• Karina (9/5): Espacioso y bien ubicado - La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todos los lugares de interés. El tamaño del lugar fue bastante amplio. Las indicaciones de llegada fueron precisas. Nos dejaron hospedarnos con nuestras 2 perritas, cosa que agradecemos mucho ya que eran muy pocos lugares donde las aceptaban. El departamento se veía bastante antiguo, el baño y la cocina cuentan sólo con los mínimos utensilios, pero si como nosotros no piensas pasar mucho tiempo en el apartamento entonces no habrá ningún problema.
• K (6/5): Konumu ve eşyalarn temizliğiyle geriye kalan eksileri tolere edilebilir. - Konumu çok iyiydi, eşyalar temiz, yatak rahattı. Evi havalandırmak biraz problem çünkü evin pencereleri arka boşluğa bakıyor ve evin içine de sinmiş bi yemek kokusu vardı. Ve mutfak kapısında perde olmamasını hiç anlayamadım.
• Karen (6/5): The location was perfect. However, the apt is old and shabby. - Location was fabulous- and the unit had a washing machine. Shabby furnishings. Lightbulbs missing. Interior apt. Grimy/dirty patio. Apt smelled bad when we arrived.
• Natalia (3/5): Nice host but very unclean, got flea bites in bed - -Excellent location, within walking distance of everything, including the train station. -The host was very responsive to our requests. -Issues we encountered were resolved promptly. -The property was unclean, below acceptable standards. -The bed had fleas; I woke up with bites every day, and I still have visible marks from them. -The kitchen was very poorly equipped, with old and rusty items that made it difficult to cook even basic meals. -The space has little natural light and felt very dark.

• Lungi89 (9/5): Perfect location in Firenze - A great place to stay in Florence and very close to the train station. Super convenient having the self check in and out too. Andrea was so communicative and helpful! It was great to have a washing machine and the kitchen was well kitted out, the bathroom had soaps and shower gel, and extra blankets if necessary. It's not super fancy but very comfortable and would stay again for sure. The only thing for me was not having privacy in the kitchen as there is a glass door that looks into the neighbours window. There was also no TV or audio for when you were in the house. But not something that would stop me from booking again.

• Rozane (8/5): Very good - The location was great. Close to the train station & metro. Very quiet. There were no facecloths or tea towel but as soon as we asked, we had them. Very attentive. What worried me the most, is you are on the 2nd floor with only 1 exit, which is the main door & hallway in case of fire. There is a door to the terrace, but you are surrounded by 4 walls, no way out. If it hadn't been for this worry, I would highly recommend this place.
• Elina (8/5): Superb location! - It was very easy to self check in, the instructions were with photos and very clear. The location is superb, very central, still no noise. It was nice to have a little terrace. The water pressure was alright in the bathroom. The apartment seemed smaller than in the pictures. It is quite dark. The terrace had unfinished look and old furniture, it could be so much nicer with a little effort! I think the apartment was a bit expensive compaired how it was (of course the price level is overall high in the area). Anyway, it was alright, I could stay again!
