Guest Reviews
- Guest (1/5): - Cleanest The problem with the Flat C is that very hot we could not sleep because of warm/hot. We had some cooling fan which doesn't have any effects. We contact them and they provide us another Fan but the situation doesn't change. In additional the flat doesn't have a window. Our experience in the flat C was very bad.
- Rahat (1/5): Surviving hell - The location is prime, it made it bearable. They had no AC and a fan that did not work. There was no ventilation in the room at all. It felt like we were in a sauna. We complained multiple times to the owner and were left on read. Would never recommend to anyone to stay here.
- Mark (4/5): Disappointing -
- Harry (7/5): Good - Central location Difficult to access room, very hot through the night even with air conditioner
- Maliheh (1/5): Disappointing and worst stay - Location was the only good point. My stay was extremely disappointing and overpriced for what was offered. The room was too small and had a terrible smell. Ventilation was awful—there was no fresh air, even though there was a noisy ventilator in the room. Additionally, there was no kettle or electric kettle provided. Cooking was impossible because the pans and other kitchen utensils were in terrible condition and completely unusable. Sleeping at night was very difficult due to poor sound insulation and constant noise from outside. The windows could not even be opened to let in fresh air. The bathroom handle was also broken, adding to the inconvenience.
Overall, it was the worst stay I have ever experienced, especially considering the high cost. The place felt more like a cell in a prison. To illustrate the poor conditions, I’ve included a few pictures of the kitchen utensils.
- Disappointed (1/5): AVOID AT ALL COSTS - They accepted the booking and then provided no check in information and did not respond to messages or calls until the following day.
I had no choice but to walk to a nearby hotel in the early hours of the morning and pay for alternative accommodation.
To add insult to injury they then lied to booking.com to say that there was no problem with my stay.
They have no place on this platform or any other for that matter.
- Liam (1/5): Defo don’t recommend with kids, as the noise from beeping car horns through every single hour of the night was horrific. - Locating and absolutely nothing else. Beds were uncomfortable and bedding was dirty. Very Loud with traffic during ALL hours of the night.
- Dankwah (7/5): Good -
- Thelma (3/5): Don’t stay here. It’s horrible. - The location was good. That was the only good thing about the apartment There is something seriously wrong with this apartment. The heat in there was probably about 40 degrees. We were sweating the whole time. No working AC and no way to open a window. The mattresses were absolutely horrible. HORRIBLE. We were just sleeping on the springs. We complained but they did not want to do anything for us until we called booking.com that stepped in to help us. We then got a better apartment (but not great at all). That is the only reason I am giving them a 3. Otherwise it would have been 1.
Also, the apartment is very worn down. 2 chairs and a tiny table but they say it’s for 5 people.
- Gerhard (10/5): During my stay near Piccadilly Circus, I loved the central location, which offered easy access to major attractions and - If you liked the accommodation near Piccadilly Circus, here are some common aspects that people often appreciate about staying in this area:

- Paolo (10/5): My stay in London. - Top Location and easy and safe access. wi-fi works good. clean. a little bit noisy due to the top area full of whatever you want.
- Joy (3/5): frustrating , little sleep due to being unable to lock the door!! - no breakfast included but enough basic equipment there for food preparation.
location is good we were a group of females only, that included very young children and arrived about 9.30pm .The door to the basic flat would not lock, we were exhausted and needing sleep. we spent a fair amount of time desperate to lock the door in order to sleep in safety. I contacted the host , who did reply but did not resolve or attempt to enquire if we were now safe and locked in. The bathroom sink would not discharge water ,.
I spoke to a number of very decent other guests who were also exasperated by issues they had and the phrase was made 'its no point in complaining, the host does nothing to remedy the issues '.
no contact came from the host after to myself , to respond to my concerns or any apology. it seems that the location being good, money is exchanged and that's all that matters.
would certainly not use again!!!
- Zaid (3/5): Horrible - The location The door lock did not work, I noticed this after I checked in and moved my things out from my bags, so I had to pack again and relocate to another apartment as per directions received via Whatsapp, it felt like a treasure hunt, I requested to see or speak to a person which did not happen. The new apartment was on the third floor with an elevator that is under maintenance, the building was under refurbishment from the inside as well. We were four persons so the initial booking was fine having four single beds, however the new apartment had one double bed and one sofa, three persons slept on the bed and one on the sofa which was not convenient at all, also carrying four bags to the third floor after 11 hours flight was the worst experience ever.
- Abilioalexandre (7/5): Good -
- Nicola (8/5): Very good - In the city centre, walking distance to attractions and tube station No facility to leave bags in earlier
- Edina (10/5): I would go back, had a very pleasent trip - Perfect location, easy access and comfortable apartment.
- Hayley (10/5): Fantastic location - Fantastic location, couldn’t believe how close we were to many attractions. Nothing really, I would only suggest a table top fridge for milk/water as it comes with a small kitchen and this would make it complete.
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Magnus (7/5): The location in central London - right between Piccadilly, Soho, Chinatown and Covent - is absolutely perfect. - The location in central London - right between Piccadilly, Soho, Chinatown and Covent - is absolutely 100 % perfect. The standard of the room is grade 2 out of 5. Bring your own extra bath towels, hangers and bring your own, comfortable, quality pillows. It's missing. (Pillows, towels, etc. can be bought cheaply at the Argos store in London, we did.)
