- Marita (7/5): We managed to make it work but if there is only one set on keys and fob to get in and out for a family of 4 we wouldn’t - Pool amenities, secure parking, 2 bathrooms Uncomfortable couch and not big enough for a family of 4. Also, 1 set of keys and fob made it very difficult for 2 adults and 2 teenagers to go to and from work and get to and from the pool at separate times.
- Helen (6/5): Convenient location with enough space for a family but a bit rough round the edges - Location and security and two bedrooms and two bathrooms Was hard to locate lift on entering so guests need clearer instructions. Could have been cleaner , need more utensils in kitchen and better pillows . Also the remote to the garage didn’t work on entry or exit so needs renewing or new batteries

- Jamie (7/5): Beautiful suburb and a nice apartment, moderately expensive for what you get, just could improve host responsiveness - The location and convenience is excellent. Caulfield is a beautiful place to stay and a walk to Coles and the train station and nearby bus stops plus Caulfield park improves attractiveness We messaged hosts about a few things (we stayed here twice) but did not really get much of a response or acknowledgement. This stay was 10 days and it wasn’t quite stocked up on basics enough. Also one key only is inconvenient

- Shanika (8/5): Family stay - All the facilities were provided The location was very hard to find. It took us a long time to figure out the actual accommodation. They need to communicate well next time.
- Kim Hong (7/5): The stay would be better if can have a dryer in the property. Drying at Balcony not allowed. - Is convinience to pick up. The key collection personnel know nothing on the rental property. The collection area not family friendly.

The bedding all smelt bad and the couch was uncomfortable.
The staff are rude and the information given to help you check in is unclear and even incorrect in parts
- Lindy (4/5): Comfortable but disappointing - No breakfast Instructions weren’t clear. Had to pick up key from a tobacconist nearby. There were no instructions for use of dishwasher which didn’t work well anyway. No instructions for finding pool easily. We could have accessed pool from our apartment block instead of going out onto street and around corner.
Expected to clean apartment before we left. There were lots of marks on carpet and showers weren’t overly clean.
Also asked to pay extra $500 bond the day before we arrived.

Access to the pool ,sauna etc was very much appreciated and having the train station so close was perfect too! There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like except maybe the over sensitive smoke alarm!!!!

Instructions to find the lift were hopeless- there is no lift number 8 - and no number to call when we needed help with this
- Straws (9/5): very nice apartment. 2 bathrooms was excellent. Nice big bedrooms - location was very good. breakfast n/a the kitchen needs a couple of baking dishes to cook in the oven and microwave. Also the lounge is too small. only a 2 seater for a unit that can sleep 5

- Mark (10/5): Great apartment in excellent location - This property is excellent. It is the perfect location, within 100 metres of Caulfield railway station. There are numerous shops nearby. Excellent secure parking. The apartment was exactly what we needed. Clean, well furnished, perfect. Nothing to dislike about this property.
- Kirubananthan (10/5): Awesome Stay - Property was neat and good with all facilities and furnished. Train station, Trams and bus stand was located very near to the proper and Coles was available next to the apartment which very useful.
- John (5/5): Well located, poor access instructions and a tired looking unit, certainly not brand new - Great location for our needs. Whilst fairly cleaned, bad staining on couch and carpet and marked walls. Difficulty in obtaining access by third party (tobacco shop). Poor instructions regarding access to carpark
- Khaldoon (7/5): Not great but alright - The unit was clean and tidy. Close to coles, underground parking with lifts straight to apartment. Pool shuts 11pm night. Opens 5am. Sometime it closed for cleaning and that take 2 hours.
The whole apartment has one small air-conditioning unit located in the living room which barely cools down the rooms.
Confusing to locate your parking spot as the instructions are not clear.
Check in and out is a pain cause you gotta locate a certain place to grab keys of a locker. That place is off site.

- Sunainika (8/5): 1 week stay - Good location, size of apartment ideal for us, and most amenities were available (Dishwashing tablet, washing liquid, shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash). Overall was a good experience. Mattress in master bedroom was lumpy. No hand soap in bathrooms.

Check in was confusing and difficult to locate key box in a hedge full of key boxes.
Additional $500 security deposit required after booking was confirmed.
Unit did not have a clothes dryer
- Lena (9/5): Superb - Cleanliness and spaciousness of apartment. Also is was very close to the venue. The only issue, and it was a big one, was that we didn't have water intermittently for three days. We were greatly inconvenienced to say the least, but as it was a burst water main in the complex our particular unit owner was not responsible. It would have been nice however to get a small refund but none was forthcoming.
