• John (9/5): Nice, well equipped apartment, secure, but near loud road.. - The property is secure and conveniently located. There is a private garage to park the car right in front of the apartment and there was plenty of space for my son and me. The patio out back, kitchen, bathroom, were all nice and met all of our needs. Very clean and orderly. The directions to the apartment could be more specific because we wound up at the wrong apartment initially because they look identical from the street. Costa Rica does not use specific numbered street addresses, so it’s always challenging here. But the instructions the owner provided for opening the garage and door were very specific and accurate. Otherwise, the only complaint is that the apartment is located next to a major road (Routa 1), so it is quite loud with traffic.
• James (10/5): Modern, Clean, and Welcoming - It was easy to locate and get an access to the home, a very welcoming environment from the moment we opened the garage door. Yes, you will be able to park your car in a covered and locked driveway. We felt very comfortable and safe. The hosts had everything we needed to recover from a prolonged travel. Coffee, tea, washing powder, welcoming gift. Washer and dryer are new and well-functioning. The apartment home is clean, decorated with the guests feeling well relaxed and having a good sleep. Clean! The kitchen has everything that you might need. We had a difficulty in the beginning figuring out how to start the hot water, and after we called the owner to ask him about it, he was there to fix it in 5 minutes. Very friendly and efficient. All was well after that. We enjoyed our stay at San Ramon because of a very pleasant lodging arrangement. A bit noisy because is close to the main road but that makes it for an easy in and out as well. It wasn't too much, just noticable.
