• Patricia (10/5): Once in a lifetime trip to Florence. - The location, rooms, washer and dryer. The elevator was enjoyable, so slow but quite entertaining. Better than walking the steps. Easy check in and check out. It was perfect.
• Louise (10/5): Great location, beautiful apartment! - Great location for exploring Florence & close to lots of fabulous cafes, restaurants & bars. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable & had a lovely view of the Duomo. The apartment is on the top floor, totally fine if your fit & able to take the stairs, it’s no issue & there is a lift which is very slow but great for luggage or if stairs are difficult. There was a strong smell from the drains. Also when we were there it was cool at night & we only had light blankets on the bed. I requested more blankets but unfortunately never got them.

• MARTET (10/5): Très belle expérience à Firenze, location superbe au cœur de la ville. - La localité au cœur de la ville , le confort et la vue de l’appartement, le garage avec voiturier… tout est très bien ! Un peu de bruit le soir.

• Emily (10/5): Exceptional - We loved this spot. Great fit for our group, mirrors and lots of outlets, nice amenities and very comfortable. Kitchen was great and the beds were comfortable. Hair driers in every room and great location. Has AC that works ok. The apartment does get some ambient noise from the street at night. Elevator was slow.

• Rodriguez (10/5): Perfect!! - Apartment is just like the pictures. Modern and very well furnishedLocation is great you can walk to all attractions in Florence. It has great reastaurants and cafes nearby. (Right next to the building was Braceria All'11 and we really enjoyed it) The apartment is on the 4th floor but has a small elevator so we had no problem with the luggage. The apartment was clean. We arrived early and they allowed us to drop off our luggage wich was great. It has washer and dryer but no detergent was provided. Across the street was a little market were we could get detergent. It also has a dryer but it doesnt dry clothes very well as it is non vented… It was faster to hang clothes to dry in the bedroom than to get them dried in the dryer. Kitchen was fully equipped but we really did not use it. The apartment has a loft bedroom with a full bathroom and the washer and dryer are also in the loft. The other two bedrooms are in the main floor with one of them having a small half bathroom en suite (just toilet and sink) and a full bathroom between the two bedrooms. This is a great apartment in a great location!
• Elena (9/5): No matter the little complications, the stay at this apartment was pleasant and good. - The apartment was new and comfortable, spacious and beautiful. The way you do the check-in, it is complicated, specially after driving long kilometers. The elevator is too little. And the parking is far away from the apartment, but that’s not a problem, because they solved it by very friendly garage staff, who are making everything very easy and organized, leaving you infront of the apartment and taking you from the apartment with your own vehicle.

• Ernestina (10/5): Exceptional - Very modern and comfortable. Has an elevator, location is perfect. Washer and dryer was a great adder. The information to get in and out was a bit confusing. Not that many forks and spoons. But everything else was excellent .
• Bozidar (7/5): Very good with small hiccups . - Location Could not adjust temp in the apartment. Supply’s like washer detergent were really low( it was not a big deal to buy them, though) There were not enough covers for sleep. It was inusually cold in apartment
• Fanny (9/5): The unit itself is nice, very spacious and comfortable for a group of 6 adults and one kid. - Beautiful furniture and lightings, clean and comfortable beds building elevator not functioning well, slow and always stops moving during the ride that only works again after alarm bell is pressed.
