- Holly (8/5): Best accommodation for a couple’s first holiday! - the view was amazing!!! location is perfect your not too far or too close to anything! right next to public transportation aswell! so easy to find, and super quiet! the aircon in the main room desperately needed a filter change as the air that was blowing out when turned on smelt really bad. the fan in the bathroom looked like it was about to fall off the ceiling, still worked though. the dryer worked however the lint filter was completely detached and just sitting inside the machine.

- Caitlyn (10/5): Location and view was just fantastic. Rooms were clean and spacious! I love it here! - The view was just astonishing! Spacious room size & the bathroom was a great. The location is perfect, right around the corner was the tram & 10 minute walk to the main city centre of Surfers. All the facilities like the pool, rooftop & gym were a great part of our stay. Great that there was parking most of the time. I will be back! I know the apartment didn’t come with parking so I don’t want to say much, but it’s a little disappointing that Rhapsody can’t accommodate for all their guests. With 40 floors I was hoping there would be enough parking for everyone. Lucky that when we needed parking late one night that there was street parking available.
- Tayla (5/5): Average - I liked the location and amenities I disliked how the staff withheld room number and level. Had to ask the front desk where the fob key matched the room. I had to collect the keys in a busy surfer’s paradise area, there was only x2 towels for the whole weekend and x2 roll of toilet paper provided. I was not informed there was no parking a space with the stay until I had collected the keys as I was traveling from Brisbane and my partner from work in Sydney. I asked for late checkout confirmation and i didn’t get a reply till the next day informing that couldn’t be done
