• Suk Min (9/5): Difficult parking - It is a comfortable and quiet apartment. There were three bedrooms and it was clean. It was nice having a balcony. I enjoyed a lot. The parking lot wasn't far, but it was inconvenient because it was in a different building. In particular, I was very confused because there was no guidance on where to exit after parking. When I came out of the parking lot, it looked like a different apartment complex; there were many doors but only one key, making it very difficult to find which door to use. I left my parking key in the car and couldn't go back. Eventually, I had to wait for another car to arrive and enter with it, but I was mistaken for a thief, and it was difficult to explain myself to the other drivers.

Öyle woowww dedirtecek bir şeyi yok. Otoparkı olduğu için rezervasyon yapmıştık. Merkeze baya uzak. Yürüme ile felan kesinlikle gidilmez. Otobüs ile ancak 35 dakika sürüyor. Bu kadar uzak olduğunu bilseydim merkeze yakın bir yerde kiralama yapardım. Evin mesafesinin uzun olması bizi üzdü. Fiyatı belki ucuz görünebilir ama fiyat/performans değerlendirmesi bakımından zayıf bir yer. Lokasyon ve binanın eski olması ile ev eşyalarının da eski olması düşünüldüğünde fiyatı pahalı aslında…
• Hiroyuki (8/5): - The room was clean and well maintained. The host guided me over the phone and was so helpful. The parking was guarded by double shutters. Neighborhood was not so nice. We have arrived at night and found some guys on the street nearby who tried to talk to us.

• Carlos (7/5): Bien si vas a la Cartuja, limpio y acojedor - La ubicación si vas al estadio de la Cartuja, la posibilidad de dejar el coche en parking. Si vas al centro esta alejado y el parking esta en otro edificio

• Apil (7/5): Correct mais pas rassurant - Établissement grand, la taille était correct pour 5 personnes. Elle était lumineuse et propre. La clim était fonctionnel. Quartier populaire ne donnant pas très d'assurance. Certe nous n'avons rien rencontré durant notre séjour mais si j'avais du avant je n'aurait pas réserver là. Le hôte a mis un système en place pour que vous puissiez récupérer l'appartement sans le rencontrer. Le fait d'avoir un parking gratuit était un point positif mais le parking se situe dans un immeuble voisin. L'appartement est a 7/10 minutes en voiture des sites touristiques (20/25 minutes en bus).

• Beatriz (6/5): Desagradável devido aos incidentes - A comodidade Invasão por parte do senhor da limpeza sem bater a porta ou tocar a campainha, vizinha de um dos apartamentos veio perguntar quem éramos, o que estávamos ali a fazer e que não podíamos fazer barulho, nem a água do chuveiro a cair queria ouvir

• Vera (8/5): Sevilha em Setembro - Proximidade do centro de Sevilha. Dá para ir a pé ou de autocarro facilmente. Disponibilidade do proprietário. Possibilidade de fazer check in mais cedo. Garagem super segura. Ar condicionado em todas as divisões. Limpeza. Bem equipada. Aceitou animais sem qualquer problema. Máquina de café dolce gusto a funcionar perfeitamente. Check-out super fácil. Voltarei se regressar a Sevilha. Sugestão para o proprietário: substituir chuveiro da casa de banho porque a água sai da base de duche e substituir alguns utensílios de cozinha (tachos). Mas nada de muita gravidade. A zona não é espectacular a nível de limpeza e ambiente, porque tem ruas um pouco sujas, mas não senti insegurança, inclusivamente circulava sem receio à noite.

• Mouhsine (10/5): Sejour idéal en famille - Sejour ideale en famile. L’appartement était propre, moderne et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Toutes les commodités sont disponibles. Nous avons apprécié l’accès sécurisé et simple par des badges et codes. Le propriétaire etait toujours accessible pour repondre a nos questions. L’emplacement est très agréable, juste à côté de la rivière "le Guadalquivir", parfait pour se balader. Pour le parking, même si il est proposé, nous avons toujours trouvé facilement des places gratuites dans la rue. Une excellente expérience que je recommande vivement Rien a signaler

• Sergei (10/5): Exceptional - Nice clean flat with three bedrooms and big main room combined with kitchen. Quiet because far enough from busy streets. Air conditioning and internet. 15 min on bus and 50 min walk to the city center. Supermarket is 3 minutes walk. Easy check in/ check out.
• Margret (10/5): Exceptional - Loved this apartment. Very clean and near café..shops..bars and only 3 min to the bus stop to take you in to the heart of Seville. Very easy and very cheap to use the bus. We will stay here again if we come to Seville again. Highly recommend it ❤️❤️
• Ana (9/5): Superb - The comfort of the beds. The air conditioning. The nice decoration. The existence of three rooms. The wifi. The free and covered car park was great! (Note: It is not in the same building, but it is very close, and for Sevilla, it is amazing to have this kind of park available so that we feel the car is in a safe place). The host is very responsive and always answers to our contacts on arrival and checkout. Perhaps the guests would like to find a few coffee capsules in the kitchen on arrival. Also, a few more toilet paper. The apartment would be even better if it had another bathroom (I felt this necessity since we were travelling for work reasons, so we were among colleagues - not close family members). But for a family, it is splendid, and of course, 1 WC is ok for the apartment dimension.

• Maria (10/5): Excelent - Nice apartment and neighborhood. Private parking a plus. Bus stop 1 block. 20 minutes to historical centre. 2 blocks distance from the beach.
• Sandra (7/5): Good - Very simple, cosy and comfortable. Easy reachable by public transportation. We didn’t use the parking spot, found one in front of the building and that was great. Could have been cleaner. Requires some fine details to make it excellent.
• Dominique (9/5): Perfect! - Gerardo is an excellent host; friendly, helpfull and very patiently when helping me to get in. The apartment is spacious, very clean and well equiped and within walking distance for everything you need. This, combined with the fact my dog was welcome as well (and got provided with perfect walk-the-dog tips!) made this apartment perfect for our stay. Thanks! Parking is pretty difficult, especially if you drive a big car (I drive a van). But you can find something within a few minutes walk.
• Patrick (8/5): A luvly 3 bedroom apartment to base a family or group of adults travelling together. - This is a beautiful, clean spacious apartment which would be ideal for a family. There are a couple of nice cafes nearby making it easy to pop out for breakfast if you're not minded to use the kitchen. There's a small terrace to sit and enjoy local life buzzing about. Definitely no noise issues in this residential area which can be a problem in more central areas. The process of getting into the flat could be a bit challenging for folks that can't quite work their way around the app (me) but Gerardo can do most things remotely so it wasn't really an issue. Once in the keys are there to use for the rest of your stay. The beds are fine could be upgraded to a higher quality/standard. If you're planning on basing yourself here and spending most of your time in the old town be prepared to have a bit of a hike down, circa 40 minute walk. There are plenty of buses serving the area so make your own choice regarding proximity to the old town vs quiet residential area.
