Great location just opposite a lovely safe sandy beach.
Good size apartment for four with balcony catching sun most of the day.
Underground secure parking and lift.
The town and harbour / marina with lots of cafe bars /shops / supermarkets /banks is a ten minute walk along the promenade.
Very much a Spanish resort but English spoken.
Regular bus service to Bilbao - bus station only 2 minutes walk. £3 each way. This is meant as advice to the owners for what UK renters would expect. I think we were the first.
A kettle needs to be supplied and the oven is rather dated.
Some good size towels should be available for the shower.
Also some more matching wine glasses needed.
