- Julie (6/5): Comfy bed and quiet location - The bed and lounge was comfortable No elevator and no warning when I booked it-a big problem with a heavy case after running a marathon. Towels were thin, not enough hot water for a decent bath and the water was brown. Also the microwave was in a high cupboard, dangerous for a short person like me to access
