• Paulo (4/5): Falta de transparência quanto às regras de acesso e visitas do edifício. - Localização O apartamento correspondeu ao anunciado durante a minha estadia, motivo pelo qual considerei voltar a utilizá-lo. Considero importante alertar futuros hóspedes que existem regras rigorosas e pouco claras da administração do edifício relativamente ao acesso e a visitas, sobretudo em horários noturnos, que não estavam claramente indicadas no anúncio nem foram comunicadas antecipadamente. Após esta estadia, foi-me sugerido efetuar uma reserva seguinte diretamente com o proprietário, fora da plataforma, o que acabou por resultar numa experiência negativa. Recomendo que confirmem previamente todas as condições de acesso, visitas e regras internas do edifício e que efetuem as reservas através da plataforma para evitar problemas.

• Yahm (10/5): Cozy and well-equipped apartment in the heart of Zona Rosa - The apartment is located in a great touristy neighborhood in Bogota. The room itself is cozy and had everything we needed. Juan Carlos was very communicative and offered plenty of tips for sightseeing all over Colombia. We would definitely stay here again. The security team was also very friendly and helpful. There is a communal working area that needs to be reserved ahead of time. If you're staying for a while, make sure to reserve the space early. (We ended up working on our laptops in the apartment, which suited our needs.)

• Giovanny (8/5): If you are traveling solo and won’t have friends coming over to visit you, this is a fine place to stay - Well located, very gentle staff. While I understand the need for security and guest registration at the entrance, the requirement to ask for permission from the Airbnb owner every time a friend visits, even for just five minutes, feels excessive. Additionally, having to send a picture of their ID each time a guest arrives adds an unnecessary layer of inconvenience. This policy makes the stay feel restrictive rather than welcoming.

Everything was super clean and the apartment sits right in the middle of the bar area of Bogotá. Shower pressure could have been higher but I wouldn't even call that a complaint.

• Angela (6/5): A week with no sleep - *the location is top 10. Close to restaurants, malls and supermarkets * the apartment was renewed, but some details just don’t work * the door of the balcony doesn’t close properly, so at night you can hear all the noise of the disco clubs like you are dancing there (finally ending around 4am or so) for the location of the property a better windows would ensure a good night of rest. As it is, it was impossible to sleep. Maybe it will be a good option for people who go to party all days… * there was a water problem and the water pressure was very low. So the heater of the shower didn’t work. We had to shower with cold water the first day and with a very little water the rest of the days * very noisy neighbours. The first 3 days there was a guy screaming in his apartment around midnight and on Saturday morning the other neighbor wake us up with vallenato (music) at 7am. It seems the building doesn’t has any rule about noise at night because you can hear all kind of screaming people entering in the middle of the night after party . * the walls are in fact “paper walls” you can hear everything your neighbours are doing…. * Some of our food got rotten before we realised the fridge was not working properly … we had to put it in the maximum (5) to make it work a bit.

The owner/manger is very friendly and he can hook you up with transportation, tours and other touristic activities. Alson the accommodation price is very competitive. Definetly recommend it!

Bathroom very good! Kitchen equipped, iron available, work station, good Wi-Fi! A bit noisy overnight but it’s very close to party clubs

Apartment was perfect for us 2, was clean and tidy as shown in the photographs. Comfortable bed, well equipped little kitchen, with basic spices and condiments. nice sofa. The apartment was quiet at night time considering was so close to the night life . We will definetly be back and stay there again . thank you Luis Carlos for hosting us.
