The apt location was in central Athens close to all tourist attractions and in a quiet neighborhood for getting some good sleep after long days walking around Athens. May 28, 2026 Booking.com Number 5645018902 Hello Owners Nikoleta & Vangelis and Booking.com, Our trip to Athens was May 19-26. The 5 of us had a wonderful experience staying at your beautiful apartment at Antinoros 10, Kolonaki, Athens. We suggest a few items that you may want to consider for improvement and benefit to you and future renters of the apt. 1) The automated Booking.com process was generally smooth and user friendly for reservation & payment of the apt and mini-van. The driver Tasos was pleasant and on time. 2) Unacceptable behavior by Ifigenia the local Booking.com Coordinator in Athens for this apt. During May 19-25, Ifigenia did NOT offer reliable service or good quality follow-up. She almost never answered her Booking.com phone +30-693-966-7155. She ignored many phone calls & voicemails. She delayed for 3 days to give us a 2nd key to your apt, which we asked for several times in May 19-21. We told her we needed the extra key because of 5 adults going in/out of the apt at different times. Ifigenia finally on May 21 sent a delivery boy with the extra key to a neighbor called Mrs. Katerina, who lives on the ground floor apt of your building. She is a pleasant and thoughtful lady who helped much more than Ifigenia. 3) In the kitchen we exterminated many ants daily on the tabletop and the floor in front of the oven and microwave. 4) On the main building entrance, the bell rings in your apt, the buzzer works, but NOT the Speaker Phone. Unknown people get buzzed-in to enter the building, which is a Security risk. 5) Most rooms have only 1 electrical outlet and need Power Strips with 3 or 4 outlets to plug in various devices simultaneously. One bedroom had only 1 outlet and NO Power Strip. 6) Plastic toilet seats are loose in Master and other bathroom. Need stronger seats installed firmly. 7) Door on the balcony comes off its frame when opened. 8) Kitchen & Toilet Supplies must be replenished for every new renter.
• Tomasz (9/5): Bardzo dobra lokalizacja apartamentu. - Wielkość apartamentu, lokalizacja w pobliżu stacji metra. Wyśmienite połączenie z lotniskiem. W okolicy sklep spożywczy oraz restauracje. Spokojna okolica z ograniczonym hałasem z ulicy. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z właścicielką apartamentu. Uzyskaliśmy wszystkie potrzebne informacja i wyjaśnienia jakich potrzebowaliśmy. Apartament czysty z wszystkimi udogodnieniami potrzebnymi do komfortowego odpoczynku po całym dniu zwiedzania Aten. Bardzo miłym akcentem były powitalne napoje w lodówce :) Dla naszej grupy nie był to problem ale jest mała nieścisłość w opisie. W apartamencie są dwie łazienki z kabinami prysznicowymi i oddzielna toaleta a nie trzy łazienki.

• Michaella (10/5): - Everything was perfect! Beautiful flat with everything you need. Hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. The snacks and water in the fridge was highly appreciated, specially when arriving with hungry and thirsty kids ☺️ Definitely recommend. We will be back.

• Lorraine (7/5): - The location was fairly central, it was a 2-3km walk from the main tourist areas. The host was not very responsive when I contacted them and an information pack for the apartment would have been useful for wi-fi, check out times etc
• Guðbjörg (8/5): - Great location, parking is available close by. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed. It was a little bit strange for us that the host had to meet us there. We were rushing from the airport knowing someone had to wait for us to arrive. Our flight was late and we did not arrive at the apartment until around midnight. After we checked in we were asked to pay 30 Euros for arriving in late hours, I was not aware of this when we booked the apartment.

L'appartamento è al IV piano di un fabbricato ben tenuto, comodo, luminoso e accogliente; le camere e i bagni sono come descritti, l'ambiente è ben arredato e completo di tutto l'essenziale per un soggiorno gradevole. Letti comodi. Estremamente pulito. Con famiglia di 4 persone siamo stati davvero molto bene. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Esperienza da ripetere volentieri. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema iniziale sulla consegna delle chiavi. Per il resto tutto benissimo.

Ev çok aydınlık temiz ve huzurluydu. Konumu mükemmeldi, heryere yürüyerek dolaştık. Salondaki koltuk takımı daha büyük olabilirdi.
• Gita (10/5): We had a great, comfortable stay. - Clean, spacious, comfortable apartment in a good neighborhood, only five minutes walk away from the subway station. A supermarket is across the street and a bakery two minutes away. The hosts are very nice. The kitchen equipment and amenities were great and we were provided with extra snacks.

The building itself was clean and tidy, and the tenants were very pleasant. The air conditioner worked flawlessly in every room, wich was a great relief during the warm days. Upon arrival, we were greeted with fruit, juices and cold water in the fridge, wich was a thoughtful touch. The apartement is very neat and well equipped, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.We highly recommend this apartement for anyone visiting Athens. Our only issue was that some of our final questions to the owner of the apartement, like where to throw out the garbage and where to leave the keys, went unanswered.

• Alana (10/5): Apartment in a nice quiet neighborhood. - The apartment was in a great location in a very quiet street with everything close by. The metro station “Evangelismos” was only a block and a half away. The supermarket is across the street and so is the bakery, coffee shop, and fruit store. The apartment was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds and 2 and a half bathrooms. Communication with Nikoleta was easy and she always answered promptly. If I ever visit Athens again, I would definitely stay here again as we are light sleepers and this apartment was excellent. There’s also an elevator at the property, which we frequently used, as the apartment is in the 4th floor. Everything was great.

• Tanja (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in a building with a well lit ground floor lobby, so it feels safe. The apartment is well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The water, fruit, and basic items such as tea and coffee etc was gratefully received. The location was good for our needs as this was a business trip. There are shops and some restaurants close by, but the more vibrant tourist places are further away if that is what you are looking for. Bedding and towels are all provided and clean as you'd expect. A lovely apartment. It is not a major issue, but a suggestion to have departure instructions inside the apartment regarding keys would be helpful. Also, the information on the booking site said 3 bathrooms. We were expecting 3 rooms with shower facilities as we were 3 people on business. It is why we booked this apartment. However, there were 2 bathrooms and one wc room, which meant a bit of a juggle sharing for showers in the morning. Again, it worked out OK, but the write-up was a little deceiving. If we were in a mixed group, it may have been a bit more problematic. It might be wise to get this updated.

Highly recommend. - The Location, number of rooms, bathrooms and basic accommodations plus balconies were exactly what we needed. It was clean, comfortable and the proprietors were very friendly and helpful. It was a great value all around, I would highly recommend staying here! A second set of keys or a lockbox could've been very helpful in terms of sharing the keys with your traveling mates. While I could've used some coffee, and perhaps some snacks on hand, they had provided plenty of bottled water and had all the basics you would need to cook with.

Spacious, gorgeous, very comfortable beds! Hosts were very sweet and very accommodating. We didn’t like that we had to leave. After a busy day of visiting museums and doing the tourist thing it was an exceptionally relaxing space.

The Host was Fantastic! The Security was 10 out of 10! The location was Perfect! The amenities were the Greatest! The restaurants, coffee shops, pastry bistro's, flower shops, grocery stores and taverna's were all within walking distance and were also of the Highest quality and quite affordable!! Location/street was not the best (cleanliness around the blocks). Not too many places to eat around without having to navigate further out. Drainage/venting in bathrooms was a problem (running the shower made the water come up the drain/vent which was NOT good). Traffic noise was not that great. Awnings made a lot of noise in the wind.

• Kyriacos (10/5): A beautiful spacious apartment in Athens - This is a beautiful apartment. Spacious, clean, with everything you need, in a lovely neighborhood. The elevator is ample and the building has good security. The washing machine, dryer, 2 bathrooms plus an extra toilet were a godsend for our stay. Shops are conveniently located nearby, the metro station is a 5 to 10 minute walk and Syntagma about 15 minutes away via beautiful boulevards. Plenty of access to the rest of Athens including museums and monuments. Will definitely stay here again. Nothing, this apartment was just great and really suited our needs.
• Ap (9/5): Spacious Apartment in up-market neighbourhood with excellent restaurants, bakeries, etc - Spacious 3-bedroom Apartment with everything in 'as-new' condition. Excellent location in an 'up-market' neighbourhood with an excellent choice of restaurants (from inexpensive to 'fine-dining) that are catering to local Athenians, rather than tourists. Also lots of good Bakeries, supermarkets, wine shops etc ... 25 minutes walk to Acropolis, Syntagma etc, or a1-2 stops on Metro. While, in theory, one can park in the street without charge - free spaces are very rare. But there is a public paid car-park around the corner that is good value at EUR15 per day.
