Comodo Peronal de limpieza entro a la Habitacion sin avisar. 10 min pasados las 11 , estamos conscientes de la hora de salida, pero estabamos terminando de recoger. No pbstante pienso que debio tocar la puerta no entrar abruptamente. Por lo demas todo excelente.

• Susana (10/5): El mejor lugar para hospedarse en Madrid - Una ubicación insuperable, camas cómodas y todo muy limpio, tal y como se ve en las fotos. La comunicación siempre fue muy fluida y las instrucciones para llegar fueron muy claras. Volvería sin duda porque tiene la mejor ubicación y fácil accesos a transportes e ir caminando a los diferentes lugares. Además de que estás en el corazón de Madrid en la puerta del sol y el monumento del oso de Madrid a unos solos pasos. Supers, restaurantes y comidas todo cerca. Por ocasiones se infiltraba el olor a cigarro y al ser tan céntrico al edificio entró una persona de la calle intentando entrar al área de los departamentos

• Lorenzo di Las Plassas (9/5): - The host sent me a wrong code and I stayed 30 minutes outside because who answered the phone was not able to help me. I had to call back and finally the second person I spoke to realized that the code they gave me was wrong
• Teresia (7/5): Good - Door code did not function, leaving us outside for hours. Door to bathroom did not close (or have a lock). Downstairs neighbour complained about water coming in as we showered. The nespresso machine was missing the capsule holder.

• Vouchheang (9/5): Superb - Updated, modern, and spacious apartment in an older building. The sliding glass doors to the bedroom were a nice touch. It was nice having two sinks in the bathroom. Internet was bad most of the time. Loved the location, but it's too busy and loud outside to get proper sleep.

• Simon (6/5): The 'unbeatable view' is currently a building site - Large apartment. Central location. Clean. As mentioned in a review from May 2022, the Puerta del Sol square is undergoing massive renovations that are both ugly, and very noisy on weekdays with a lot of machinery and stone grinding noise from around 7:30am. The small windows offer a side view but are in the bedrooms so the noise makes a difference to sleep quality. The apartment is in an old building containing multiple short let apartments and a hostel. The street level door and elevator are not security protected and open 24/7 so there may be people or events you do not expect (our morning departure encountered a pool of urine in the small elevator). Annoyingly, despite plenty of crockery and past comments, no food of any kid is provided (no coffee, milk, salt, pepper, oil, etc). A trip to the supermarket is frustrating and just not what I'd expect to have to do for an expensive apartment rental.
• Sharon (8/5): easy smart apartment in great location with easy access - the location was great and staff really helpful. easy check in instructions. the building has an elevator which makes it so easy with luggage. it would have been great if there was milk tea snd coffee. such a small thing but makes a difference. nowhere to put luggage but that’s understandable in a small space
