• Ian (9/5): Really enjoyed exploring Milano and Lake Como. - Lovely and spacious apartment which was very quiet and comfortable. It was close to restaurants and the Metro which made it easy to access the city. Needed more supplies included such as dishwasher tablets, tea towels and toilet paper.
• Sandra (10/5): I would stay again. - We walked from the train station to the apartment with our luggage. Took about 10 mins. Great location near train station. If you enjoy walking like we do, we walked from the apartment to the Duomo (Historic District) , Castello Sforzesco, Brera District. We took the Metro to the Navigli District for dinner one night. Apartment has a great living area with TV. We didn't use the kitchen as we ate out however it has everything you need for meal prep. I sent Alessandro a message when we left the train station and he met us at the apartment with the keys. He also carried my suit case up to the apartment for me for those who are worried about the stairs. If you need info about where to go in Milan he can help you out. All good.
• Annette (10/5): Wunderschönes Apartment in toller Lage mit einem sehr netten Gastgeber - Wunderschönes, großes und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment in toller Lage, 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Bahnhof und 5 Minuten von der Metro, mit tollen Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alessandro ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich wunderbar kümmert und uns viele Tipps und Infos gegeben hat. Da fällt uns nichts ein.

You can experience the Milanese vibe there! The host, Alessandro, is wonderful, giving restaurant and visit tips and preparing everything for you to feel comfortable! No elevator but that's the charm of old European houses!

He met us at the apartment, ran through everything and was just SO helpful with suggestions of where to eat and how to get around. The Apartment is gorgeous - spacious and super comfortable with everything we needed. Great location, the perfect base to get around. We will come back to Milan just to stay there, it was just a lovely experience. Thank you so much Alessandro.

Location was perfect close to a supermarket, a metro station (Lima) and the Central Station. AC kept the living and bedroom cool while outside the temperatures were very high just a suggestion: you may want to add an iron and ironing board to the facilities

• Valerie (9/5): Very comfortable stay in a lovely flat in a great location - Very convenient location for both Central Station and Lima metro station. Large, light, stylish and comfortable apartment in a well-cared for block of flats. No noise from neighbours. We didn’t meet the host as he was busy with Fashion Week but we were met outside by his assistant. However the host was very friendly and helpful, keeping in touch with text messages, and replied and acted immediately if we needed help with anything. Wifi, hot water and heating were excellent. Small supermarket and lovely bakery nearby Ideally, we would have liked bedside tables and lamps either side of bed, and plugs for the basins in the bathrooms. Also we would have liked a toaster, and drying cloths provided in the kitchen as we preferred to wash the few dishes we used by hand

• Andreea (6/5): Pleasant - Good location The apartment is very old. The windows do not close properly, which means that all noise ( and cold) from the street comes inside. On market days, you can hear all the workers from 6 am shouting and dropping building materials. The bed is espeacelly bad, the mattress is very old and has various shapes, i ended up having back pains, i slept very poorly during the period! Kitchen also quite old.
• Nektaria (7/5): Convenient and cozy - Very close to metro and train stations. Quiet area. Clean and spacious with many amenities. Alessandro was super kind and accommodating. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. Also there is no elevator and the flat is on the third floor.
• Roger (9/5): A most pleasant stay in Milan. - This was a very pleasant stay with a friendly and helpful host in a nice spacious and well appointed flat close to the central station - very convenient for us. Easy Metro transport was close by for trips around Milan. A day trip to Como Lake was quick and easy from the nearby station. Numerous restaurants and convenience stores were only a few minutes away. The only significant con is the long climb to the third floor which is not so easy with luggage and should be taken into consideration by the older or infirm guest.
• Tengiz (10/5): Perfect - Great, spacious apartment. Super clean and comfy. 1 full bath with toilet and that extra toilet was great addition. Location very good and calm. On saturday and tuesday you get market infront of house where you can buy fresh fruits, meat, fish. Apartment is full set up, kitchen allows all types of cooking. There is nothing i could say i did not like.

Also, the inside of the building was temporarily under renovation, which made walking up and down the stairs a bit precarious.
• Susiesan8 (10/5): spacious comfortable apartment in Milan, gracious host - The apartment was spacious and fully outfitted with a separate bedroom. The television had Netflix on it. Coffee, welcome beers, and orange juice was there for us. The apartment was very quiet even with windows facing the street. Our host Alessandro stayed in touch by text the whole time. he gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and arranged for an early morning taxi pickup for our departure. Having to walk up 3 flights of stairs each time coming and going, especially with the luggage as there is no elevator. No toaster or microwave in the kitchen.

Very communicable host Alessandro, he has left us some italian snacks and drinks), also he has gave us a lot of information about places with a good food in Milan. Thank you Allessandro. There wasn't an iron, but was a steamer.

He was super helpful & gave recommendations for great restaurants close to the apartment, as well as the closest public transport and supermarket. The apartment is located very close to the nearest metro station & is super well connected. We found it super easy to get around from the apartment. The apartment felt very safe & is located in a great building. The apartment is very well kitted-out with all the supplies and cooking equipment you could need. We would definitely recommend it to other travellers!
• Dorin (10/5): A lovely, quiet stay near the most important attractions of Milan - Tha apartament was above our expectations! Extremely clean, very spacious rooms, well illuminated and very nicely decorated. Our host, Alessandro, was very nice and he speaks good English. He waited for us at the entrance of the building, bringing even some water and something for breakfast, then took us to the 3rd floor and presented the apartment. As an added bonus, the apartment has 1,5 bathrooms, not 1, as it was described. The location is great, near the subway for the city centre and near some very good restaurants, and it was very quiet at night. All the rooms have AC and there are 2 balconies where you can enjoy some fresh air. I highly recommend booking this apartment and will gladly come back when I return to Milan. Everything exceed my expectations!

And: To someone who have just travelled 12 swetty hours, Allessandro says: There are cold orange juice and beers in the frigde. What a mastermind! And what a warm welcome from the person itself!

Loved the book collection and the living room. Also the location is amazing - 10 mins from railway station and 30 mins to the center by foot. • Chris (10/5): Nicely decorated and spacious apartment in the center of Milan. - Great apartment that has everything for a short stay. Alessandro informed me how to travel from the airport and welcomed me in front of the apartment with a bag full of coffee, juice, snacks and beer. He is very friendly, answers fast and gives you useful information like which restaurants to go to. The apartment is nicely decorated, has two balconies, is light and spacious. Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are nearby. Two times a week is there a market in front of the apartment. The cathedral is a 40 minutes walk or you can take the metro 2 blocks away.

It's located just a stone's throw from the shopping street Corso Buenos Aires, and Lima/Porta Venezia metro/tram stops, 5 minutes away from Duomo in metro. The apartment is spotless clean and beautifully furnished (lots of design pieces). Alessandro is a very nice host, the communication with him was smooth and he was very flexible with the check-in. Thanks a lot, will happily stay here again next time I'm in Milan! Can't think of anything negative :)
