• Davide (9/5): Come essere a casa. - Comoda, pulita accogliente con tutto il necessario all’interno. Posizione ottima per la metro. Camera silenziosa e letto comodissimo. Non è stato possibile entrare leggermente prima del check prestabilito dall’host. Da aggiungere qualche punto di appoggio in più per valige e varie.

• Fidan (8/5): Prima plek, praktisch gelegen en betaalbaar - Praktisch ingedeelde en schone ruimte. Slaapbank makkelijk bedienbaar Liefst een gewoon slotsysteem met sleutel of code. Niet alle buren zijn gewend aan toeristen.

• AMILCAR HÉCTOR (9/5): - La ubicación es buena. El espacio está optimizado. El sistema de entrada remota es una complicación cuando no se quiere depender de móviles y apps. Nada como una llave física.
• Yakusheva (5/5): - Локация хорошая. Метро в двух шагах. Цена 900€ на 7 дней для таких условий явно завышена. На неделю 2 рулона туалетной бумаги и отсутствие даже 1 капсулы для стирки, при том что машинка была. Без интернета в дом не попасть. Совсем. Диван раскладывается так, что не возможно пройти. Ощущение, что живешь в коридоре.

• Gloria (8/5): - El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien equipado. La cama cómoda y la temperatura adecuada. A dos pasos de una parada de metro. El sistema para entrar al apartamento depende enteramente de una aplicación móvil que hay que instalar antes de poder acceder al alojamiento. Habría sido ideal disponer de una llave de repuesto por si acaso. Por otro lado, el apartamento no tiene ventanas. La única luz que entra es a través de la puerta de entrada, que tiene un cristal translúcido. Para una corta estancia está bien, pero no me quedaría más de dos días.

• Victoria (7/5): Correcto - Apartamento recién reformado y muy limpio. No es caro para el nivel de la ciudad, aunque esta apartado y es un local. Es un local a pie de calle, y en cierto modo me dio inseguridad ya que la puerta carece de verjas ni es blindada (de hecho es de cristal, q es el único acceso de luz del apartamento). No hay ventanas. Falta de mobiliario: no hay armarios ni cajoneras, ni espacio para guardar cosas, ni lugar para colgar toallas, por lo q no lo recomendaría en una estancia mayor a 2-3 días. Nulo contacto personal, es una empresa que se comunica por email y a través de una app. Rigidez en entrada y salida.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo anche per la posizione vicinissima alla fermata di tram, metro e bus. Ci ritornerei sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Valencia e sicuramente la consiglio! Non abbiamo trovato lati negativi né della struttura né dei dintorni

Apartman nagyon tiszta, jól felszerelt-finom volt a bekészitett kávé. A kanapé kihuzva nagy 2 személyes matracot rejt . Meglepően nagyon kényelmes volt . Strand séta távolságra.Csendes környék. Metro közel- nevezetességek igy könnyen elérhetők.

• Steven (10/5): Great little apartment. Clean and comfortable. - Beautiful little apartment. Has everything you need and it was exceptionally clean and well decorated. It was unfortunate I only stayed for 1 night because I wish I could have stayed longer! I can’t really fault it.

• Luxarco (10/5): Ideal para quem quer aliar idas à praia e conhecer a cidade em família! - Gostei das atenções do anfitrião à nossa chegada! Tivemos direito a uma série de mimos que nos surpreenderam pela positiva: pastilhas para café, uma garrafa de água fresca, champô e gel de banho da Rituals, estojo para lavar a loiça... Outro ponto positivo a localização: perto do autocarro 32 que levava ao centro e à praia, e do metro (apesar de mesmo estar em obras era fácil deslocarmo-nos), perto de um Mercadona e de outros serviços (padaria, farmácia, take away). A tv sem acesso a não ser a partir da nossa conta. A higiene das ruas circundantes cuja necessidade deveria ser reforçada junto da câmara municipal (as pessoas levam os seus animais à rua e alguns não apanham os dejectos).

• NAAM (8/5): - Nous avons passé un bon séjour à l'appart. Le quartier est calme (près de la plage) Tu peux y revenir à une heure tardive en toute tranquillité. Les transports en commun sont à proximité, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement dans la ville. Il y a également des commerces (Mercadona...etc) restaurants et cafés à quelques minutes à pied.

• Jonathon (9/5): Superb - Lovely facilities, clean, modern. The AI service is actually really useful The app to open the door depends entirely on you having phone battery. There should be a key at the property as a back up.
• Elzbieta (6/5): Difficult Entry to the Apartment - The apartment was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Access to the apartment is only possible after completing an online registration process, which was complicated and unclear. The staff refused to assist with it. You also have to install an app to enter the apartment. If it’s your first time doing this, it can be very problematic. In the evening, the staff no longer replied to messages or answered phone calls. Only the next morning did they ask if I had managed to get inside the apartment.
