- Anni (9/5): Oikein hyvä ja siisti kohde ja kävelymatkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista. - Sijainti loistava, vanhaan kaupunkiin ja ostoksille voi kävellä. Myös ihan huoneiston kulmilla hyviä ravintoloita, joissa ei niin paljon turisteja. Aurinkotuolit kattoterassilla olisi hyvä lisä. Myös ohjeet siihen mihin roskat voisi viedä, olisi kiva.

- Hans (6/5): Gehorig, rumoerig, geen toezicht - Ligging in Valencia tov het oude centrum. Prima. Kamers zijn veel te gehorig. De deurdrangers zorgen ervoor dat de voordeur met een knal dichtgaat. Daardoor ben je wakker als er om één uur, twee uur, drie uur, vier uur, vijf uur en zes uur iemand thuiskomt. Verder nemen niet alle bewoners het zo nauw met de stilteregels. Ik vind het bijvoorbeeld niet normaal dat er nachtelijke gesprekken voor je deur worden gevoerd op een aanzienlijk volume.

- Jonneke (6/5): Vermoeid thuisgekomen - Prima locatie, de oude stad is op een goede loopafstand en OV is ook niet ver. Supermarkt prima aan te lopen en buurt zelf is rustig, leuke speeltuintjes in de buurt. Appartement is voldoende ruim al in de badkamer wel klein. De bedden, ze zijn veel te smal en liggen niet comfortabel. De kussen zijn dunne flut dingen en de bank die omgetoverd wordt tot bed zit een rare hoek in waardoor je wakker wordt met rugklachten. Het is daarnaast ook erg gehorig en de deuren vallen hard dicht, wij zijn hier wel vaker door wakker geworden. Het zwembad is niet veel en wordt geen aandacht aan deze ruimte gegeven, het water in mei is ook nog steenkoud. De wasruimte is een onprettige ruimte, donker en vloer ligt vol verfvlekken, mega raar dat er niet iets meer aandacht gegeven wordt aan algemene ruimtes naast de entree die wel in orde is.

- Heike (7/5): Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft trotzdem sehr gerne weiter. - Die Nähe zur Altstadt war sehr gut. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend. Leider haben ein paar Gäste am Rooftop Pool an einem Abend bis spät in die Nacht gefeiert, so dass es nicht möglich war, zu schlafen

Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées. On entends ce qui se passe dans le couloir. Notamment celle au 5e étage avec le bruit de la piscine juste à côté.

- Sanja (8/5): Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit toller Lage und Kommunikation, kleine Abzüge bei Komfort und Parkmöglichkeiten. - Das gesamte Apartment war super ausgestattet und sehr durchdacht eingerichtet. Besonders positiv war die tolle Kommunikation mit dem Hotel – alles lief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Der Check-in hat wunderbar funktioniert. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet mit Pfeffer, Salz, Öl, Pfannen, Töpfen, Tellern, Tassen, Gläsern, Kaffeemaschine inklusive Kapseln, Wasserkocher, Toaster sowie Schneidebrett und Messern – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Waschmaschine und Trockner standen im Keller zur Verfügung, sogar Waschmittel war vorhanden, was sehr praktisch war. Der Pool war gut erreichbar und eine richtig tolle Ergänzung – auch wenn er etwas kalt war. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super: In etwa 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Stadt, und auch in der direkten Umgebung findet man alles, was man braucht. Ein Ofen im Apartment hätte den Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht. Auf der Dachterrasse gibt es leider keine Liegen, sondern nur Tische und Stühle, was etwas schade ist. Das Bett und die Couch waren sehr weich. Außerdem sind die Parkmöglichkeiten begrenzt – man braucht entweder Glück, um einen Platz zu finden, oder muss relativ viel Geld für eine der Tiefgaragen einplanen.

- Andre (9/5): Ideale plek om te ontspannen na een dagje Valencia. - Lekker zwembad en patio bij het appartement maken het helemaal af om na een dagje Valencia even tot rust te komen. Hier zit je echt tussen de lokale bevolking en dat maakt het super leuk. Je zit op 10 minuten lopen van de Torres de Serranos, ideaal startpunt om de stad te verkennen.

In the kitchen you have everything even oil, paper, salt An extra bed or sofa is terrible. a hole is created in the middle of the bed, it is not intended for sleeping. He leans to the side. I can't imagine what would happen if someone with a heavy weight lay down. Also the main bed on the right side had some problem

- Tsvetan (10/5): Nice stay for a family in Valencia - Location is perfect, near the old town and equal distance from biopark and oceanographic. Easy check-in and checkout process. Property has everything that’s necessary for a family with 2 children. It is clean and there is even a small pool at the top of the building. A lot of shops and restaurants near the house. Everything was perfect.

- Pavel (8/5): A week in Valencia - The apartment is located on a great place - like 10 minutes walk from the old city. Neighbourhood was good and if you are by car - the parking zone is free there. Stores and pharmacies on a 2-3 minutes walk. The apartment itself is in a well maintained building, which is a property of this business and all general parts are clean. Both street door and apartment door are being opened with the same code or via phone - which is good. Most reviews mention lots of noise from other groups, but despite we saw a couple of young groups we didnt hear them and we were not bothered by them at all. The apartment itself maybe needs some renovation - since the bathroom had a shelf unscrewed and this blockes opening the bathroom door easy. The front door of the apartment needs some renovation too. I would suggest and adding some 'hotel slippers' and personal care items. We didnt had access to the roof terrace/garden/pool place.

- Alessandro (9/5): - Struttura pulita, accogliente, moderna e completa di tutto il necessario. Posizione ottima, vicina al centro di Valencia. Non c'è personale, si fa tutto tramite app perciò, anche se rispondono quasi subito, gli eventuali interventi non sono mai tempestivi. Non c'è un parcheggio interno ne tantomeno convenzionato, nel bagno(cieco) non c'è un aspiratore ( fondamentale secondo me) né un piano d'appoggio per riporre le cose. Il terzo giorno si è rotto l'ascensore e l'assistenza non ha provveduto a ripararlo. Ultima cosa sempre il terzo giorno l'acqua calda della doccia andava e veniva e lavarsi è stata un'impresa.

- Charles (6/5): Not as described. - Terrace Lift was out of order. We're not even informed about this before we arrived. We had to climb 100 stairs to access the property. The washing machine offered was actually a laundry room in the basement which would have meant another 20 stairs resulting in 120 to put the washing on and 120 back to the apartment therefore could not be used. The TV had no remote control on arrival. The housekeeper handed in a remote the following morning but this was not the same make as the TV so was also useless and the batteries were flat.
