Lanny (1/5): Nice, clean property. Terrible communication and support, - Clean. Communication (or lack there of). We arrived with no instructions about how to access the property. We informed them of our arrival time, and then gave them half hour notice before our arrival (as per their request). We then arrived with no response, and no information about how to access the apartment (we needed a code and fob to access the elevator to the 30th floor). We messaged them repeatedly, with no response. We were tired and frustrated and making contingency plans about where to stay.
