- Jaymes25 (1/5): Broken meth pipe and dirty- 0/10 - I liked the location We arrived with the family, firstly the parking is not suitable for a large car, even my kona only just fit. Then after being there for a couple of hours my 1yo and 5yo found a broken meth pipe in the couch, we only found 1 piece, so there were multiple missing pieces, we let the owner know straight away and she messaged back "the was from the last guests, just chuck it out". We left there the next morning as soon as I could get another place! Also be warned the house is grotty/dirty, there is not a non dirty spot on the walls/doors, the sheets on the pull out bed were dirty and the outside bins were overflowing so we couldn't put any rubbish out.
The beds were like cement, and flat pillows.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

- David (1/5): so filthy and cramped we left. - Location ok Filthy - stains on carpet and walls. No top sheet. No parking for larger vehicles. Cramped. No TV. Curtains fell down when touched. Marks on every wall door and surface- ingrained grime in bedroom carpet. We stayed only one night and went elsewhere - worst property we've stayed in by some ways - a disgrace
- Huan (8/5): Rosie was lovely and accommodated late checkout. We enjoyed our stay in Melbourne. - Short 15 minutes drive to the CBD and airport . Garaged car parking : it’s double deck . Make sure your car is less than 1.7m. Warm with air conditioning in every room. Has a dishwasher and house is modern. Road noise as the house faces the main road. Having a clothes dryer will be nice. No place to hang towels. No hand towels provided.

- Anonymous (2/5): Not Happy! - Parking has restrictions and the property owner did not even mention anything about it. Property is dirty, cob webs all over, unclean bed sheets and pillows, dirty walls and carpets, very poor maintenance!

- Jodie (5/5): Location suited us but otherwise disappointing - The location was ideal for me as it was close to my sister who I'd travelled down to visit. I wouldn't say it's close to the CBD at all. It is across the road from an Aldi, a couple of cafes and a bottle shop. The bathrooms were both good, and kitchen facilities would be good for families. It was spread out over 4 levels so it's a lot of stairs for the person staying in the top room! Beds were both very uncomfortable. The place didn't seem incredibly clean, with heaps of stains and marks on carpet and couch, dirt in the corners of the rooms, and gross fingerprints on remote controls etc. It's also right on a tram line and there's heaps of traffic noises.

- Cayo (6/5): Pleasant - The location was excellent, and the air-conditioning worked well, which made our stay more comfortable. However, the cleanliness of the property was disappointing—there was noticeable dust throughout, and it didn't feel clean overall. Only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for the entire stay, which was insufficient.
The beds were quite uncomfortable, with thin, noisy mattresses and flat pillows, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the garage produced a constant noise, which was disruptive, especially for those sleeping in the downstairs room nearby.
Lastly, the TV’s internet connection was unreliable, frequently disconnecting and reconnecting, which made it frustrating to use.

- Alana (4/5): Needs a good scrub & fresh carpets! - This property is in a good location… Rosie was so kind and very accommodating- even leaving some extra toilet rolls at the door for us. Very good to deal with. Just a shame the property wasn’t in good condition. There was dust & cobwebs in the entrance and random paint marks around the property were all the paint were different shades of white. Scratches up and down the walls on the staircases and around the apartment and the carpet in the main bedroom was absolutely disgusting. Stains, dirt and looks like blood drips on the carpet was very unappealing and made me feel really dirty walking around the bed, trying to avoid certain stains.

Multi-story parking was a bit hassle and scary for big cars.
