La chambre est très agréable, la vue sur le canal est un plus. Équipement de la cuisine basique, un peu juste pour 4 personnes, mais convient pour deux jours.

• Ieva (10/5): - Alles war wunderbar. Die Lage - zentral aber auch ruhig. Aus dem Schlafzimmer Kanal Blick. Wohnung sauber, schön eingerichtet, gross. Alles perfekt. Ich bin schon sehr oft in Venedig gewesen, hier komme ich sicher wieder. Keine Kritik Punkte.

Suite 5: Consiglierei di mettere per chi usa il divano letto un appoggio bagaglio o un piccolo armadio/cassapanca ; incrementare dotazione cucina;macchina caffè metterne una funzionante .

• Periklis (9/5): Very pleasant decoration with great view to the canal. - Great location in a quiet neighborhood, very close to cafés and restaurants, with a lovely view of the canal. The building has four floors, with two apartments for rent on each floor (except the top floor). It’s only a 15‑minute walk to St. Mark’s Square. The apartment was very clean, and the check‑in instructions were clear and straightforward. The owner also kindly allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours in a small storage room on the ground floor, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again. There were no major dislikes, just a few minor suggestions for improvement. It would be nice to have some shower gel provided in the bathroom, as well as an espresso machine with a few coffee capsules. Additionally, it would be great if there were some kind of locker or secure storage in the small ground‑floor luggage room, since currently other guests staying in the apartments may have access to the luggage.

• 13e4f36513c17325f6a9c4ed6b103702 (8/5): Overall a nice location with beautiful canal views. Host prefers messaging over phone calls, if you have any questions a - We loved the location. Close to one of the main strips but also walking the other direction you can go into the more quieter and more authentic part of Venice. The toiletries and facilities relating to washing. While a washing machine is provided there’s no detergent. When you’re travelling you don’t want to have to buy a big pack when you generally only need one or two. With the price I think the host should provide washing powder or liquid and make life a little easier for the guests. Overall we toiletteries were limited with no conditioner or hair caps etc. I think these seemingly small things would improve the stay. Also a few spare pillows would help.
• a6168db63d14705f70e64a753bda3b80 (10/5): 10 out of 10 - The 4343 Suite is the perfect place to stay in Venice. It is close to everything yet calm, right on the channel. It is extremely clean, has all-new amenities for 2 adults and 2 kids, and is very easy to access. Grecia provided us with easy-to-use information, and all was perfect. For the last two days, the weather was a bit cold, and the available heating made our stay even more comfortable. If we travel to Venice again, the 4343 Suite will be our choice again. There is not much that we did not like at the 4343 Suite.

Amikor reggel kinyitod a zsalut és egy elágazó csatornára nézel, az rendkívüli. - Gyönyörű kilátás nem csak simán egy csatornára, hanem egyenesen egy sarok-csatornára, két irányba. Elképesztő élmény volt, nagyon autentikus. Szerintem ez a kilátás, életérzés a veleje az egésznek. Nagyon jó helyen volt, viszonylag csendes részen, nem a zsúfolt, hangos főutcán, mégis pár méterre egy központi résztől, ahol sok étterem és sétálóutca is van. Közlekedési szempontból is optimális részen volt. A bejutás egyszerű, gyors, kényelmes, éjjeli érkezéskor is tökéletes. A szoba tiszta volt és megfelelő. Hajszárító, mikro, hűtő, stb. minden volt. A konyha felszerelt. Kotyogós kávéfőző, cukor, só, stb... Sajnos az épület nagyon áthallásos. Ez úgy vettem észre egész Velencére jellemző lehet. Emiatt a szomszédokat bőven hallani, akkor is ha nem extrém hangosak. A szerencsén is múlik, hogy meddig hangoskodnak a fölötted/melletted lévő szobákban. Nekünk sajnos egyik este 23.30 körül szólnunk kellett a falszomszédnak mert hangosan kacagtak, amitől nem lehetett aludni. Szerencsére a kérés után abbahagyták.

Found where to put recylcing rubbish but couldn't work out where to put the black bin bag. The apartment isn't sound proof & I could hear alot of noise from up above us. These are only minor details. Would definately stay there again, highly recommended. Perfect base for exploring the maze of Venice. Noise from upstairs. Sofabed

• Irina (8/5): Ar fi fost perfect daca nu era atât de frig in apartament - Ne-a plăcut foarte mult locația si vederea din apartament. Aproape de obiective si de restaurante . Apartamentul este foarte spațios si dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie. A fost foarte ,foarte frig ! Cand am ajuns in apartament erau doar 13° grade celsius. Spre seara abia s-a încălzit la 18 grade. Am tremurat efectiv sub pături. Spre dimineata s-a mai încălzit in apartament dar a fost o noapte foarte grea . Am avut cu noi un copil de 14 ani ,am dormit îmbrăcați. Gazda ar fi putut încălzi din timp apartamentul .

• Miyaji (10/5): Maravillosa estadía! - La propiedad es muy linda, cómoda, a buena distancia de todo. La vista es maravillosa y la comunicación fue muy fluida. Volvería sin lugar a dudas!
• Smets (8/5): Comfortabel appartement en gelegen op wandelafstand van de verschillende delen van de stad. - Veel ruimte, heel goed gelegen, dichtbij aanlegsteigers boten voor naar luchthaven en andere uitstappen naar omliggende eilanden. Vlakbij supermarkt, bakkers, restaurants. Geen kapstokken aan de muren voor jassen omhoog te hangen en ook niet in de badkamer. Tv werkte niet , na melding kwam eigenaar niet opdagen om dit in orde te brengen.

• Ainhoa (5/5): muy malo - el alojamiento en general me parece con una calidad precio horrible, tienen más de un apartamento y cada uno con precios distintos, pensaba haber reservado uno con vistas al canal y cuando llegué resultó que no, fue error mío pero teniendo en cuenta el coste tan elevado (sobre 150€ la noche) que no incluya lo único que hace especial a este apartamento (las vistas) me parece timada total de la cual, si no estás muy atento, ni te das cuenta, como pasó en mi caso, después, no proporcionaban si quiera para lavar la ropa, había una tabla para planchar ropa y no había plancha, la limpieza fue mediocre y, en sí, las instalaciones lo fueron también, las tasas de turista te obligan a darlas EN EFECTIVO y sabrá dios a donde va (quizás haya un buen trasfondo) el bidel se quedaba atascado y el estropajo para lavar los platos estaba usado (muy usado) que mínimo que para un precio tan alto, lo pongan nuevo, el papel del baño era de muy mala calidad, solo dos rollos para dos noches y cuatro personas nos dejaron, muy poca intimidad para los huéspedes que duerman en el sofá cama que está en la cocina/salon/comedor/dormitorio y poco sitio de almacenaje. La zona por la noche da miedo y huele un poco a humedad, si pudiese, no hubiese elegido este departamento. Espero que os ayude

• arielrivilli (10/5): Problema con booking - Ubicación, distribución, muy cómodo. Con todo lo necesario No es problema de uds. Pero cuando copian con botón de copiar la dirección desde booking, google te lleva a otro lugar, si uno escribe la dirección si se encuentra, hay algo mal con el vínculo.

• Marquez (1/5): Estafa no corresponde a las fotos - Nada porque no lo usamos el lugar muestra fotos con vista al canal y todo lo relacionado a último minuto nos escriben para indicarnos que el alojamiento no tiene vista al canal ni terraza No pude cancelar sin que me descontaran igual lo que pagué cuando pagué por algo que no es lo que muestra las fotos y lo informan el día antes para que al cancelar no puedan reembolsar nada, no recomiendo esto es una estafa en todos sus ámbitos y con lo caro que es no tengo fotos que compartir porque no usamos las instalaciones y son incapaces de dar una compensación por esta estafa

• Desiray (10/5): Pleasant stay for short-term stay in Venice - Size of the room and location to many food locations. Had difficulties with the washer machine (had to use YouTube to troubleshoot) and the internet wasn't great.
• Marika (5/5): Overall was not bad - Location is ok around 1200 meters from San Marco so you can reach by foot, apartment was quite big and comfortable, all the required facilities were there except room (hotel) shoes. We were missing room shoes, host was not attentive, as we were provided with precise location details after we were lost in narrow streets of Venice which look similar and you can lost easily specially when you are first time in Venice. Entry to the building and apartment is really quite frustrating as lots of codes to entry building get key. Also we did not have hot water for almost 2 days and we had to go to Ella Scala Teatro without shower and wash hair which was really frustrating.
• Szypura (10/5): - Bardzo ładny i duzy apartament, lokalizacja świetna. Pół godxiny pieszo od parkingu na wjeździe do Wenecji. Z apartamentu wszedzie blisko. Jedyna rzecz, która wymaga poprawki, to grzejnik w łazience, dobrze byłoby go umyć, poplamiony i brudny.
