• Sarah (7/5): It was a great apartment in a good location and staff were very responsive. Particularly considering we arrived on Chris - It was very spacious and perfect for 5 people. It was close to supermarkets and shops. Unfortunately the washing machine and toaster were broken.

• Christian (6/5): Kurztrip mit Familie und Freunden nach Heidelberg - Die Lage ist super – man erreicht die Altstadt bequem zu Fuß. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die Parkgarage, das hat den Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gemacht. 👍 Die Wohnung hat grundsätzlich viel Potenzial und ist schön gelegen, allerdings gibt es ein paar Punkte, die verbessert werden sollten. Die Toilettenspülung lief dauerhaft durch – laut Gästebetreuung war das Problem bekannt, aber leider noch nicht behoben. Der Warmwasserspeicher ist sehr klein dimensioniert und reicht nur für etwa zwei Personen, die direkt hintereinander duschen. Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern dort – ab der dritten Person wurde das Wasser bereits kalt. Auch der Wasserdruck war eher schwach. Im oberen Waschbecken funktionierte der Abflussstöpsel nicht, man musste ihn manuell öffnen und schließen. Schade, denn mit etwas Wartung und kleineren Anpassungen könnte die Unterkunft wirklich top sein. Die Basis stimmt, aber es fehlt aktuell noch etwas an Komfort, um dem Preis voll gerecht zu werden.

• Tachara (10/5): - The location was nice and close to a transit station and only a 15-20 minute walk to the Old Town. The host was very accommodating and even when the washing machine malfunctioned they had a serviceman come in later that day for repairs. Great space for the 6 people we had in our group, comfy beds and two full bathrooms. It would be nice if there was a second set of keys for our larger group.

• Deborah (8/5): Spacious apartment in a great location of the edge of the old town - Location on the edge of the old town, spacious, nice decor, comfortable couches, clean, lots of towels It was located on the 4th floor and the lift wasn’t working for the 4 days we were there - which might be an issue for some. There wasn’t airconditioning and it was very hot - one day was 36 degrees. There were 2 fans which helped but a third fan for the third bedroom would be good.
• Olaf (8/5): Very good - Very spacious, light and clean place. Good wifi, great location. Apartment is modern and stylish. One bedroom is the hallway to get to the upper level that is also part of the apartment. The pictures do not make this obvious. One of the bedrooms may be frequented by family members walking to the kitchen at night or in the morning.
• Annemarie (10/5): Super nice and spacious apartment at a top location, within walking distance from all the sights. - The host shared detailed instructions beforehand, including photos to make it easier, both for the apartment and the parking. The host was very responsive when the parking card was missing from our key box, and immediately arranged for a replacement card (within 5 minutes). Really great service. Nothing really; the apartment is well equipped and clean.

I highly recommend!! It would be very helpful to get the instructions in English, and if the apartment contained some basic groceries such as oil and butter. There was no kitchen towel and it took a while before the hot water was available.

Well-equipped and very quiet. The washing machine smelled like smoke, which prevented us from doing laundry for our small children.
