• Carlos (1/5): Mala experiencia en un departamento bien ubicado pero muy poco cuidado - Buena ubicación. Estaba sucio y no tenía todos los servicios que aparecían en Booking
• Isabelle (1/5): Not as advertised and completely misrepresented and uninhabitable, we had to leave immediately. - Unfortunately, nothing about this property met even a basic standard. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong, overwhelming odour throughout the apartment, which seemed to be coming from an unplugged, broken fridge. Even after opening all the windows, the smell did not improve and was enough to cause headaches. The kitchen was filthy, with visible dirt and stains. The curtains in the bedroom were heavily stained and unhygienic, to the point where we avoided touching them. In the bathroom, there was visible mould on both the ceiling and the cornicing, along with a general state of disrepair across the entire apartment. The walls were in poor condition, dirty, heavily scuffed, and covered in holes from old anchors where pictures had once been. These are not minor issues; the property was clearly unsafe and unsuitable for a stay, particularly with young children. We made the decision to check out immediately and did not stay. I would strongly caution anyone considering this property to think carefully, as this was a genuinely unacceptable experience. The main issue was that the property was completely misrepresented and not fit for a stay. The apartment's condition fell well below any reasonable standard, particularly in cleanliness and maintenance. There were multiple hygiene concerns, including a strong, persistent odour, a dirty kitchen, and visible mould in the bathroom. In addition, the property was generally poorly maintained, and the apartment's overall condition indicated a lack of basic upkeep. It was also clear that the photos in the listing did not accurately reflect the property we were given. Upon closer review, it appears that the apartment we stayed in is not even the one shown in the listing, which is extremely misleading. When we raised these issues, the owner did not offer a refund and instead referred us to Booking.com’s terms and conditions, without addressing the property's condition. As a result, we are still working to resolve this through Booking.com customer support. Overall, this did not feel like a one-off issue, but rather a property that has not been properly maintained for some time. Travelling with young children, we found this unacceptable and had no option but to leave and arrange alternative accommodation at short notice.
• Leonardo (9/5): Ottima struttura - Posizione comodissima per spostarsi con i mezzi (dietro mauerpark). In generale un bell'appartamento e dotato di ogni comfort. Forse l'equipaggiamento per cucinare, un po' troppo vissuto, a mio avviso necessita di essere rimpiazzato.

• Mari (6/5): - Jättebra läge, perfekt för att utforska Berlin. Trevlig portier. Bekväma sängar och ett av två badrum nyligen renoverat. En del ny utrustning: litet kylskåp, brödrost, vattenkokare Köket var under förväntan. Två spisplattor av fyra fungerade, ugnen fungerade inte alls. Kastruller och stekpannor trasiga, skärbräde ofräscht.

• Kamen (8/5): Компромисен вариант за престой в Берлин. - Широко и с почти всичко необходимо. Близки супермаркети и спирки на обществен транспорт. Охрана на входа на сградата. Спокоен район. Чистотата не беше на добро ниво: имаше разни замърсявания по пода и в кухненската част, но с цел приятен престой си почистихме сами с наличните пособия оставени от наемодателят. Липсваха тоалетни принадлежности: душ гел, шампоан - лесно разрешихме от близкият супермаркет. Доста амортизирани кухненски шкафове, хладилник и уреди. Занемарени прибори и т.н. - стремяхме се да не обръщаме особено внимание. Една от вратите към терасата имаше проблем със затварянето, но проблемът беше навреме отстранен от наемодателя. Леко неудобство с ТВ - отново отстранен светкавично.

• Jan (2/5): Would not recommend - The keys were handed over by the owner, which was waiting for us. That was perfect The location is nice There was internet and a HDMI/Netflix/Youtuve comparible TV. The size of the apartment was as shown. The property's kitchen sink was _clogged_. Therefore the owner had to send some person to the apartment while we weren't there. That person barely repaired the sink, but then the next day - some one came to the apartment again - when we were outside, without (!) telling us that someone would come again (proven by the trash bags she left). Privacy problems. There was no plug to the bathtub, so you couldn't use it to have a bath. The kitchenet had a trash bin which smelled awfully The property said it has had a laundry machine, it didn't The property didn't have a microwave oven The property's sofa is not extendable.

• Rob (9/5): Overall, a very pleasant experience, very stress-free and a really nice area. - Excellent location, close to shopping facilities and public transport, very helpful and responsive owner. Nice small apartment with pleasant views. Plenty of storage and excellent water pressure in shower! Door staff were also very friendly and helpful. The floors/counters were a little sticky when we arrived, but not a big problem and we could clean this ourselves easily. A few key things missing, like certain utensils, oven trays, cleaning products, etc, but again, not a big problem for us. The drains were a little clogged but the owner was very responsive to fixing this for us.
