• Meredith (9/5): It felt like coming home - It felt like coming home. Even though there was no air conditioning on a hot day, the place was still quite comfortable with the use of fans. Had a great night sleep after a long day at work. Will love to come back some time The first step was a climb

• Bhat (7/5): Good - Size of the room was good, location was excellent Needs a dryer to make this place a bit more worthy of the money. They need better working table set up. The drive way is stones , dragging trolleys is a hassle.
• Travelling (8/5): inexpensive handy place - walkable distance to centre. good price for the area. got parking on site. reasonably clean. good communication with host. room a bit small and dated, bed creaked but no complaints given the price.
• David (6/5): room in a house. - bed and ensuite is good, nice old house with shared facilities. bed is very squeaky, even a turn over it's so squeaky very clean. shabby exterior and rough parking. difficult entrance off a fairly busy road. I am not a fan of share houses and didn't know from the website. I may have missed something. but it is what it is.

• Nikhil (8/5): Very good - The room & bathroom were neat & clean & reasonably spacious. The owner allowed me to check in early & also to leave my bags & use the common shower after I checked out. Bath was well stocked with amenities. I didn't realise that the nearest train station was a 35-40 min ride from the city & the property was a further 15 min walk. Also the only food available in the area was Chinese/Japanese/Korean, so I had to travel into the city each time to get a meal. I would appreciate if you would specify this in your description of the property.
• Megumi8964 (9/5): Very clean and tidy room. - Extremely clean. Feels like living in Japan. The facility provided in the shared area (the living room and the kitchen) were adequate and labels were also helpful and easy to understand. The bus stops on both directions at the street in front of the location are practical, and walking to the nearest train station is also a good option when travelling to anywhere in the city. The room only comes with a small heater, and the effectiveness of heating is pretty concerned. This could be a serious problem during the coldest months. In other words, if I rented this room for a June or July trip and only came with such a small heater, the overall rating for this stay would be impacted. The parking space in front of the house may not be enough for all guests as only 2 cars shall be accommodated there.

• Linda (6/5): Disappointing, not suitable for work travel. - Convenient location and good communication from the host. Advertised check in time was 12:00 but I was informed on the day that it would be 2:00, then 4:00. This was very disruptive as a needed to attend an online meeting at 1:00. The room was located between the laundry and the house bathroom. Other guests were washing and showering in the middle of the night. Noisy plumbing made it impossible to sleep while this was happening. No bath mat, hand towel, face washer; just one not so fresh towel.

• Kathrynlambie (9/5): High quality furnishing - great suburban stay - The property manager lives a few doors down, so can pop by to help if needed. This property is a full size house. We had an ensuite room - I think the other two rooms may have shared a bathroom. There were full sized lounge, kitchen and laundry available to use. It was on a slightly busy road, opposite a park. We found it very quiet and actually preferred it to a hotel. I feel the furnishings and mattress were very high quality and were quite new. No shoes inside. There was plenty do space for our bags and belongings. We saw anther guest for one moment, but no longer. It was almost like we had the place to ourselves. We tried to park on the property and ended up getting stuck and having to call roadside assistance. My tyres were spinning in the gravel to try to turn into the parking spaces. I recommend parking across the road and up a little.

April, our host was responsive and kept the place clean and tidy. It's a hilly 10 minute walk to Korea town for delicious food. Without air conditioning, the room gets hot and humid during the day. It did cool down at night, but I fear it may be too hot to be comfortable during the summer months.
