• Anna (1/5): Horror! - Das Apartment ist auf den Bildern schöner als es wirklich ist. Die Couch ist klapprig und billig und nicht die am Foto. Im Vorhaus ist der Spiegel gebrochen, es fehlt ein großer Teil und dort sind sehr scharfe Kanten - Verletzungsgefahr! Der Boden war dreckig und am Balkon waren Blumengeschirre voll mit Zigarettenstumperln. Im Kühlschrank waren Eier vom Vormieter und auch im TK-Fach waren Altbestände. Im Bad schlägt der Lüfter irgendwo gegen - großer Lärm. Hierzu wurde uns vom Vermieter geraten einfach das Licht nicht mehr einzuschalten ... Wir haben uns sehr schlecht betreut gefühlt.

• Ružica (9/5): Opet bi ponovili boravak - Objekt je čist i lijep. Odlična lokacija za cijenu opet bi došli. Do centra grada jako jednostavno. Previše neiskorištenog prostora u stanu. Kauč je premali za dvije osobe, a dovoljno mijest u stanu za veći kauč ili dodatni krevet. To je samo sugestija

• Christofer (8/5): Very pleasant, tidy, and I'd gladly come back again. - Very bright, well equipped, and very nice, but the shower screen is a bit small and there is no shower curtain despite the holder. Otherwise, everything is very good. I recommend bringing a shower sponge with you as there are none on site.

There is no 24h parking in the Thermes; they close at 11 pm. - Not enough facilities - no washing machine, microwave and toaster - Not enough shelves and hanging hooks for a family of 4 - Check-in and -out hours - 4 pm and 10 am - A construction site outside the windows that starts very early. - Bugs that fly from the balcony

• Marta (8/5): Apartment near Wien Therme - Nice and modern apartment. Well equipped. Location super close to a U-bahn station and Wien Therme. No shop in close proximity. The apartment could do with having an info sheet provided with some tips on ei. what to do with the rubbish, how to get to the nearest grocery store.

• Manuelfomitescu (9/5): Superb - - the apartmant was new, very well equipped - the position is good, U1is 2min away, ViennaTherme is in the same location, parking slots available on the street from Saturday-Sunday but also the therme parking is in front, so a lot of space and green zone around - a big park for walking and relaxing near the apartment - mini kitchen well equipped, fridge, coffe machine, boiling, oven, free wifi - verry clean, nice view, big windows with blinds available

• Bogdan (3/5): Nice apartment with bad management - Great location. Close to a big park and U bahn. Good instructions. The apartment is located in a brand new fancy building. Further, it has a premium brand kitchen appliance. And for God's sake there is like 20+ years or simply an overused sofa that breaks the whole experience. They imagined two adults sleeping there. The cheapest Sofa is premium for the one in the apartment. There is no mop in the apartment so it is not clear for me how to clean up the floor. The apartment was not cleaned properly, especially the floor inside. There was plenty of dust when we checked in. A great nice looking balcony is empty. 15 euros garden set will be enough. However we had an issue with the dishwasher and the owner or people working for him were not able to fix it. That is fine since it was a weekend. The issue was their attitude and expectation of myself as a guest to be their servant and fix broken things. Apartment with potential that requires better human management
• Fredrik (4/5): Unpersonal apartment in the middle of nowhere (unless you plan to go to the thermal baths) - The apartment was clean and looked quite nice. There was a Nespresso coffee maker and coffee available, as well as tea. The apartment has a good kitchen with frige, freezer and dishwasher, that would be good for a long stay. The apartment is located in an office/apartment building in the outskirts of Vienna. There is basically nothing around except for the thermal baths (Therme Oberlaa). The location is not very good, unless you plan to visit the thermal baths. The building has more of an office feeling to it, and the apartment is quite unpersonal. We were travelling with two children and were disappointed that the bed sofa was not prepared upon arrival. The bed sofa was also broken, which meant that we had to put the children on a mattress on the floor.
• Brigitta (10/5): Nice apartment, with easy subway access. - It really is a nice apartment. The location is at the end of Metro line 1, that gives you easy access to the city center, Prater, or anything else you might need. The couch is stained, and has a hole. For a short stay, it did not bother us, but maybe if you are staying for longer, it will.
• Ioannis (9/5): Superb - Great apartment, with a lots of space. Very clean and with all the equipment needed. Great location next to the terme and the park, easy access to the centre with the metro. It could benefit from a better quality, more comfortable mattress, that is why it is not a tener

• Monika (10/5): We couldn't imagine better place to stay in! - Location was great (tube within walking distance, near the prettiest park I've ever seen), the apartment was clean and bright, very well equipped. The host was lovely - very helpful and open to answer any questions. Everything was awesome, no drawbacks
• Hana (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, bright appartment. Good location few minutes away from u bahn. We needed cca 30minutes to city center. Location is right next to oberlaa therme and nice park for walks. Kitchen is equiped for basic needs.
