• Helen (10/5): A great apartment in a perfect location. - Muhammad met us and showed us around. He was really helpful and communicative at all times. He made initial access and leaving very easy indeed. The apartment is beautiful and the location perfect. It could do with some new pillows and there was quite a lot of traffic noise - then again, we had the windows open!
• Robin (8/5): Excellent flat in a great position with a first class host. We shall return for a longer stay next - The host, Muhammad, was excellent and met us as arranged. As well as giving us the keys, he showed us round and explained all that we needed to know. He made our arrival very easy and enjoyable.

The property location is superb- public transport, restaurants, supermarket literally outside the door. Good size property. Everything we needed was in the property A bit noisy - traffic noise - but it’s London so what would one expect! Some aspects need an update - eg bed in one room was very soft - but minor issues really
• Denise (9/5): Despite comments above, this did not spoil our stay and we had a very enjoyable stay - Apartment was in a great location. The apartment was lovely and clean and agent was extremely helpful. We were a group of 4 friends and chose the property because it specifically described the sleeping arrangements as 4 separate beds (including sofa bed). However, on arrival there was no single bed and no spare bedding for sofa bed. The agent advised us that we should have made prior arrangements to request the additional single bed but this hadn’t been made clear in the description. However, the agent was happy to arrange delivery of this very quickly. The following feedback is not a complaint but I think should be noted: 1. Needs to be made clearer that additional bed needs to be requested 2. ⁠more pillows and bedding should be made available. Description includes sofa bed as an additional bed but there was no bedding 3. ⁠more cups and glasses required. Only 3 mugs for 4 people and only 2 champagne glasses and 2 wine glasses. 4. ⁠we broke a glass which we have replaced but there was no dustpan and brush or vacuum to clean up.

Convenient location with tube and train station just outside the property. And most of all, Muhammad was such a wonderful host, making the stay feel like home with his remarkable hospitality! Nil

Nothing. Our host was amazing and quickly fixed any issues. Just needs more utensil and plates. Their non stick stuff was amazing to cook with.

• Anna (10/5): Perfect for a central stay - Muhammad messaged me the day before with loads of information and answered any questions I had. He kept in touch and I was really impressed at how attentive he was. When we met, he showed us round the apartment and then sent further videos and information on how to use everything. I felt like we had nothing to worry about as he'd answer any queries. We didn't have any issues though and the apartment was perfect. Great location with loads of bars and restaurants nearby. We were 4 friends who really wanted separate beds which we got. The sofa bed and fold up bed were comfy as were both bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was lovely and warm there-something we were worried about as it was a cold weekend! The block itself is really well maintained and quiet. No issues with noise and hardly saw anyone the whole time we were there. Would definitely stay again. Everything was great.
