Guest Reviews
- Guðrið (3/5): Don't stay here if you're more than 2 people for more than 2 days. - Supermarket nearby Firstly, the apartment was not fit for 4 people. The bed for 2 was good, but the sleeping couch was not adequate for 2 more. It was literal garbage for the dump, propped up on pillows. Apart from that, there wasn't enough cutlery or cups or glasses for 4, nor was any of it clean. When we pointed this out, they told us they would bring more utensils and glasses, but they never came. The dining table had a broken leg, and the water in the shower was either too cold or burning hot. They promised tea and coffee facilities, but there wasn't even a kettle for boiling water. There was only one large towel pr. person even when we stayed for a week, and there were no additional towels, tea towels or clean table cloths.
The only positive was the area around the flat, but that is no credit to the owners.
- Natalie (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE Horrible, needs full refurbishment - Not al lot The smell is unbelievable, the kitchen is filthy, dirty, sticky with old fat around the cooker, the sofa is ready for the rubbish dump, the washing machine does not drain the water, waste of money
- Ben (2/5): Very poor -
- Romina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Norbert (4/5): Disappointing - Was very dirty, uncomfortable couch, bed smell. Only 2 towels for 4 people, only three pillows for 4 people.
There was hair left in the shower. Would not recommend.
- Vilela (1/5): Dirty and cold. - Automatic door. We were a group of 4 and they did not have enough blankets and we felt cold at night. Was very dirty, heating system didn’t work. Contacted staff but they did not care. Kitchen was very dirty and greasy. They left trash from previous clients on the apartment. The only blanket they left was very dirty and with yellow stains. The sofa bed had 2 pillows bellow one foot to not drift and close itself.
- Patrycja (5/5): Good place if you want to sleep only and spend the rest of the time out. - Good localization, close to Termini. Grocery store is next door, Tv with YT access. It was a big mess. The fridge on the cooker side was covered in fat, there was a lot of puffs of dust and hair on the floors, dirty curtains. In the shower the water was alternately boiling and icy, it was not possible to set one temperature.
- Кушнарев (5/5): Passable - 1) the room was quite dirty 2) the bathroom had mold and the smell of sewage 3) the bed linen was torn and dirty 4) the sofa that folds out was impossible to sleep on since the mechanism was pressed in, now I have to see a doctor because of problems with my back 5) no there were opportunities where we could throw away the garbage, the owner of the apartment did not inform us about this 6) there was no kettle in the room and cups for tea had to be brewed in a saucepan, informing the owner about this with a request to provide us with these things, he brought them to us before leaving the room
(I demand compensation for the inconvenience caused to me and for going to the doctor for back pain, since I paid for this room in full.).
- Ganesh (6/5): You get what you pay for - Close to tram station, less Walking distance to Roma Termini (approx 20min) and free public parking for car in 100mts. Problems with Bathroom and Hot water. After contacting sent someone and gave some suggestions on how to use.
- Khôi (6/5): Acceptable place for short stay - The room has kitchen tools to cook simple meal. We came in July, and the room didn't have air conditioner so it was super hot. The beds were not so comfortable, the sofa bed in the living room had an open part that scratched my brother's leg while using it.
- Helena (7/5): Good -
- Lee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bianca (10/5): Wonderful - The apartment was clean, the area is quiet, the night is quiet, you don’t hear cars or other noise.
The accomodation was an 18-minute walk from Termini Station and half an hour from the Collosseum.
There is a well-stocked supermarket (Conad) on the ground floor of the block and a Carrefour market 5 minutes walk away.
The means of transport are nearby, for the Vatican area I used route 19 or 3, after that having connections on the route with other stations to which they are connected, the station being a 2-minute walk away and for the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon area I used the route 71, which I took from Tiburtina Street, which is a 7-minute walk from the accommodation. -
- Nalasco (3/5): Bad experience - Nothing check in process, dirty freezer, uncomfortable sofa bed, no elevator
