- Signori (10/5): - tutto molto bello tutto
- Claudia (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Casa stupenda... ottimo arredamento e letti super comodi Assenza di asciugacapelli
- Monica Anna (10/5): - L'host gentilissimo, ci ha aspettato fino a mezzanotte all'arrivo. Sempre disponibile e carino.
Posizione centralissima, comoda a tutto. Ci si può spostare comodamente a piedi.
Appartamento grandissimo e molto confortevole.
Consigliatissimo.

- Conlisk (9/5): - We were a 5 min walk to the Bazar(markets), main street, and less than a 10 minute walk to the main square for the bus. Shops, restaurants, everywhere. We enjoyed sitting outside in the morning and evening on the balcony watching the world go by. We walked everywhere. Loads to see. Buses are cheap. The Albanian people are so friendly, youth have great English if you're stuck. Watch out for the footpaths and other obstacles. The country is an experience to see. As you're very central, there is noise on the streets but that's to be expected. When you get a bus from the main square you then have to go to a "bus depot" outside the city to get to other buses to take you to see other parts of the country... As roads aren't great, journeys will take longer on the bus....
- Eva (7/5): Amazing location
. - Great location just 3 minutes from Skanderbeg Square and surprisingly quiet—you can even hear the cockerels in the morning. The flat is very spacious and perfect for exploring Tirana. The flat was not very clean on arrival and would benefit from a more thorough cleaning.
- Dziho (10/5): - Apartment was very spacious and comfortable for family of four. Location was excellent, walking distance from the city centre, restaurants, shopping and new bazar. The host was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended!

- Terézia (8/5): great value for money - Communication with the owner was excellent — he replied quickly to both messages and phone calls. He also gave us helpful recommendations for restaurants and explained how to get around the city, which we really appreciated.
The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of all the main sights. There’s a market right next door and the city center with shops and restaurants is just around the corner.
The rooms are spacious, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver — especially since we were there during a heatwave with 40°C temperatures! The only thing I would suggest is changing the pillows, as they were quite large and firm. We ended up using the ones from the living room couch instead.
Overall, the apartment is nice and having two bathrooms is a big plus. For this price, it's honestly a great choice!

- Fahadaw (7/5): Good -
- Dawne (8/5): Loved our stay here. Would definitely return and recommend to others. - The host was very good. Responded quickly to texts. We arrived in the evening and he met us at the apartment. The size of the apartment, lots of room. Nice to have 4 balconies - two off the kitchen/dining room and one off each bedroom. The location was great. Close to small markets for produce and close to a large community bazaar and many restaurants. A 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Tiranë. Heater/air conditioners. Elevator. Washing machine. Nothing.
- Eri (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pavol (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andreea (9/5): Great property, good value - Big apartment, great air conditioning, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms The location - in a quite strange neighborhood, the bathrooms were not attached to the bedrooms, the pillows were very very hard
- Ionut (10/5): Very nice host. - Very clean, big and with everything you need
- Yavuz (1/5): I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy - Only the location, is near to Pazar IRI. Not not in a friendly neighbourhood. Difficult to find a parking place. I experience 4 general electricity blackouts during my over 10 days stay. I am absolutely livid about my experience staying at this booking.com house for over 10 days. It was a complete and utter disappointment, and I have a laundry list of reasons why:
- The air conditioning and electric system were a complete disaster. The moment I tried to use two air conditioners at the same time, there was a short circuit. Unacceptable.
- To make matters worse, there were no kitchen utensils for cooking, not even for preparing a simple breakfast. How can a place call itself a "home away from home" without basic kitchen supplies?
- The washing machine was beyond filthy and ancient. When I started the rinse cycle, it caused a short circuit and failed to drain or rinse the clothes properly. I had to take the clothes out and drain them by hand. Absolutely disgusting.
- The electric cooker was not user-friendly at all, and there were no instructions on how to operate it. What a joke.
- And don't even get me started on the beds. There were only twin beds, no double beds in sight. How is that even possible?!
- As if that wasn't enough, a piece of wardrobe fell on my 4-year-old son's head. They just placed it between the wall and the wardrobe without properly securing it.
- To top it all off, the house was a death trap for small children. The second bedroom had a full-size window that opened to a 50 cm gap at the bottom with absolutely no safety bar or protection. Any child or adult could easily fall out of the window. How is this even legal?!
- And if all of that wasn't bad enough, there was construction work going on in the building on the second floor. The noise was deafening and went on even on Sundays. We couldn't sleep or relax in the house at all.
I cannot express how disappointed and angry I am with my stay at this house. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. It's a disaster waiting to happen. I hope this feedback helps, but honestly, I doubt it will.
- Selcuk (9/5): Great Stay, Friendly Host and Perfect Accommodation - The host Rudi was great, he helped at every situation we could ask for. Even our late arrival was not a problem at all for him he was really patient with us, thanks a lot for the great stay. ^^
The Apartment is really close to bars, restaurants and the "city"/plaza I would say, we could walk there within 10-15 minutes, but to be honest we weren't that much in the city because Albania was so small we could travel to different Cities and we could see almost all of Albania within 5 days. I would recommend everyone who don't want to just stay in Tirana to rent a car and drive to the furthest regions of Albania, it is totally worth it! The problem with the parking space directly in fron of the apartment was kinda full and really narrow, we had to be careful with the car and search for park opportunities in the area.
- Aldi (10/5): Stupendous - Super clean and spacious place. Nice beds also. Would totally recommend.
