• ehoud (8/5): - המיקום מעולה. החדר נוח. צריך אינסטלטור לסדר את יציאת המים מתוך המקלחת והכיור. ארוחת בוקר דלילה ביותר בבית קפה ליד אך ניתן לשדרג בתוספת תשלום. הכספת זה בדיחה עצובה קטנה ולא מקובעת לקיר.

Più che una camera è un vero e proprio monolocale. Ottima posizione vicino alla metro Ottaviano e a San Pietro. Zona centrale e ben servita. Il letto non era un letto ma un divano letto con un materassino di 10 cm. La foto pubblicata su Booking è fuorviante

Possibility to prepare tea and coffee in the room. Noisy air conditioning right under the window, construction work was taking place in the building - loud noise from 8 o'clock - temporary and the landlord is not responsible for it.

• Isobel (10/5): Great location, a lovely stay for a city break - Great location, clean and perfect for a stay in Rome. We felt totally safe, great restaurants in walking distance. We were able to leave our luggage after check out and even checked in early! Claudia was so responsive and thoughtful during our stay. We will definitely book again when we next come to Rome! Stanza molto pulita, tutto nuovo, e host gentilissima. Siamo stati benissimo e anche la colazione discreta. Tutto perfetto, unica cosa che si potrebbe migliorare è una maggiore insonorizzazione, perchè noi avendo la stanza n. 1 eravamo vicino al portoncino della struttura e se entravano gli altri ospiti si sentiva l'apertura e chiusura.

Breakfast was minimal but ok. it would be helpful to have some information in the room such as emergency phone numbers, favourite restaurants, mini market and near by places of interest , check out time etc, as we had seen in others places we had stayed.

La habitación amplia y muy cómoda. La situación perfecta, al lado de boca de metro y a 8 minutos andando de la plaza San Pedro. Todo bien.

• Stefanie (10/5): Alles bestens! Tolle Lage, gerne wieder ☺️ - Alles bestens! Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause! Claudia ist wirklich sehr aufmerksam und dadurch fühlt man sich sehr gut aufgehoben! Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Das einzige was einen kleinen Minuspunkt bekommt ist das es beim Frühstück nur süße Croissants zur Verfügung stehen.

Highly recommended. Could do with a full length mirror in the bedroom and maybe a comfortable chair or small sofa.

Utili anche i consigli relativi ai ristoranti nei dintorni. La disponibilità, l’attenzione e la cordialità della proprietaria tendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

• Sofía (8/5): Fue funcional, estaba todo en buen estado y nos gustó el barrio donde estaba ubicado, aunque algunas atracciones turísti - El barrio era lindo, tranquilo y seguro. Además estaba cerca del Vaticano y tenía una peatonal muy cerca. Para entrar a la parte del hotel había buena seguridad en el acceso. Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión, Claudia fue muy amable y atenta. Que no era un edificio del hotel sino que el Relais era en un piso de un edificio, por lo que no tenías personal presente, por lo que agregaría un código al área de luggage que no tenía tranca. También incluiría algo más de comida para el desayuno en el café de abajo.

• Fiona (10/5): Great stay! - Great appartment in very good location, very close to Metro. Communication before and during our stay was excellent with lots of great information, we were also able to check in slightly early which was really useful. A full length mirror in the room would be useful.
• Eleanor (10/5): Exceptional, amazing, extremely good value for money. - The apartment is just minutes walking distance from Ottaviano Metro Station, making all of Rome easily accessible. Perfect location for an early morning start at Vatican Musuem/St Peter’s Basilica, both of which are just a very short walk away. The bed was so comfy, and the sheets/towels all clean and fresh. The room/bathroom was cleaned daily and both were spotless. The shower was powerful and hot. WiFi was perfect, there is a mini fridge in the room as well as a coffee maker (with complimentary coffee pods). Breakfast croissant/coffee/juice at Mozart Cafe every morning was a lovely bonus. The host was warm, friendly and welcoming, and we would not hesitate to return another time! Perhaps consider a Smart TV in the room, but not an essential amenity for us.

The cafe downstairs was lovely, friendly and had great coffee and breakfast bagels. The owner was amazing!!! She was so quick to respond, and had great recommendations. Definitely book again! There was a little miscommunication about the room being ready, but the owner was very responsive.

Ottimo contatto con la proprietaria Claudia che ci ha fornito degli utili consigli dove mangiare o dove passare una tipica serata romana. La stanza pulitissima e abbia,o trovato un piccolo gradito pensiero al nostro arrivo. La zona è tranquilla e non rumorosa. Letti comodissimi e si dorme benissimo. Tutto perfetto, nulla di negativo da segnalare.

The location is great - an easy walk to the Vatican and right by a metro stop. The neighborhood has great restaurants and is not too touristy, but close enough to everything a tourist would want to see. Overall, ten out of ten. Everything was perfect. No complaints at all.

Where the apartment is, it is very safe and there is everything you need close by in terms of food or convenience stores.
