• Natalia (10/5): Acomodação perfeita com acesso exclusivo à uma prainha muito boa com seguranças do prédio - Amei tudo na acomodação, muito cheirosa, limpinha, tinha tudo que precisava. Além da piscina que é muito boa, tem um mercadinho dentro do prédio 24h. Quando eu voltar para Salvador pretendo voltar para essa mesma acomodação.

• Scott Spencer (10/5): An unforgettable stay! breathtaking ocean views, amazing amenities, and the warm care of the host made us feel truly wel - I really liked the location it’s right next to the beach and close to everything. The building felt safe, the view was beautiful, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. I would recommend this place and would come back a thousand times. The apartment is on the 17th floor, and the ocean view from the bedroom, the balcony, and all the amenities of both the apartment and the building made me want to return. The building also has a convenient 24-hour self-service minimarket on level -2, as well as a great gym, laundry facilities, direct beach access, a beautiful pool, and incredible views, all truly excellent!. I also have to highlight Ana’s attention as a host, even before we arrived, she made sure our stay would be incredible. Her hospitality, her care in every detail, her quick responses, and the way she was always there for us whenever we needed something truly made the difference and make us want to come back. If you’re going to Salvador, I highly recommend staying with Ana! Thank you so much for the wonderful attention, we will very likely return!! The view of the ongoing construction, the loud noise, and the workers looking toward our balcony made us feel like we didn’t have much privacy. The apartment also doesn’t have an oven, which would have been useful for heating up pre-cooked meals. I also wish the bedroom had a sheer curtain (the thin, light curtain that lets natural light in while preventing people from seeing inside) in addition to the blackout one, that would have allowed us to keep the curtain open without feeling observed. Still, we didn’t let any of this stop us from enjoying such a wonderful place.

• dietmar (8/5): - Das Appartement ist sehr schön. Vor dem haus ist eine riesige Baustelle mit abbrucharbeiten und meheren baggern. Sehr laut und sehr lästig. Ich hätte mir eine warnung vor dem Kauf gewünscht.

• Gus (10/5): Exceptional - This place has everything you could possibly need, very clean with a breath taking view, the pool is just fantastic and easy access to a beautiful beach. Can't find a single bag thing to mention, just perfect.
• Susan (10/5): Absolutely delightful! - There is an vast ocean view from both rooms. Our favorite feature was the semi-private beach behind the building "Praia de Lara". We preferred it to the iconic Barra beaches described below. Clean water and sand, tree shaded in the morning, beautiful fish, never crowded. The unit was extremely well-appointed: lovely furnishings, all the kitchen equipment you could hope for including a water filter (no more runs to the store for bottled water, and so much better for the planet!) and expresso pod machine. The new building has every service you could imagine; great fitness room, co-working space (closed on the weekends, be advised). a swanky pool deck with an infinity pool that I never used because - with that beach, why would you? The building is brand new and the security is so extreme as to be intrusive - we will forever be haunted by the disembodied voice of the facial recognition locks that are everywhere - but we were safe, and that's important. This is a better unit for a couple or single with only occaisional guests on the sofa. The unit is a little small if you are using the sofa bed in the Livingrm/kitchen as a 2nd bedroom, as we were. But that's our fault for being cheap ;-)
• Ivona (10/5): GREAT PLACE _WORTH TO COME BACK - Very good location, the apartment is very nice furnished with full kitchen and bathroom equipment, you will find everything what you need for your stay. The place has beautifull sea view. The owner is super active, answering all our questions, and gave many recomendations as for place to visit, where to dine etc. The house is very safe, only people living in the house can enter the building there was nothing to dislike
