapidis (8/5): Great but not amazing. - Comfy bed and more than one pillows. Nicely renovated. Good location. Not properly clean as I stepped on a half eaten gummy bear. The hot water runs out too quickly.
• Devis (8/5): Appartamento pulito, curato e conforme alla descrizione, con qualche piccolo dettaglio migliorabile. - Appartamento conforme alla descrizione, molto curato e moderno in ogni dettaglio. Pulizia impeccabile e arredamento recente, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Letto e cuscini un po’ scomodi, e la stanza affacciava sulla strada, risultando leggermente rumorosa nonostante gli ottimi infissi in alluminio. Per due persone e quattro giorni c’erano solo due piccole boccette di shampoo e bagnoschiuma, più un solo asciugamano da mani e uno da bidet, anche se erano presenti due grandi da doccia.

• Fabio (9/5): Ottima base per visitare e vivere Madrid - La posizione centrale vicino alla fermata della metro e a poche centinaia di metri dalla plaza Mayor, con nelle immediate vicinanze numerosi ristoranti il distacco dei gestori della struttura, un incaricato per la consegna delle chiavi e il telefono per i successivi contatti.
• ERIC (9/5): Super appartement bien placé gérer par des investisseurs! - L’emplacement au Top , la propreté le confort du lit et la salle d’eau. Le balcon sans table ni chaise pour apéro ou p’tit dej… Le kit d’arrivée capsule café , savon shampoing , lave vaisselle et serviettes identiques pour un week end et un séjour d’une semaine( sommes restés 6 jours!)Inutile de prévenir de votre heure d’arrivée par mail puisqu’il faut appeler 30 mn avant votre arrivée !

• Julieta (10/5): We loved it. - Everything! Our stay was very comfortable. The property had everything we needed, fridge, washing machine, dish washer, ac, etc. no complaints whatsoever. We enjoyed our stay at this place. Nothing.
• Laura (6/5): Pleasant - Location is very nice, just two blocks away from La Latina metro station, close to many bars and really nice area. apartment is cozy and comfortable for a few days. Check-in process wasn't great, wouldn't recommend unless you have an active phone line in Spain (since you need to call to coordinate). The man who handed us the keys had to do multiple check-ins in different locations so we had to rush to get over there and get the keys. The apartment is nicely decorated and comfortable for two people, however some things were clearly left over from the prior guests and not re-supplied for us, like a single coffee pod and muffin, or shampoo. It was also on a first floor very close to the street level, so it can be very noisy.
• Ivana (1/5): The staff was awful - They demanded 500€ deposit and were supposed to give it back the day we leave. We did not give the deposit 2 weeks after and paid 470€ back
• Raul (8/5): All nice except check in process - Property is very nice and clean with all the things you need The check in process. They have a management company that insists on coming in person to give you the keys. But they have early check in fees and late check in fees as a result. It’s just a deceitful upsell. I checked in at 20:30 and had to pay €30 . If I came later it would have been €50. I would not stay again in a property managed by Luxury Apartment Rentals
