Albana (1/5): Wasted 1 full day of our short vacation trip - Location was great There was water from washing machine coming down with out turning the machine on the whole hallway and the bathroom was full of water, called downstairs to come check it out and they came to clean it after 3 hours. We used one of our towel and our clothes to take out the water my mother-in-law is diabetic and had a hip surgery luckily she didn’t fall while walking when we walked in at 1215 she was not able to use the bathroom and had to wait for someone to come and clean u 3.5 hours half of our day was gone waiting when we were told they were coming up from booking host and lobby
