• Rishitha (2/5): Decent place but no response from owner for help with anything - The property looked decent and clean The parking was a very big hassle!! And no one around to help or no response when called to that given number. Left multiple voice mails but no use! Secondly, the bathtub was clogged, first day when we check in, the water was very slow and from next day, it was clogged completely. This delayed our plans for the entire day, as we had to wait for a very long time after each use. Also, we used the plunger to try and unclog (which is definitely a bad experience) but it was of no use.

• Leo (7/5): Good apartment but it was not wheelchair accessible and the customer service was disappointing - Spacious, clean, well furnished and bright. Owner responded quickly to messages (but wasn’t always very helpful). Although the property has a disabled access lift and step free access through the garage, the lift didn’t work and the owner was not interested in helping us find a way to access the property through the garage. The property is not wheelchair accessible, despite what the description may suggestion. The property did not have a clothes rack, as advertised, and the owner was not interested in providing one. The owner gave us the wrong access code to the property. When we arrived, we couldn’t enter.

• Trish (10/5): Clean, quiet, great location - Clean, quiet, and great location. Staff was helpful with sorting out how to use the air conditioner. Useful amenities available like towels, toilet paper, paper towels, salt and pepper, dish soap, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, and washer and dryer on the basement level. Extra towels and blankets were available in the closet, along with hangers for clothes, and two nightstands by each bed. I tend to like my showers on the hot side, and this shower delivered on that. The walls are a bit thin and noise travels, but this wasn't really a problem, because everyone was pretty quiet.

• Jérôme (7/5): Appart confortable, mais communication désastreuse - L’appartement est spacieux, bien aménagé avec une bonne literie, une salle de bains complète (baignoire/douche) et une cuisine très bien équipée. Situé à 7-8 minutes du métro dans un quartier résidentiel tranquille et cosmopolite. Pas de machine à laver contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, et l’hôte n’a proposé aucune solution, refusant même d’admettre l’évidence, pour lui une machine à laver collective payante correspond à un équipement fourni dans l’appartement ! En prime, pas de possibilité de le joindre par appel téléphonique, communication uniquement en anglais, et refus très sec du simple dépôt de bagages le jour du check-in avant 16h pour raisons de « sécurité »… bref cet appart serait très bien avec un autre gérant !

Avec 2 wc : 1 dans la salle de bain et 1 autre dans une salle d'eau avec lavabo : très appréciable à 6! Le canapé en face de la tv ainsi que le canapé lit (jaune) dans le salon (pour la 5 et 6eme personne) mériteraient vraiment d'être changé !

• Ankit (10/5): Stayed here - Stayed at the property for six days. Clean property. Street parking but easy to park. Provided enough supplies for week. Was able to park in front of the property. Host answered all the question. All I can say is excellent property.

Es gab einen Aufzug Ein paar Dinge waren kaputt wie etwa der Wasserkocher und eine Schranktür. Der Code für die Wohnung ging als wir unser Gepäck zum Auto brachten bereits einige Minuten vor dem Check out nicht mehr und wir kamen nicht mehr in die Wohnung herein. Doch durch das Personal konnte uns dann geholfen werden.

• Diana (7/5): Could have been better - Conveniently located and close to Montreal's main attractions. It was very clean. Our check-in experience was very frustrating. It is very late (5pm) and no earlier check-in could be arranged. The host hadn't provided instructions on how to enter the building or what unit number we were looking for, which meant I had to try to make sense of it all over chat in Booking. It took us 1hr to access the apartment I've recommended this info is provided in the guestbook for future bookings. We tried calling the number provided by Booking.com but we were met with a "wrong number" by the person who picked up the phone. The heating system ran a bit cold even though it was set to 23-24deg.

• Nadiya (5/5): Great place with a list of drawbacks - Very good design of the condo, nice furniture and great location Very poor maintenance of the apartment: a broken door in a shower, a broken coffee machine, dirty walls everywhere etc. And cherry on the top, the neighbours of apt 103 were partying all nights of our stay ( one day -by 2am, the other- by 5am). Luckily we had a second bedroom that were far from neighbours but if you need two bedrooms for your group, you will have an experience sleeping at a night club-Super lound and smell of weeds all night.

• Loshanta (1/5): Poor management, lack of communication skills, do not care about there guest, its not a good look - First and foremost I did not like anything at all about this place, this place left me and my family especially my daughter traumatized . There is nothing to like about this place management is very unprofessional. There was an incident when we checked in where it was time to shower , my daughter went to take shower then we heard a big noise and my daughter was screaming for help we ran to the washroom to find the glass shower door feel off an slice my daughter hands her hand injury was so bad that you can see the inner skin an the fatty part of her inner skin We had to rush her to the hospital, I have been calling management from that very same night in regards of what happened I have even sent a text message no one responded, after all this back and forth at the hospital with my daughter now that we are learning she has to get surgery done. Getting back from the hospital at 3am that morning I could not sleep we couldn’t use the washroom because all these pieces of broken glass is everywhere. Around 8 am the morning I have been calling management management no one is answering I sent a second text about what happened nothing I have call so much times before I was been contacted on what’s app by a simple text message ( hello what happened) was their response which I did not like. Their response was very slow and unprofessional and seems to do not care about the situation I had them pics of my daughter hands and trust me these ppl still did not care. I just need everyone to boycott this place. No heat, no hot water the glass shower door fell and broke while my daughter was taking shower. She had to block her face why the glass slice her hand … her hand could have been chopped off now the doctor is saying that my daughter has to get surgery done that’s how bad the situation is and management at this property does not care one bit no body showed up to look at the situation they’re not answering my calls they’re responding to my text when they feel like . It’s a bad situation that we didn’t feel safe in the unit . Management does not care and I have all the proof to get legal action against them. Not my daughter has to live with this trauma on her bday for the rest of her lives

• WILLIAM (1/5): Disappointing Experience – Washer Not Working and Poor Handling - The apartment itself was spacious and quiet. One of the main reasons I chose this property was because it was clearly listed as having an in-unit washer and dryer. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the washer was not working — only the dryer was functional. When I reported the issue, the host(Property management) acknowledged it but only suggested using a shared laundry facility in the basement and offered to refund the laundry cost. I clearly stated multiple times that I did not wish to use shared facilities due to both privacy concerns and the inconvenience of having to leave the unit, which completely defeated the purpose of booking a place with a private washer. Despite repeatedly explaining my situation, no others alternative solution and compensation was ever offered throughout our short two-night stay. Considering the price and the listing’s description, the property management should have maintained the basic amenities properly. The way the issue was handled was very disappointing and unprofessional.

Very annoying.The bed in the other room was very close to the wall so made getting in and out of the left side of the bed very difficult.

• Elaine (5/5): Disappointed that apt didn't live up to its "restful nights" billing - location, shower, coffee pods, safe neighbourhood strict expectations from host (no noise, no visitors, repeated confirmations that we would follow rules and clean up before we left even though we paid a $119 fee, etc); apt is listed as "restful nights", but it has no sound insulation so woken up too early by upstairs couple just walking around to get ready for work; apt needs new mattresses, some repairs (toilet seat) and better cleaning; check-in instructions for apt door aren't accurate.

Appartement spacieux, salle d'eau agréable, grande cuisine équipée (manque quelques ustensiles comme saladier, économe, etc.). Literie très agréable ! Sol de mauvaise qualité (parquet qui se soulève), murs mal isolés (on entend les allées et venues des voisins dans l'allée). Machine à laver qui ne fonctionne pas (il y en dans le sous-sol mais forte odeur d'humidité). Attention pas de savon ni shampooing fourni.

• Silvia (10/5): Lovely quiet and clean apartment - We got the key code from the host via text so that we had in in time for our arrival. We had a couple of questions before our arrival and the host was super helpful and always replied very quickly. The apartment is quiet and the kitchen is well equiped. It's not too fair to the next metro stations so it was easy to commute and walk around. There is also a big supermarket within walking distance. All good.

• Paul & Familie (10/5): Perfekte Lage & sehr komfortabel - Die Unterkunft liegt ideal: U-Bahn-Station in 100 m Entfernung mit direkter Verbindung in die Innenstadt, dazu Restaurants und Supermärkte gleich um die Ecke. Parken war problemlos an der Straße möglich. Die Wohnung selbst ist bestens ausgestattet – bequeme Betten und eine hervorragend eingerichtete Küche haben für echten Komfort gesorgt. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können den Aufenthalt absolut empfehlen!

Fairly spacious. Free street parking. Host was very communicative and tried to address problems promptly. Very stingy with paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper, dish and dishwasher detergent and soap. Had to replenish some on our own. There was a guy fixing a new tv in the apartment when we checked in at 7 pm. This should have been done before we checked in. Had to wait to settle in till he was done. New TV didn’t work as the remote was missing and even then tv was not set up after remote arrived next day. No extra comforter for someone sleeping on the couch (unfortunately not a sofa bed, which would have been more practical). This was sent next day. Wooden Chairs on the balcony were partially broken. These small touches don’t cost much, but make a difference to the convenience and overall experience.

Location was a bit far away from attractions (though accessible by metro) and there isn’t much in the neighbourhood. The apartment was missing a few necessities (garbage bags, cleaning supplies, enough drinking glasses) but the host remedied most of these when we contacted them.

Not terribly central, but then again not hard to get downtown by transit or car.
• Liliya (7/5): Good - Great location! Very spacious and nice place to stay. Easy to communicate when I need something. A little pricy. Also I think the host could provide laundry detergent to guests. It does not make sense if they have washer and dryer, but no detegent provided.
• David (10/5): Exceptional - Beds were clean and comfy, even the sofa bed. Silent neighborhood and building so it was easy to sleep. Outside the center yet it was easy to get to Montreal center for a day's activity.
• Andrea (9/5): Wonderful stay in Montreal - The apartment is brand new, well equipped and super-comfortable. It is close to the metro station Snowdon (on the orange and blue line) and various buses that go to the city center and Mont Royal. The area offers many dining options. We went to a great Greek place about 15 minutes walking the first night and ordered a delicious poke the last night. On the second night, we took the metro to Avenue Mont Royal and had amazing dumplings. The blinds in the bedroom let too much light in for our tastes (but may not bother others) and the mattress is a bit on the firm side (but not uncomfortable).

• Peter (10/5): Great value with a great host. - Spacious suite with extremely responsive host. The unit is conveniently located a 10 walk from orange and blue metro lines. The description didn’t quite match our unit, and rather than one bathroom there were two—bonus! (Wish we’d spotted this sooner.). Some basic shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Very clean unit. We had the incorrect wifi code so there were a couple days of spotty wifi, but this was resolved and then we had solid high speed wifi.

• Kimberly (10/5): We had a lovely visit to Montreal and appreciated this apartment as home base for 5 days. - Good neighborhood, nice building, nice bathroom with skylights, provided our family of 4 with everything we needed in this cozy 2-bedroom apartment. For someone on the taller side, the beds are a bit small. The paid laundry machines are in the basement, not in the unit.

• Sharina (10/5): Comfortable and great location - The response from the staff was excellent. They gave us an early check in without any issues. The location was about 5 minutes walk from the metro station and there were lots of convenience shops nearby. We were also able to walk from St Joseph's Oratory back to the apartment. I couldn't figure out the aircon initially so suffered the heat for a couple of days but we figured it out after finding the power button as instructed by the staff. It was an obscure tiny button on the top right of the control panel. All good after that.
