• Alexa (7/5): Comfortable flat in good location but would not choose to return. - The location Terrace with jacuzzi Concierge very helpful but only there part time. Inadequate entry instructions, reliant on local resident to let us in. Lobby door locked one day with no means of entry . Contacted emergency number- still awaiting response! Electric plug didn’t work in bathroom as very wobbly. Both televisions unusable

L’alloggio si trova in una posizione perfetta, nel cuore di Milano, comodamente vicino a numerosi servizi e punti di interesse, il che lo rende ideale sia per viaggi di lavoro che di piacere. L’appartamento è curato nei dettagli, molto carino e accogliente, offrendo un’atmosfera confortevole che fa sentire subito a casa. La vicinanza a ristoranti, negozi e mezzi di trasporto consente di muoversi facilmente per la città e di vivere appieno l’esperienza di Milano. Nel complesso, un pernottamento eccellente che consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi qualità, comodità e un tocco di charme nel centro cittadino. Ho scelto questo appartamento principalmente per la posizione centrale e per la vasca idromassaggio, che purtroppo non funzionava come previsto. Ho notato inoltre diverse macchie di muffa sulle pareti, cosa che ha un po’ rovinato l’impressione generale. L’aspetto più spiacevole è stato il check-out: era previsto per le 11, ma alle 11:10 il personale ha iniziato a bussare insistentemente alla porta mentre stavo uscendo. Questo comportamento, soprattutto considerando il costo del soggiorno, non mi è sembrato molto professionale. Per il resto, l’appartamento è carino e il soggiorno nel complesso è stato piacevole, ma ci sono aspetti da migliorare in termini di manutenzione e cortesia.
• Faten (8/5): من الخيارات الحلوة في الدومو - مره قريب من الدومو ثلاث دقايق مشي تقريبًا وآمنه نظيفة وماعليها وواسعة تكفي 4 بالراحة والبلكونة حلوه انا كنت حاجزة ليلتين يوم جت الساعة 12 الظهر بالليلة الاولى يتواصلون معي وانا طالعة وين المفتاح ويبون ينظفون عشان عميل جديد واقولهم اني حاجزتها ليلتين ويقولون لا و مدري وش ومصرّين واطلعي لو سمحتي واوريهم الحجز حقي انه ليلتين وقالو بنشيك ورجعو قالو اوه صح ليلتين سوري كملي، طيب تقروشوني لييه قبل ماتتاكدون؟ الحركة ماكنت حلوة مو احترافية وسببت لي توتر

• BARBARA (9/5): Posizione perfetta, splendida terrazza con vasca idromassaggio! Ci torneremo! - Appartamento moderno, pulito, la vasca idromassaggio top! Posizione eccellente! Personale molto disponibile! Nonostante l’appartamento fosse molto moderno, bisogna sistemare alcune cose per renderlo al top: - Faretti sopra la cabina armadio entrambi non funzionanti - Rubinetto del lavabo della cucina con acqua che esce in maniera strana e schizza ovunque - Qualche macchia di muffa nei muri sotto le finestre della camera - telecomando del televisore in sala mancante, quindi TV non funzionante
• Carey (8/5): Lovely apartment with a good sized terrace in a great location - The property is in a perfect location only a few minutes walk from the Duomo. The terrace is a lovely space and the extra space was needed as the apartment was small for four people. It is ideal for a couple. It was quite cramped for 4 people. It would not be suitable for 2 couples.
• Ian (5/5): Adequate - Location was very good Access wasn’t explained beforehand, nor the light switches and how the blinds worked. Issues with the remote control for the blinds, wrong batteries. The quality of the cleaning was not very good, needs a deep clean. The front door knob falls off as well as the bathroom door knob. Only one soap and one shower gel for the bathroom, so you need to keep moving from sink to shower.
• Kate (10/5): A hidden gem in the centre of Milan! - The location is absolutely fantastic, close to the Duomo and all of the amenities you could need. There was a gorgeous cafe just downstairs that we visited every morning for croissants and coffee. The property was modern, clean and very quiet considering how central it is. The terrace is lovely with very good views. Our host couldn’t do enough for us and was there to help with anything we needed. Check in was no problem and we were sent a video showing where we needed to go for the keys so it was easy. Nothing, we couldn’t fault it!

• Forest (6/5): - Le jacuzzi et l’emplacement offre un vrai plus à ce logement. Sa taille est satisfaisante pour 2 personnes. Le ménage n’avait quasiment pas été fait et la qualité des équipements n’étaient pas top. L’hôte s’est trompé dans les clefs du logement donc nous avons du attendre 2h avant de pouvoir y accéder ce qui est dommage.

• maxine (10/5): Fantastic apartment in a fabulous location! - Firstly the terrace with jacuzzi is absolutely amazing, what a brilliant way to wind down after a day walking around the city! The whole apartment is sleek and trendy and everything has been so well thought out. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay and we loved that the bedroom is completely separate to the living space/sofa bed so travelling with our child we still our own space in the evening. The location is ideal, so close to the Duomo and in such a nice part of Milan, that felt safe and very cosmopolitan even. Fab host, who communicates quickly and gave us all the info we needed to check in/out ourselves, which is perfect for us! We would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended to family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️
• Sebrina (8/5): Good location and great views in Milan - Close to sites, kind host, terrace and jacuzzi were amazing, AC worked great. Bed was uncomfortable. No extra blankets, pillows need to be replaced, no hand soap or hand towels.

• Bernhard (10/5): in Milan i will never stay anyplace else - Simple and very clear instructions to pick up the keys. The property was spotless. The location was phenomenal and literally a 2 minute walk to the Duomo. Facilities were great including the hot tub which sadly i used only once. Also liked the fact that despite being so close to everything, it was quiet and peaceful without traffic or tram noise and without people traffic Bed was perfect in the right hardness and blinds allowing a completely dark room wouldnt have them change a thing. or maybe if they do change one thing is leave instructions on how to open the shade blinds (i couldnt figure it out but i could also have just called them to find out so was really my problem
