• Dominykas (10/5): Nice & huge apartments! - Our company of 8 enjoyed the stay in such apartments. Location is good. Near the place there is a private parking garage for 30€ per day. it takes around 20mins to the main Cathedral by walk. Just a smell after rain when we came to the flat. it was a bit stinky, but later on the smell gone.

Tutto bene per il check-in siamo entrati senza problemi, segnaliamo alcune deficienze per quanto riguarda l’integrità degli arredi e la mancanza di idonei armadi; oltre alle pessime condizioni sedie e divani ecc. oltre alla deficitaria pulizia generale dell’appartamento (trovate patatine per terra e altra sporcizia! L’asporto dei rifiuti, come indicato dalla struttura, a carico degli ospiti non trova corrispondenza in quanto necessita delle necessarie chiavi non consegnate per accedere ai contenitori dedicati.

• Lisa (3/5): Not a luxury accommodation ķ- tired and stripped to bare minimum. - The location is in a quiet and civilised neighborhood, away from the busy centre of Florence. A 5 minute walk takes you to local, very good restaurants, clothes boutiques and supermarkets. It's a 20 minute walk to reach the city centre or you can catch buses. We travelled as a group of 7 and because we are a family, we were able to work around some of the inconvenience which we did not expect, due to the misleading descriptions of the apartment. On arrival, the key handover was smooth and efficient, the apartment is managed by Yes I Do, hotels and luxury apartments. We were only given one set of keys and when we asked for a second set, we were told they dont give out two set of keys due to security reasons. Never refused a second set of keys in any hotel or Airbnb before - really inconvenience if you wanted to come and go as separate groups! The apartment was spacious and clean as shown in the photos on Booking.com. However, on closer inspection, the apartment was looking tired and in need of repair and furnishings - it did not reflect luxury in it's current state. Apartment The apartment is in a beautiful low storey building, situated on the first floor accessed by a flight of stairs. There wasn't a handbook, manual or instruction booklet for any of the appliances. We had to message them about the rubbish storage and system. It was only then that they sent us a link to register as a tourist, to access and open residence bins that needed a code to open via a phone app. Detailed below are the areas which did not meet our expectations due to misleading photos and description of the advertised apartment. Bedrooms The apartment is advertised as 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are actually 3 rooms with double beds. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor and the third room is on a Mezzanine Level built above, occupying a large open plan space with a door for privacy. It is accessed via a staircase in the living room. In that space consists of two double beds placed in opposite ends and in-between those beds is a shower room with a toilet and a sofa area. One of the double beds is under a very low beam and unfortunately three members our party did hit their heads. Fine for children but a huge hazzard for adults.

• Błażej (10/5): - Bardzo fajny apartament, oddalony od scisłego centrum jakies poł godzinki na nogach. Bardzo blisko 3 sklepy w tym jeden bardzo duży. Blisko Kebab oraz Pizzerie. Jedyne co bylo niedgodnoscią podczas pobytu to meldunek. Pisaliśmy o wcześniejszą możliwość zakwaterowania, dostaliśmy odp negatywną co oczywiście rozumiem, mieliśmy dostać czyste mieszkanie i takowe bylo, niestety klucze dostaliśmy kolo 16.40, co dla nas bylo problemem, bo jechaliśmy ponad 14 h samochodem. To byla jedyna negatywna cześć pobytu.

• yudong (8/5): Average - Place is big and nice, having all the things we need. Beds are clean, kitchen is good equipped. Close to supermarket and easy to reach city center. Coffee machine didn’t work, we contacted the host but get no response. WiFi connection was not always stable. Water pipes in the first floor toilet “screaming “ a lot after flush.

• Aida (10/5): Nice, clean, facilities. - Super acomodation! It deserves more then 10! Very nice aranged,recenlty renovated, clean, spacious, not smelly, you find all the facilities in the kitchen, includind dishwasher. I liked very much how the AC are positioned! I stayed upp stairs, there are 3 AC there, one in each dormitory and one between rooms which is very practical in the summer when you you need to cool but you don’t want to blow directly in your head. There is a Conad and Carefour nearby. 25-30 min walk to the center or you can take bus, if you don’t have a car. It is do nice and spacey in the living room! Thanks to the host for the amazing experience, hope to go again! There is nothing to dislike!
• Isabel (7/5): Estada bona amb inconvenients de gestió i comunicació. - L’apartament està decorat amb molt de gust i resulta força còmode. Tot i que es troba una mica allunyat del centre (aproximadament 35 minuts a peu del Duomo), està ben connectat amb transport públic, cosa que facilita els desplaçaments. Quatre hores abans de l'hora d'entrada, l’amfitrió em va avisar que l’aire condicionat de l’apartament no funcionava i em va proposar allotjar-me en un altre pis, que tot i dir-me que era millor, per les fotos podia constatar que era bastant inferior, però pel mateix preu (argumentant que era més gran i millor ubicat). Tot i la seva insistència (enviant molts missatges), vaig rebutjar-ho. Curiosament, en arribar a l’apartament original, tots els aires condicionats funcionaven correctament. No vaig entendre res! Aquest intercanvi constant de missatges em va generar força molèstia, ja que estava fent un tour per la ciutat i tenia que anar contestant els missatges i a més no tenia clar a on acabaria dormint. No vaig rebre les instruccions d’entrada fins a última hora, També cal aclarir que l’anunci indica que hi ha 4 habitacions, però en realitat n’hi ha 2 independents i una tercera zona gran amb 2 llits sense separació física. Tot i que els llits no tenen visibilitat directa entre ells, no es pot considerar una habitació separada. Un dels dies vam tenir una incidència amb l'electricitat. Després de revisar tots els quadres elèctrics visibles i esperar una estona, vaig contactar amb l’amfitrió, que em va dir que hi ha un altre quadre amagat. El problema es va resoldre ràpidament i entenc que aquestes coses poden passar, però hauria estat útil que aquesta informació aparegués a les instruccions de la vivenda. Amb tot això puc dir que la meva estada va tenir llums i ombres!

• SALOME (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this flat! The apartment was clean, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was super responsive and made check-in really easy. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone. The only small thing to note is that the upper-floor bedrooms are open to each other, adding a curtain or divider could make it even more private.

• Mar (10/5): Confort y una casa ideal para grupos - Las instalaciones amplias y con mucho confort. Estuvimos ocho personas y fue muy acertado. Un lugar tranquilo y muy confortable que dispone de todo lo necesario. Además dispone de markets y restaurantes en la zona. Para nosotros no fue una decepción porque nos gusta dormir en lugares tranquilos, pero si que es cierto que está apartado de lugares turísticos y hay que caminar.
• Cristiano (10/5): - Tudo é excelente neste apartamento. Condições logísticas, localização, beleza e espaço acolhedor, tem 2 camas de casal em aproveitamento de sótão, com excelente ar condicionado. Máquina café com cápsulas de cortesia. Adorei tudo. Não tem elevador, mas são poucas escadas. Não tem blackouts no sótão, mas estão encomendados.

• Raymond (10/5): Loved it!! - What an amazing place an location, so close to everything in Florence. This was our most challenging city to find a big place to take care of our group of 8 and this place was perfect!!! Samuel and Lili met our every need, recommending great restaurants and there was even a parking lot, just a 5 minute walk from the apartment and only 15 euros a day, which is extremely reasonable for this city! Big place with 4 bedrooms and a nice kitchen!! Met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations! Strongly recommend this place in Florence!! No issues at all!! Exceeded our exptectations!

It was fully equipped with everything necessary, and the location was perfect—just a great walking distance to the city center. Highly recommended!

• Baiata (1/5): Horrible - The property was nice but it was far away from Florence proper We arrived on Monday and there was no hot water. We notified management right away. They came the next day and said it was fixed but it wasn't. They said just wait and it will come on. We waited half the day and the hot water never came on. We wasted half the day just waiting. The next day they replaced the boiler but that wasn't completed until late in the afternoon and we had to wait for the water to get hot. It didn't work properly until the next and day we were leaving So for 2 and 1/2 days we had no hot water. They kept saying we would get compensation. We were 9 adults and a baby without hot water. I kept asking what compensation would they be giving me and it took them 18 days to say there would be no compensation. Hot water is essential. Very unprofessional

• Gill (10/5): Great location, ideal for 6 of us - Lovely and clean and perfect for 6 of us, dining and living room were big enough for all of us to relax and the kitchen had all the facilities we needed . About a 20 minute walk into the centre and the location was quiet. Nothing negative really, one of the shower doors was missing and we'd have liked a toaster, but they're just really small things, we loved it
• Diane (9/5): We liked it a lot except for the shower and a/c we feel we should be compensated for the in convenience - It was very nice and clean large enough for all 8 of us The shower door on maine floor shattered first day by just closing it. Never was replaced. The a/c in first poor bedroom didn’t work for two days until we cleaned the filter. Those things was not happy times
