• Gillian (9/5): Perfect fit for my stay in nic. - The property was conveniently located nearby my daughter’s apartment. Very responsive contact, checking in often to ensure all was good. I found it difficult to download the latch app. Fortunately I was given a code in order to open the doors for the duration of my stay.

• Margaret (9/5): Clean and comfortable location and a well equipped apartment. - Very, very clean and very comfortable, very well equipped, and ideally, it would be a place where you could stay a little bit longer. I only stayed one night for a business trip as I needed to have meetings in the neighborhood near there. The only downside for me was a little bit of noise from the traffic because the exit from the Queensboro Bridge is nearby and New Yorkers like to honk and express themselves during traffic!

• Tommaso (10/5): Enjoying NYC in the Upper East Side - The apartment was really clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The position is actually perfect, a very safe neighbourhood, the Subway it’s 5 min walking and you can reach Central Park with a 15 minute walk. You’ve got everything you need in the surroundings. The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you may need. I read multiple reviews saying it’s noisy due to the traffic, actually it’s not. It’s NYC you should expect some noise. Of course if you leave in the countryside in the middle of nowhere yeah it’s noisy compared to your place. The host was really helpful when needed and the communication was smooth. Will surely book this again on my next trip to NYC.
• Sol (10/5): Gran experiencia en Nueva York! - La zona es muy cómoda si no te molesta estar un poco más lejos del quilombo. Es de super fácil acceso, nos la pasamos caminando porque al toque llegabamos a la 5ta y empezabamos a bajar para movernos por el centro. Si queres tomarte el subte al toque tenes bajadas en la 3ra avenida o en Lexington Avenue. Estas en la ciudad sin estar en la boca del quilombo. Hay ruido de tráfico constantemente y es lógico porque Nueva York es así. El apartamento estaba súper equipado y toda la estadía fue muy cómoda. Hicieron temperaturas muy frías y nevó y no pasamos frío.

• Tim (9/5): Very nice place, well located, a major plus for us. - Location was excellent, with close proximity to many NYC's iconic sites as well as subway stops. The room was very clean and functioned well. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well outfitted to do so. The bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive on those occasions that we reached out to them. Entry was a breeze using the app that they provided. The neighborhood felt quite save. It would have been nice if it was a little quieter. This is not a fault of the place or the hosts; NYC, particularly midtown, is a noisy city. That's part of the vibe, one should expect that.

• Maddalena (10/5): - Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento nell’Upper East Side e mi sono trovata molto bene. La casa è completa di tutto il necessario, pulita e confortevole, perfetta sia per un breve che per un soggiorno più lungo. La zona è un po’ rumorosa a causa del traffico, com’è normale a Manhattan, ma il rumore non è mai stato fastidioso né ha disturbato il mio riposo. La posizione è ottima: vicina ai mezzi pubblici, a negozi, ristoranti e a Central Park. Consiglio decisamente questo alloggio per un soggiorno comodo e pratico a New York.

• Max (9/5): Very nice, clean and spacious. Fells like your own small home in NYC - Very nice and spacious. Comfortable Bed and a nice bathroom. Overall the apartment didn’t feel cramped like other hotel rooms for example. The road outside is extremely noisy because of everyone constantly honking. If it’s warm outside and you don’t have ac the windows have to stay open all night. We brought some earplugs and it was ok. Windows closed was no problem.

At nearly midnight, while I was asleep, two strangers used a working access code to unlock the door and enter my apartment. I woke up in complete panic, having no idea who they were or what was happening. As a solo female traveler, it was one of the most frightening moments of my life. The couple had mistakenly arrived a day early for their booking—but the real issue is that their code still worked. During my active reservation, their code granted them access to the apartment I was sleeping in. That should never be possible. It was a clear and serious failure of the property’s security system. I left the apartment immediately, completely shaken. While management initially apologized and issued a refund, they stopped responding after that. Despite multiple attempts to discuss fair compensation for the trauma and disruption I experienced, the manager chose not to engage in any further conversation. I stayed at this property recently and had an absolutely terrifying experience. • Carolyn (7/5): Our stay was excellent and a lot of fun and in a very convenient location. - The location was fantastic and close to buses and subways. Walking was easy, and whether we took a cab or took the subway, they were accessible to us. The size of the space was good for a studio, particularly in NYC. The codes for entry into the building and our apartment were easy to use. The property managers were attentive and quick to reply to any questions or concerns. The bed was too soft. Hooks had fallen off in the bathroom so we had to dry towels over chairs, etc.

The minor things were it was a bit cold even with the space heater. And I wasn’t very comfortable with the shades not covering the top portion of the windows.
