- Sophia (5/5): Disappointing - Good location, in the village, close to the ski slopes (free shuttle bus stop right by the apartment) and 10-15 minutes walking to the thermal baths. There is also a nice bakery and a coop just down the street. The bed was comfortable and the room was decorated tastefully for mountain standards. Large terrace (which we did not use as it was winter). The apartment is very small, really a tiny studio with bed and "kitchenette" (ie. a fridge, sink, and tableware. There is no cooking equipment and no microwave). There is no living area and no TV. There was enough room for us to open our small carry-on suitcase on the floor, but not more. There was no bedside lamp so the main overhead light had to be on at night before going to sleep. There is no ski room to leave equipment, we left our skis at the lobby and boots had to go up to the hallway beside our apartment. What really disappointed us was the contact with the owners. Many messages indicating they want a good rating but not very helpful otherwise. We were given half a roll of toilet paper for a two-night stay. After the first night it was almost over so we requested a new roll (there were no spares in the apt). We were told to go buy it ourselves at the supermarket! There was no one to welcome us, it is self check-in at 4pm. The instructions were not complete, we had to contact the owners to obtain the apartment number (they did not answer our phone call but did react quickly by message). Also not clear where to leave the key at checkout. We left before checkout time but not sure it would have been possible to leave our luggage if we had wanted to do a full day of ski on the last day. It really felt like the owners didn't want to do any work.
