Außen-Türöffnung war aufgrund falscher Codeangabe durch Arbio nicht möglich, hat sich die Concierge sehr gut gekümmert. Sehr nette, zuvorkommende Person! Rechnung habe ich leider immer noch nicht, bereits zweimal das Formular ausgefüllt...

• Nicholas (7/5): Decent Stay But Better Options Elsewhere - Located in from of the Berlin Wall and not too far from the Holzmarkt by foot - the building and room are modern, clean and spacious. It has everything you would expect and whilst central is not too noisy. An airport shuttle service was offered and one of the driving reasons for why I booked this place, and by the day before flight this wasn't available anymore and I had to book and Uber at greater cost. Honestly, with the vast range of places in Berlin I probably would have picked somewhere else if I had known this would happen. Alongside this, whilst the building is clean and modern the area around is quite rough and the receptionist was not the most friendly.
• Klaus-Dieter (8/5): Super Lage um zur Uber Arena zu gehen! - Die Lage, die Sauberkeit und die Kommunikation. Sofa war leider durchgesessen und die Matratzen waren nicht mehr optimal. Die Metall-Nachtische verursachen laute Geräusche wenn der Zimmerpartner nachts was darauf abstellt.
• merilinda (6/5): Ottima struttura ma lo staff completamente assente - La struttura è molto carina e si trova in una posizione eccellente, vicino a diverse fermate della metro, bus e tram Il servizio dello staff purtroppo lascia molto desiderare, i codici di accesso erano sbagliati, abbiamo chiamato ma non ci sapevano dire i codici giusti e non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di assistenza. Per fortuna il palazzo aveva un portiere e grazie a lui siamo potuti entrare nella struttura. In 5 giorni di soggiorno lo staff non ci ha mai comunicato i codici d’accesso .

• Magdalena (7/5): Die Lage ist praktisch, besonders für Konzertbesuche. - Das Apartment ist insgesamt schön und hochwertig eingerichtet, die Küche grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Besonders positiv ist, dass Kaffee zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Allerdings wirkt vieles eher oberflächlich gepflegt – der Geschirrspüler hätte dringend eine Wartung nötig. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll, jedoch fehlt ein wenig der persönliche Charme. Insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft recht unpersönlich. Der Kontakt erfolgt ausschließlich per Chat, wobei unklar bleibt, ob man mit einer Person oder einem System kommuniziert – Antworten kommen allerdings schnell. Ein klarer Minuspunkt ist, dass keine Möglichkeit besteht, das Gepäck vor dem Check-in abzustellen.

• Iiris (5/5): Overall a decent stay, but the hosts’ communication and follow-through were disappointing. - The location was great and the place was clean. On the first night, bedding was missing for one guest and wasn't brought until the following morning. When we asked what solution they could offer for the inconvenience, they promised to come back with one — but never did. I suggested a late check-out by one hour as a gesture, which they declined, saying they'd find another solution instead. We never heard from them again. The kitchen extractor fan was also quite weak.

Upon arrival we were tying to open the main door at 15.00 as advised(not only me but 2 other rooms). The code was wrong which can happen. Somehow the door opened but i do not remember how. Certainly not from the receptionist. There were 2 persons behind the reception that did not even ask as a thing. Very bad first impression due to the impassiveness of the employees. This is just my impression.

• Cindy (8/5): Great Overall - I loved the apartment it was super conveneient and had everything we needed at the time. I would definitely consider staying here again and the instructions from check-in to check-out were super clear I would like some flexibility around early check in and late check out - our flight was delayed last minute and had to wait in the lobby for 5 hours as they weren't able to make late check out arrangements. I would have happily paid for this service too.

The building is very quiet despite its location next to the Uber Arena. There are many excellent restaurants in the area. I will definitely choose this place for my next trip to Berlin. All was perfect.

• Marko (9/5): Top Lage, super ruhig, perfekt für Wochenende - Die Lage war top, nahe an S+U Station, Wohnung und Austattung neuwertig, extrem ruhige Lage, Wohnung 014 zum Innenhof. Für 2 perfekt für 4 etwas zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Klappcouch für Kids gerade so OK, für Erwachsene recht unbequem und viel gequitsche.
• Pia (10/5): Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf einen weiteren Aufenthalt in Berlin in diesem schönen Apartment;) - Es hat uns hervorragend gut gefallen. Sehr gerne empfehlen wir die Unterkunft weiter,oder kommen selber wieder! Die Schlafcouch auf der unsere Kinder geschlafen haben, war in der Mitte sehr durchgebogen. Vielleicht müsste diese mal nachgeschaut werden. Unsere Kinder sind noch jung und es hat sie nicht gestört.

• Carina (8/5): Moderne Wohnung in bester Lage nah an der East Side Galerie - Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für ein paar Tage in Berlin. Alle Möbel und das Badezimmer sind relativ neu, ohne große Abnutzung. Das ganze Gebäude erscheint relativ jung zu sein. Die Lage zum Berliner Ostbahnhof ist grandios. Gerade mal 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung sind zügig zu erreichen. Die East Side Galerie oder auch die Uber Arena sind direkt um die Ecke. Auch Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Eine nette Stehlampe als Zusatz für die sehr helle Deckenbeleuchtung oder die eher nicht so helle Nachtischbeleuchtung würde der Wohnung noch mehr Ambiente verleihen.

The studio was spacious and the apartment building itself was modern and clean. 10 minutes by uber to the center and a train station nearby. The bed and sofa bed were a little bit uncomfortable and on the harder side.

• Ulrike (6/5): Modernes Appartement in guter Lage mit aber schlechter Kundenbetreuung bei einem Problem - Schönes modern eingerichtetes Appartement in der Nähe des Ostbahnhof. Zu dritt war es etwas eng, aber die Einrichtung und das Ambiente waren sehr gut. Leider fehlte ein Bettlaken für das Sofa. Trotz direktem Kontakt der angegebenen Telefonnummer passierte 24 h lang gar nichts. Kein Rückruf und keine adäquate Reaktion auf weitere Anfragen per Nachricht. Offenbar fühlte sich niemand zuständig, sich darum zu kümmern. Dies ist kein guter Kundenservice.

Bei Rückfragen war das Team von Arbio immer sofort erreichbar. Einfacher Check in und Check out. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - steht in keinem Verhältnis bezogen auf die Lage (Dunkel/Erdgeschoss), Lautstärke - in Abhängigkeit der Lage zur Straßenseite, Ausstattung und Größe.

• 김 (10/5): - 숙소 깨끗하고 꽤 넓습니다. 특히 주방과 식기세척기, 청소기 등 필요한 모든게 있습니다. 근처 역사 안 마트에사 장을 봐서 요리해먹는 시간이 제일 좋았네요. 주요 관광지나 기차역으로 가는 300번 버스가 바로 앞에 있습니다. 다만 기차연착으로 늦게 셀프체크인 하는 부분을 늦게 발견해서 많이 헤맸습니다. 같은 건물 여러 거주민들이 도와주셔서 무사히 체크인했지만, 좀 어려울 수 있습니다. 아 또 1층입니다! 겨울이지만 환기를 위해 창문을 열었더니 행인들과 눈마주치는 일이 많았네요.

• Antje (7/5): Tolle Lage. Für 2 Personen top! jedoch nicht für mehr als 2 Personen geeignet. - Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Doppelbett ist sehr bequem. Toll, dass ein paar Cups für die Nespresso-Maschine und Teebeutel da waren. Ideale Lage für Konzertbesuche in der Uber-Arena und Sightseeing. Die Wohnung war bei den kalten Wintertagen tagsüber wirklich schön warm allerdings nachts zum Schlafen auch. Toll, dass wir auch einen Late-checkout buchen konnten. Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern die Wohnung gemietet. Jedoch war das Schlafsofa im Gegensatz zum tollen Doppelbett eine Zumutung. Die Liegefläche ist nicht gerade sondern vertieft sich in der Mitte massiv, so dass unsere Töchter überhaupt nicht gut liegen konnten.

• Roxanne (9/5): Ich würde es weiterempfehlen :-) - - Wir hatten das Apartment zum innenhof gerichtet erste Türe im Gang, es war wirklich sehr ruhig, man hat nichts gehört, weder Nachbarn noch Autos - Die Lage ist super neben der Uber Arena (für Konzerts) & nähe Mall, viele Restaurants & Kaffees in der Nähe - Direkt eine Busstagion in der Nähe - Man kann die Wohnung total dunkel machen mit den elektrischen Rolläden - Sehr modern das Apartment, das Gebäude, wie auch die Umgebung - Sieht aus wie auf den Bildern - Gutes Wlan - Einfache Anweisung für das Checkin, alles klar Verständlich - Gute Ausstattung in der Küche, auch mit Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Gewürze, Waschmaschine - Ästetisches Apartment, Einrichtung & Ausstattung - Bodenheizung - Die Lobby wird bewacht & man kann die Koffer kostenlos abgeben, wenn man auscheckt - Das Klappbett war ok, etwas quitschig aber nicht so fest - Grösstenteils war es sauber (Betten, Bettwäsche, Badetücher, Boden), jedoch war es an manchen Stellen nicht so gut geputzt, z.B. der Dampfamzug war dreckig, mit Öl & Sachen die teilweise hinunterhingen, hinter dem Scheidebrett an der Küchenwand hatte es noch Tomatenflecken, unter dem Schrank hatte es eine ganze Staubversammlung.. Unter dem Backofen hatte es noch Brotresten/Brösel.. Ich habe da selber nachgeholfen🤥 Sonst war der Boden sauber. - Man muss 250 € Kaution bezahlen, was zu bedenken ist, was aber Ok ist

• J.F. (10/5): - Liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist für 4 Personen zwar etwas klein, aber dennoch völlig ausreichend. Auch wenn kein Personal vor Ort ist, geht ein großes Lob an die Menschen, die digital die Gästekorrespondenz betreuen, welche rasch antworten und sehr hilfsbereit sind. Dies bleibt unsere 1. Anlaufstelle beim nächsten Besuch in Berlin. Danke ihr lieben :)

Very convenient self check-in process with the detailed instructions. There were some minor complaints about the quality of cleaning in the bathroom. The sofa creaks a lot and is not very suitable for sleeping.
