• SuzAnn (3/5): No to Room #1 - The location was near the metro and also near two bike rental stores which was nice. The common area kitchen was clean and well set up. There were 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms so maybe the other rooms were nicer than My room #1. My room had no windows to outside other than a small row of opaque glass blocks in the bathroom.The shower drained very poorly, so water overflowed across the bathroom floor. This probably led to the stinky moldy smell. I spent as little time as possible in the apartment. The bed sheets were pilly and not enough blankets for warmth. The check-in time was very late (5 pm). When I asked if I could get in earlier, the owner said it would cost me an extra $30 in cash. If I had known all this before committing, I would not have rented.

• Piotr (1/5): Gdyby nie miejsce zakwaterowania byłoby świetnie. - Walencja to piękne miasto, w którym jest wiele do zobaczenia jak również atrakcje które organizuje miasto. POLECAM . W dniu wyjazdu wywiązała poważna kłótnia ponieważ z lodówki zginęły nasze produkty które były położone w miejscu wskazanym przez chłopaka który nas do pokoju zakwaterował . Po przyjściu z miasta okazało się że wszystkie nasze produkty zostały wyrzucone , a rzeczy stare które były tam co najmniej tydzień, dalej nie były sprzątnięte, pomimo ze w pokojach nie było już nikogo oprócz nas . Zrobiono to według mnie ewidentnie złośliwie. Na koniec kłótni chłopak poinformował nas że jak by chciał to z Walencji możemy nigdy nie wyjechać. PRZESTRZEGAM !!!!

• Lewis (9/5): I would definitely stay here again. - Great family and home Easy access to metro, buses and tram, markets, banks, cafes, farmacy etc Safe neighborhood I had to be very careful crossing the streets because of the tram tracks and the people on electric scooters whizzing by.

Everything is close by, like the markets, metro station, numerous cafes/restaurants, pharmacy, stationary store, and more. Nothing to say here.

• Christina (1/5): Stellungnahme Wohnung - Nichts Die Wohnung war ihn einem sehr schlechten Zustand. und war bei ankommen nicht gereinigt. Begrüßt wurden wir mit Videotelefonie. Der Preis war nicht gerechtfertigt für diese Wohnung. Ich werde diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen. Christina Schnur

• Alex (5/5): Decent room in apartment for people who want to explore Valencia attractions - 1. I liked that the location is very near all the touristic attractions and located not far from the center of the city. 2. The room is decent, but nothing special. For 3. Host - i really liked the host cause she is always responding really fast and even if she didn't know English she was really friendly and it was easy to communicate with her via WhatsUp (using ChatGpt for spanish language) 1. Kitchen - at one moment we found insect there and because of that our experience with the apartment was not satisfactory. 2. Cause it is just a room in the apartment, it really much depends on the neighbors who are staying near you. First 7 days it was amazing cause there were quite guys who didn't partied at night. Last 2 days were horrible cause there were guys who talked loudly for all the night and played on guitar.

La única solución que ofrecen es dejarnos las sábanas fuera y dormir en una habitación usada. Nos levantamos llenos de picaduras. La habitación llena de bichos y muy muy sucia. La mosquitera rota, el baño inundado tras una ducha. Lamentable. Cuando voy a reclamar al día siguiente me bloquean el número. Pésimo. En proceso de denuncia.

• Diana (1/5): Muy mal el estado de la habitación - No me gusto nada el alojamiento en la habitación que nos dieron estaba plagada de bichos en las camas y nos ofrecieron limpiarla y dárnosla de nuevo pero para q se fueran de los colchones había que fumigar. Nos ocasiono muchísimas picaduras y aparte de eso nos quedamos sin alojamiento para seguir nuestras vacaciones Pésima habitación estaba plagada de bichos de colchón y sabanas
• Wan (10/5): Excellent Hospitality from This Spanish Family - I do like the strategic location of this lovely home. It is very near to one of the metro (Amistat Casa de Salut). My air-conditioning works in the first night but for some reasons it doesn't turn on for the rest of my stay. However, I am okay with it because it is not too hot at that time (Early June)

• Mandy (1/5): Room 3 - small twin room - awful - Location Room 3 (small twin room but is also stated as a double room) - awful - nothing like photos. Very tiny room & makeshift tiny ‘bathroom’ in the corner. Only tired old fleece blanket bedding, even the pillow case! No cotton bedding etc. This is in a 2 bed apartment that has been converted into 3 rooms to rent out. Any noise in rooms & kitchen can be clearly heard. Valencia lovely but would not book this again.

Domaćin (Carol) sa kojim sam bila u komunkaciji nas nije sačekao, iako smo najavili kada otprilike stižemo (zbog poteškoća u snalaženju sa metroom, kasnili smo par minuta). Nigdje nije tačno obilježeno da je to taj smještaj (ime smještaja), osim broja zgrade. Što vjerujem da bi budućim gostima takođe predstavljalo problem u snalaženju. Nismo imali toplu vodu. Pod je bio prljav.

• Emiliano (4/5): Not worth the price but for the marathon was a decent compromise - The property was perfectly located for my visit. I was going to run the marathon, and the bnb is located fairly close to the start and finish line. The mattress was also very comfy. The owners were very kind and responsive. Everything else. The room is small, smaller than it even appears in the picture, the sink in the bathroom is for a doll, not a proper sized human being. Also a quite bad stink was coming out of the toilet. Shower is small and bad, closet practically not available. The place would be good for a 50 bucks per night, where you know you are compromising on something. I paid a whopping 108 bucks/night plus a surcharge of 50 bucks for late check in. I consider all these surcharges a scam but apparently the platform doesn’t so fine. But pay attention coz on the description of the house they tell you that the surcharge is 30 euros, instead of 50s. I understand it was the weekend of the marathon but overall I felt robbed. Also be ready not to sleep properly, the mosquito net is broken and there are always mosquitoes (even in December apparently). Moreover, despite being winter, there was only a very light blanket on the bed. The first night I wasn’t able to sleep properly. The second night was a bit warmer so it was fine.

• Aída (5/5): The kindness of the host was what made the stay passable but unfortunately, won’t book there again. - Location-wise is truly convenient, you have the metro stop Amistat within walking distance. A supermarket around the corner and few nice places such as Bodega La Fila (a gem to try out if you can find a spot). The walls were super thin, therefore you hear the other guests even if they are talking quietly. There was a constant sewage smell in the whole house and there was no hot water running… although I must say the host send someone to check it out as soon as we informed her, but couldn’t be fixed by our time there. She really tried to go out of her way to help us with our issue but little she could do about it, unfortunately. If you are looking for cleaningness or something more comfortable this is not your spot neither...

• Evelyn (4/5): Disappointing, loud and smelly, but good location - Location was good, near metro station so easy transport to and from airport. Walking distance to beach and most tourist areas. Also the adjacent neighbourhood had lots of nice, more reasonably priced bars and restaurants. The hosts were friendly on arrival. The main problem was the smell. Constantly smelt of cigarette smoke in the communal kitchen and occasionally of sewage. Also no window in our room making it feel very gloomy. The walls were very thin and therefore did not feel remotely private. We were frequently disturbed and awoken by people staying in the other rooms in the property. The general decor of the room was not overly pleasant.
