Guest Reviews
- Celia (6/5): Very good value. - Location was perfect for visiting friends. Instructions for using the apartment were clear. It was clean and comfortable.
It was very good value. The host did not answer my email or voice mail when I contacted him about parking.
- Tom (7/5): - Basic but good for our needs
- Adrian (3/5): - Big room, and most importantly it was clean. The heating stopped after 22:00
- Yevhen (8/5): Всё ок - Удобное место положение Всё ок

- NIgel Hyde (7/5): Rugby match stop over - The place was clean and value for money, was able to walk to stadium but got to check pub opening times next time. Room 1 had a smell of old smoke, ok when in bed but as a non smoker you can smell it, the bathroom ran out of toilet paper couldn't find any under sink.

- Musonda (9/5): The property met my needs . The room was big enough and had all the necessary equipment, towels , kettle, fridge and a b - The property is situated very close to public transport system and the Airport. This was really a plus for me as I could manage to get to Central London and other tourist attractions easily. A little difficult to find as it is slightly hidden and also a bit of lighting outside would help as the area gets too dark .
- ANURAG (8/5): Very good - Very good host. Very good location. Lighting in the room could be better. Light in the room could be better

- Sean (1/5): - I did not stay at ur hotel because I spent nearly 2 hours trying to find it. The street was badly lit I asked neighbours at numerous houses where u were located and nobody knew about ur hotel. I was furious. I also tried to call the telephone number nearly 10 times and went straight to voicemail. The whole experience was a disaster.

- Kimtheexplorer (2/5): You paid but you can't play - Had good communication with host before arriving and provided with a kettle, fridge and TV Our bedroom door handle squeaked, the floorboards to the kitchen or the front door squeak, the front door makes loads of noise to open and shut. As people who had paid for a room we were under the impression we could come and go as we please, until we tried to reenter the property and were confronted with the host telling us there were 'too many comings and goings'. This meant that I would not leave the room to go to the toilet on my own without my partner as I was worried about confrontation. This is not a guesthouse, you are staying in a bedroom in someone's house, and he is there

- Carl (8/5): Helpful. - Close to where I wanted to be. V good price. Rooms close together. Shared bath room between at least 3 maybe 4 rooms.

- Henri (1/5): Vies, smerig en niet slapen. - Niets. Smerig hol met een bed en een vies kapot matras op de grond. Schandalig dat men dit aanbiedt op booking. Niets, smerig vies hol.
- Makava (7/5): It was an ok stay. Could have been better - Accessibility and a quiet neighbourhood Unavailability of cleaning tools in rooms.
Kitchen not clean and bins not emptied.
- John (1/5): A complete shambles . This ruins the reputation of booking.com - No coffee, tea, or sugar sachets at all ! No coffee, tea or sugar sachets at all !
Room had no waste paper basket at all ; and no mirror at all!
- Kannan (8/5): Very good -
- Raj (5/5): Good for Solo traveller - The house owner is friendly. I recommend this only when you are solo traveller. Our stay in this shared apartment was very uncomfortable due to several issues. It was excessively noisy, making it difficult to rest. The kitchen was closed overnight, which meant we couldn't get water when needed. My child's bed was too hard, and even though she didn't specifically ask for water, the closed kitchen would have prevented us from getting it anyway. Additionally, the room was very hot, and there was no fan available to help cool it down."
- Vanessa (8/5): Simple place with everything you need - We have enjoyed our stay in this accommodation. It is less than 10 minutes from Syon Lane station that connects you to London in 30 minutes approx and you have a Tesco also very close from the place. Both the bathroom and the room were clean and John’s attention on arrival was very good.
- Kaia (8/5): Very good - Helpful hosts, communicative, easy to get into room, bonus to have kitchen access.
- Marwa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nebu (10/5): Exceptional - Good place
- Vaseysfairs (7/5): Good - did the job clean queue homestay fridge wouldn't plug into wall
bed slightly uncomfortable
not a fault of proptey but felt very unsafe om Saturday due to loud shouting and fighting and glass smashing from over the road.

- Perez (9/5): Great - Great room at a great cost, tv was a nice addition aswell
- Mike (7/5): Good - This is undoubtedly a budget hotel, but it is warm and clean and the owner is polite and helpful. Truly fantastic value for money and perfect for one person for one night just a 15 minute drive from LHR. Also a great TV! Given the price, nothing.
- Charlie (8/5): Very good -
- Shintumol (8/5): Very good -
- Vineeta (9/5): a great stay - I liked the room, the ambience. It was great..room also came with a large TV and free WiFi ... moreover the location was also good. And owner was helpful , we left a few belongings after check out but he kept it aside safely till we collected it. the only issue was lighting wasn't enough however I m sure it would be taken care of
- Darroll (1/5): If you want bad, cheap accommodation then take your chances with this location. Otherwise avoid it. - There was no breakfast included. This accommodation is shown as a guest house. It is not. It is a few rooms tacked on to a house belonging to someone else. No tea/coffee provided in the room. Minimal toilet paper in the shared bathroom. Very noisy with other people staying there and a dog barking downstairs. Plus it is in the Heathrow flight path, so noisy aircraft until late. Parking was supposed to be arranged. It was not and no one could be found to sort that out.
- Peter (4/5): Absolutely ripped off by a booking .com advertisement that has no way of being accurate in terms of - ? Not a single moment? I left 5AM on the first night and returned to my room to get my belongings following day , The owner was friendly to me but I didn’t have the advertised expectation
I paid for Knocking down the property and then build a Hotel
Not an upstairs apartment converted into an alleged hotel? Please note I’ve contacted the owner and had no contact with my complaint! I’m not happy with this and will see what I can do to get reimbursed for the payment paid ? I had to pay for my 2 nights in a hotel that was a hotel
- Qingyin (1/5): very bad - very bad very bad
- Fernando (8/5): Clean and comfortable accommodation - A kind owner who is communicative at all times Quiet neighbourhood despite a bit of noise from flights
- Adi (9/5): Superb -
- Abdirahman (7/5): Good -
- Robert (6/5): Good value esp for a single traveler - Location was great! Tv in room was good for entertainment. Easy check in details and it was clean Its small and host was next door so noise travels between walls etc .
- Martin (8/5): Typical English accomodation - Very clean apartment. Quiet neighbourhood. Heating switched on already in September. Tesco in a walking distance. Osterley underground stadion 2 km. Wide range of TV programs. Refrigerator and kettle in the room. No problems with sharing of flat with other people. Considerate owner. Poor kitchen equipment, especially spoons. Only 1 towel for 4 people. Curtains do not cover whole window - problem with outside light in the night.
- Alex (6/5): Useful location for early pickups/dropoffs at Heathrow - Bedroom door would only lock from inside so kept belongings in car before heading to bed for the evening. Walls very thin so small children in next room could be heard throughout the night and early in the morning. A little bemused by the presence of two tents in the very unkempt garden. Effectively, the 'guesthouse' is in the middle of a housing estate and quite difficult to locate.
- Skye (8/5): Very good -
- Darren (8/5): Very good -
- Jeffrey (10/5): Great room in a wonderful location. - Wonderfully convenient, right by Gillette Corner. The host is extremely nice and friendly and the room is clean and comfortable.

- Okoro (5/5): ok - Cleanliness of the kitchen and toilet The rooms and the bed
- Clarens (10/5): Exceptional - The place was really quiet, nice quaint place to stay right by the airport, the host was very friendly
- Nonsipho (10/5): Feel at home - The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Flexible check in and out times apon arrangements. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. They added an extra bed out of compassion . We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning (self catering on request) and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. Cozy and relaxing. Fridge, Tele and WiFi too. Home away from home I'd say. Thank you for kindness we are definitely coming back soon. x
- Liliana (2/5): Needs to be said that this is a shared space with 3 other people. - Closer to Heathrow There was no place that said anything about it being a shared space. The quiet hours were given but the people that were sharing the space did not keep the hours. It was loud until about 1:30am and we had kids with us. No information was given about details of anything and we had to asked for the WiFi.
- Keshia (7/5): Good -
- Bella (9/5): Superb - Hope all is well with you guys? Xx
Thanks.

- Luke (10/5): Exceptional - Location was good very close to the main road. We found parking outside the house no problem. It's cheap and cheerful, did the job for us. the curtains didn't cover the window, we ended up stacking up pillows to block out the light.
- Bev (3/5): people were very kind but nobody expected us. - The people who helped us there. Lady downstairs and upstairs and Mike? The Canadian doctor.
Room was quite clean.
Very close to train station. Could not get in after an 18 hour flight from Australia. Lady downstairs asked in out of the rain and rang people until finally we got in.
No towels, no tea or milk, No breakfast.no toilet paper.
Rubbish outside house looked terrible.
Taxi cost 40 pounds from Heathrow and it was NOT 2 miles from Heathrow. Taxi said 7 miles.
Wanted to leave bag there but no place to leave it.
- Siddhesh (8/5): Very good -
- Philip (7/5): Necessary stopover! - Good price. A bit hard to find. No bedside table or light. Thin doors so I could hear others coming and going. Parking is on street. No towels.
- Ester (9/5): Superb - Very friendly and helpful owner. He accommodated our needs and was very flexible. Quiet home and close to the station. Thank you, we will be back.
- Agnieszka (10/5): Fabulous - Clean and comfortable place to stay. Owner was so nice and friendly. We really enjoyed

- Peci (10/5): Exceptional - Wery clean room impressed 👌
- Tiziana (8/5): Very good -
- Halit (10/5): Exceptional -
- Obadi (9/5): Superb - The apartment owner is very respectful and helpful. Communication was good with the owner, providing us with towels and ironing board. Also give us the wifi password as it was fixed from where we accessed. We also left our bags after leaving the apartment and came back at night to get the bags.
- Taavi (8/5): Very good -
- Mansi (2/5): Very poor -
- Daniela (8/5): I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. - I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The host was accommodating, it's a nice area, close to transport and there is a big Tesco close by. The facilities are clean as the host attends to it regularly. The facilities are not only clean but also pleasant and comfortable to use. I am very pleased with my stay and I highly recommend this place. The Wi-Fi isn't working properly. It's really, really slow, kept cutting of the connection, very annoying.
- Tahir (10/5): Exceptional - Nice person , nice place to stay and the person who owns that place very nice person , I would love to stay again there , booked the room at last min around 11:55pm and straight away self checked in , thanks
