• LI (8/5): 一家四口住略窄但是干净温馨交通便利 - 房子离地铁站不远，去环球影城很方便。 入住退房都很丝滑，卫生条件也不错。 停车场太窄了，人为放置的石头障碍让停车下车有些困难。屋子里如果有个时钟就更好了。

• toshinao (7/5): 必要十分快適 - 付近の観光に便利な駅の徒歩圏内で、コンビニ・コインランドリー・飲食店も近いのでロケーションがとても良かったです。遠方から車で移動してきての連泊だったので、駐車場付きの部屋なら滞在中の車の置き場所を心配しなくて良いのも利点だと思います。 部屋のドアがすぐ階段なので、大きなスーツケースを持って出入りするのが少し大変です。玄関付近がカビ臭いため滞在中は車の消臭剤を置いていました。
• Tae (9/5): - 駅に近く、ロケーションがとても良かった。駐車場付きでとても助かりました。設備の質問を何度化させて頂きましたが、速やかに丁寧に回答いただき、助かりました。 少し湿気臭く感じた。除湿剤を置いておいてもらえるとより良いかと思いました。

• Mariam (9/5): Good for a short stay - A good property with everything you need for a short stay. The door wouldn’t unlock and it took time for us to get into the property. There is no place to dry the cloths so needs a washing line or something.

• Catherine (7/5): Quite good for its price. - The parking, which is right below the property. The bends are comfortable. No writing table. A foldable table will be a bonus. This way, guests could use the table for computer comfortably. Kitchen space is quite limited, not possible for cooking, can only microwave food.

• Neysha (10/5): Small but comfortable place to stay nearby the train station and convenience store. Super close to Universal Studios and - Location Not many locations near by to eat.
• Andal (8/5): Very good - Checking in is really easy. We also enjoyed that the TV comes with Netflix so we were able to watch a lot while staying. Location is accessible but may be difficult for tourist who have lots of luggages.
• Alicia (8/5): Lovely stay in Osaka - The beds were huge based on Japan standards, which was a huge bonus. Of course room space is an issue since Japanese rooms are generally small but at least we were able to fully open both our medium sized luggages at the same time to unpack and pack. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures. There's basic cooking and eating utensils, toiletries and washing machine. Loved the huge TV and Netflix. Toilet is separate from the bathroom so it is very convenient when one is showering while the other wants to use the toilet. The added touch of a mirror in the room was great for ladies to prepare in the mornings! We never met the host. We accessed the room via key code which the host messaged to us earlier. That was very convenient since we checked in quite late. Registration was via Skype through a tablet they had preinstalled in the room. Overall, despite some of the lacks, we loved the stay here! We did not realize that the place does not come with lifts, so be prepared to climb up a very very narrow stairway! We were lucky to be given the lowest level room. I cannot imagine having to carry our huge luggage up three flights of stairs! I think they mixed up on the placement of the shower head and bath tub. We wanted to shower in the bath tub so that it doesn't wet the bathroom so much but the shower head holder was on another side while the bath tub was at the other end. Not a big issue if you don't mind getting the bathroom door very wet. Too bad they didn't allocate any drying racks for us. We went during winter so clothes take longer to dry. We would have loved it if the place was nearer to the centre of attractions (Dotonbori). We needed to change from JR line to Osaka metro and it's about 20mins travel time. But very convenient to take the train to Kansai airport via the Airport Rapid Service train (1.5 hours).
• Abdelrahman (8/5): Very good - Place had a luggage storage which was very helpful. I had to check out from another property at a different time that the check-in time at this one. So storing my luggage helped me move around freely. For some reason the check-in process involved filling a form and sending it to skype which I thought nothing of at first. Only to find out later that there is a tablet installed at the property which has access to the first couple of photos that you take on your own phone while connected to the property's internet. Which I thought was a massive breach in privacy since there was no disclaimer that the host would have access to personal data on my phone while connected to their network. Especially since that tablet has a camera that is directed at the bedroom entrance which I found to be extra creepy and had to cover just in case this tablet records or takes photos of the place while I'm staying there. Please consider removing this feature from the accommodation.
