Allott (1/5): Do not book here! - We arrived at this hotel to be told to ring the number available on Booking. After ringing the number, the woman told me to message her my booking confirmation over WhatsApp. I did so, and she told me that there was no rooms available (even though I booked 2 months in advance) and told me to cancel the room. I rang her and send multiple text messages asking for more information and for them to resolve the issue, to no reply, and when my boyfriend rang her she hung up when he told her he was ringing about our booking. I tried to speaking to the woman in the lobby, but she just told me she was no in charge of bookings and she couldn’t do anything without an apartment number. We then had to fork out money for a different accommodation on the same day. This was a trip for my boyfriend’s birthday and we flew here specially for a nice stay in a hotel. I am incredibly disappointed. We have still heard nothing from the accommodation. Do not book a stay here.
Duncan (1/5): Just wow.. - Handy location for the station, although not in the tower indicated on the map. Wow, where to start... I would normally not take the time to write a review but I feel strongly compelled based on the actions of this host. Firstly, someone initially falsified a 10/10 review from my account!! (I suspect this was done by using the confirmation pin and my email address which was seen when the person who met us to give keys asked to see the email of my booking confirmation). Listing shows a pool, but this cannot be accessed as the apartment is a sub-let apartment in a building which does not allow pool access to short term tenants. I suspect they do not allow subletting all together, but that is not for me to say. When messaged about the pool access, the host suggested we sneak into the pool via the gym, and to get changed into swimwear poolside. A day into our stay I received a WhatsApp message from the property manager saying to not open the door to anyone we don't know and that if any of their staff were going to stop by for any reason they would message beforehand - this is very worrying as we had no idea who may or may not be stopping by the property, or whether we had any right to be staying there or not. The apartment was also dirty with grubby walls, marks on curtains and linen visible, and the mugs and glasses chipped/mis-matched. Overall, a shocking experience in several ways.

Tai (1/5): Bad - .I never write a bAd review towards anyone.before but this time i.have to. PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS GROUP.. We booked 4 nite at Masteri Thao Dien. The property managing group here is not the kind of people you want to deal with especially Ms. THAO TIEN. They confirmed our booking then bu the time we almost to arrive she told us that this location is not available then moved us to another location which she didn't have a 2 bedroom apartment as we want it. She put us in different apartment which is only for 1 nite then move us to another one the.next day. It's a hassle and wasting our time to move around. She said she will send staffs to help us but actually only one person carried one bag to show us walking to another building and we carried our own luggages. On the check out date we asked if we can have 2 hours extra she wanted to charge us for 500,000VND. It's unbelievable. That's how she run this business.
