Guest Reviews

Działająca klimatyzacja to zdecydowany faworyt plusów w gorące dni.
- Gabriela (10/5): Amazing stay for family - Absolutely amazing accommodation. Nice house with all needed equipment. Quiet area, close to subway. After a day spent in the busy city center, we were able to enjoy the peace of the house.
- Adriana (10/5): Amazing location close to the metro station - Amazing house in a very quiet residential area - perfect for groups. The living/kitchen area is big and perfect for dinners and drinks with the whole group. The metro station is close by, giving you acces to all the big Rome attractions in about 30 minutes. The host is incredibly helpful and provided us with guides on what to see, where to get the best photos and was very quick to reply to any message. I would 100% recommend this for groups of 6 when visiting Rome.
- Gary (1/5): Overall it was good but soured by the lack of support in our concerns. - The garden was nice but it was unkept and a bit shabby looking, not as nice as the pictures. We booked a stay initially for 6 nights as a family. Our children left and we then extended our stay for a further 3 nights as we were to be joined by some friends.
This meant we had to vacate the property for a short time to allow the cleaners to come in and do their thing. We stayed in the property for a short time while the cleaners were there as we had to deal with some work issues.
We utilised the downstairs bathroom during our stay where we stored toiletries including an expensive bottle of aftershave.
We left the property just prior to the cleaners completing their work and the last thing my husband did before leaving was use the aftershave so we knew it was there.
When we arrived back some hours later we discovered that the aftershave was missing.
When we highlighted this to the property they were reluctant to provide details of the cleaning company so we could take it further which after pressing they did provide.
The property owner stated that it is out of their hands despite first stating they would be sure a refund could be made for the aftershave once they looked into it and if we could provide proof of the aftershave purchase which we did. However, the next day there appeared to be an about turn whereby the property said we now needed to refer to booking.com who incidentally have not yet responded or clarified their position.
Although the stay overall was good, Out of frustration at the lack of support, we pointed out some flaws in the property in a previous post.
Then, the day after when we got home we were hit with a bogus bill of 120 euros for what was stated as damaged/dirty linen, noting there was no pictures etc provided to show what this suggested damage actually was.
Firstly, 120 euros (£100) for dirty linen (which is obviously nonsense in any case) seems a little extreme to say the least and secondly we believe the bill was issued in response to the review we gave as a fit of revenge.
Obviously - We will not be paying anything!
- Elena (10/5): Wonderful getaway - The house is really beautiful and so is the garden. There is a lot of storage space and the kitchen is very well equipped. It was very clean as well. The beds are comfortable. It is tucked into a beautiful quiet street surrounded by villas. We had some issues with the heating the first day, but the host was very helpful and assisted us to solve the problem.
- Diana0907 (10/5): Family house - The accommodation was very spacious with amazing garden. Very comfortable and at 9 minutes to the metro station by walking..
The host was very nice and helpful. They always told us nice spots to go and eat.
At some point I realised that there is not an iron, they came and brought a new one same day.
Definitely a place to come back. Nothing to add.
