• Jacobus (8/5): Comfortable, spacious and right at the centre. - Locations was excellent, the apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Small issue: no plug in kitchen sink or tub to do dishes in. This made it hard keeping the kitchen clean. The communication with the agent (GuestReady) was very cumbersome in the beginning because their website did not accept my passport. After repeated messages they sorted it out.

• Carlos (9/5): La pasamos bien. - el tamaño, la cercania con tiendas. No sabia dónde tirar la basura clasificada. Falta de papel higiénico, toallas de papel y bolsas de basura. Comunicación telefónica solo en inglés
• Barbara (5/5): It was mediocre. - Location was great. Breackfast was not part of the service. There were cockroaches on the stairs and near the entrance. It was a very noisy small street with trucks loading noisily early in the morning. The shower fllooded the bathroom at every shower.

Mal experiencia ,sin ayuda ayena y ni contactos ,en plena noche ☹️ Mala experiencia desde el primer día. ¡No nos enviaron el código de la llave al llegar! En nuestro caso, tuvimos que tomar un taxi a Key Point (farmacia) para recoger la llave por la noche. Tuvimos que esperar mucho porque, tras recibir muchos mensajes a Guest Ready, no nos enviaron el código. A las 22:12 nos bloquearon, así que fuimos a buscar otra llave. No nos la dieron porque no teníamos el código. Tras un largo rato de mensajes y llamadas urgentes, sin respuesta, nos enviaron el código. Malo porque las llaves estaban colgadas dentro. Ni Guest Ready, ni Booking.com, ni KeyNest Group (que gestionan las llaves) nos ayudaron. Además, el servicio de atención al cliente, un italiano arrogante, intentó ser grosero conmigo en todo momento. ¡No nos ayudaron en absoluto, ni idea! Después de largas horas en el frío exterior y preocupados, conseguimos llamar a un cerrajero para que abriera la puerta (porque la propiedad no tenía asistencia), así que no había otra forma de entrar por la noche. ¡Gasto de 270 euros! Lo mejor fue que cuando mandamos a traer al cerrajero estaban más preocupados por el gasto que por la seguridad y el bienestar de nosotros. ¡Increíble! Por favor, les sugiero no reservar apartamentos de Guest Ready, es un enlace de negocios que no se preocupa por la seguridad y el bienestar, intentan conceder beneficios en algunas fallas de los clientes, muy mala experiencia, no recomendado.Ojo ! De un viajero frequente .
• Luis (8/5): - The Apartment is nice and comfortable, It has a great location near important places. It is always loud, specially at night, there is a bar in the corner and the people is too loud, then around 12 pm the city cleaning service comes to collect the garbage making a lot of noise. It's hard to sleep peacefully
• Undine (8/5): Sehr angenehm - Central gelegen, hervorragender Service, schnelle Antworten auf alle Fragen. Sehr großzügig geschnitten. Etwas kühl, es gab gerade eine Kaltphase in Madrid. Die Klimaanlage kam mit Heizen nicht hinterher. Die Dusche könnte einen Duschvorhang vertragen und das Haustürschloß ein bisschen Öl
• María José (10/5): Bien - Muy buena ubicación Cama muy mala, mal colchón y sábanas cortas que se salían al acostarse. Deberían poner una cama más grande, con mejor colchón, almohadas y sábanas
• Fatima (6/5): Average - Location The check in process is not for people who like to organize and sort out everything well in time. We had to chase them for till the last minute for key collection. Numbers given on booking .com do not work and no one responds to the whats app. We called and left message with someone at customer services telling them that we have few hours before we get on the plane so need to know where to collect keys from. Luckily someone did message us on whats app and later on it turned out that the apartment we have booked is not under their administration. Got an kyes literally a few hours before the check in. Keys to be collected from a pharmacy and they had no clue about the property and directions. You will never come in contact with the host. Apartment is nice and clean . No elevator and stairs are quiet steep- Not for kids and someone with any mobility issues. No Aircon in one of the rooms and it was seriously hot so we had to move one bed to the living room. Master bedroom has aircon but bed is super small. Very hard for two people for sleep comfortably. Bathroom is small with no glass door at the the shower cubical. Have to be careful while bathing otherwise whole floor gets wet. The only thing which can get 10 out of 10 points is the location. Its short walk to all main attractions. So if someone isnt worried about the apartment and its facilities then its a yes for them .

• Federico Matías (5/5): Servicio al cliente malísimo - El departamento, la comodidad y la ubicación es excelente El Departamento y la zona donde se encuentra situado es excelente. Lamentablemente el servicio de Chek in y chek out opaca todo lo bueno que puede estar el departamento No hay atención personalizada solo a través de mail a la administración, tuve que enviar 6 mail para que me envíen las indicaciones para ingresar al Departamento , esperan hasta último momento para enviarte las cosas y uno está de viaje y quiere estar tranquilo mínimo 48 hs antes y tener certeza de su estancia . Al dejar el mismo hay que devolver las llaves en el mismo lugar que uno las retiro con la incomodidad que eso implica estando con toda la familia y las valijas , cuando se podrían dejar adentro del departamento y salir sin inconvenientes. Muy malo el servicio de atención , con un mail 48 hs diciendo que el día de ingreso a la mañana se enviaban las instrucciones se solucionaba todo porque uno quiere estár tranquilo, no puede estar nervioso sabiendo que está viajando a otro país en mi caso con toda la familia y no saber hasta el mismo día si está todo ok con el alojamiento,.Ahora para que me vaya el día anterior me llegó el mail sin problema. Así no se trata a los clientes ,no solo es si el departamento era comodo o lindo , es un todo.

• Harshal (7/5): Will not come back to stay here again - Big appartment centrally located big kitchen good shower hot water We had to collect the keys and return back from a shop which was 400m away which was painful and tottally not aceptable after having an overnight journey and family with kids . Big appartment but bedroom doesnt have lock from inside so no use of having a seperate bedroom when with kids no privacy big kitchen with no basic things like chopping board no cooking spoons and no small utensils living room ac had some issues as well it did not work first day but then automatically got corrected . They dont alliw you to keep luggage after checkout and we had to pay extra for it at another place so people with kate flights dont come here. No jetspray in the toilet so asian indian tourists find another place the shower water comes out because the shower cubical deosnt have a door and the toilet doesnt have an exaust nor a window which is horrible. The mirror is for 5 ft height people only there is no lift so only if you have no luggage or you are a body builder try this place. Extremely small master bed we are not fat still it was very uncomfortable because bed was very very less wide . Never experienced such bed even in a small motel .

• Ricardo (5/5): It's ok although not worth the money - Nothing special of note maybe the area, i guess. The lack of cleanliness. We found paper tissues on the floor. Hair in the shower. It felt someone had just leave the apartment before we arrive. We didn't like the fact that we had to pick up the keys in a pharmacy. I had to wait 20 min in line to pick up the keys. The beds were short.
