• Lisa (7/5): - Great location, beautiful house with great amenities. Bathrooms clean and spacious. Cleanliness was a concern. When we arrived, there were crumbs on the bench top, couch had stains and it appeared that the bedding had not been changed from the previous stay.
• Erica (7/5): Disappointing - The house has great potential in terms of design, but unfortunately our experience was not positive. We had clearly mentioned in advance that we have a dust allergy. However, when we arrived, the house appeared to have been cleaned in a very rushed and superficial way. Without going into too much detail, even the dishes were sticky and we had to wash everything before using them. It’s a shame because the house itself truly has a lot of potential, but the management could definitely be improved. We only received a response and assistance from the host three days after our arrival, and we had to insist quite a bit to receive even a small refund for the cleaning issue. We were told that the issue was occasional, so we cannot say whether the house is usually left in these conditions or if it happened because it was a public holiday period. However, this still does not justify the lack of an immediate response from the host, which unfortunately had a negative impact on our trip to Melbourne. We are genuinely sorry to leave this kind of review, because the place itself could be wonderful, but the management side clearly needs to be reconsidered as there are significant shortcomings.

• Michelle (7/5): It was comfortable, clean and tidy, but a bit small for 4 adults. - Kitchen facilities, quiet in the area, clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Heating was good. A bit small for 4 people. Didn’t like the glass coffee table, a bit dangerous, hard to see. Car park was very tight for a larger vehicle. Checkin was late 4pm.

There were some issues: 1. the drain pipe of sink in bathroom did not work thus the used water was drained very slowly, 2. the heater lamps in bathroom blew, 3. the chair upstairs got loose, and collapsed once (I fixed it after that), luckily I did not get any injury and hurt.

While it lacks a clothes dryer, and the clothesline need some tightening, and the mattress could have been firmer, these are minor points compared to the overall excellent amenities and experience it provides.
• Leonardo (7/5): A modern and spacious property that matches the advertised photos, but the experience was overshadowed by poor communica - The property is modern, spacious, and matches the photos provided in the booking platform. It delivered on what was advertised, and the amenities met expectations. There were several disappointing aspects during the stay. First, communication with the hosts was very slow, taking days to respond to messages, which caused a lot of uncertainty. Additionally, the check-in policy at 4 PM is inconsistent with the standard for hotels or similar rentals, where check-in usually occurs between 12 PM and 2 PM. I asked if it was possible to check in during those standard times, but I was informed that it would only be allowed if I paid a fee of $50 per person, totaling $150 for a family of three. I found this amount excessive, equivalent to an extra night, so I chose to check in at 4 PM as initially stated. Another negative aspect was related to the trash. Upon arrival, I was instructed to place the garbage bins on the street for collection, but the bins were already full and clearly not my responsibility since I had just arrived. I felt it was unfair to be tasked with this, and I was informed that if I did not put the bins out, the hosts could do it for me but would charge me an additional fee. This was an unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

• Anna (10/5): Great stay! - House was very clean and tidy, all essential amenities: washing machine, aircon, vacuum. Very spacious shower, could fit the whole family. Haha. Two beds, both very large and spacious. One was soft and one was firm. Tv downstairs didn't work but tv upstairs did.

Washing machine is perfect with laundry detergent provided. Parking is great. Heaters are working well. Plus coffee machine bar is provided with coffee beans too. But sadly, i do not have time to grind it 😁😁😁. Recommended to all. The best accomodation with perfect price. Value for money. Nothing bad about the property.🥱
