• Тищенко (1/5): - Ничего Место просто ужас, то ли притон, то ли наркоточка. Днем спокойно, но только наступает ночь, вы не поспите, приходят ночью непонятные люди, в таком состояние, что страшно. Мы боялись тут находятся.
• Natalija (3/5): - Lage ist gut Badezimmer und Küche in diesem Appartement wurden von ganz fremden Menschen benutz, die Lebensmittel aus dem Kühlschrank stellen, Dreck und Schmutz im Badezimmer und Küche hinterlassen. Nach dem Kontakt zu der Management (via WhatsApp) gab es keine Reaktion, außer "es tut mir leid". Fremde Personen (vom draußen) wussten Haustür Code......und marschieren einfach rein um sich zu Duschen. Als Gast habe ich das selber gesehen!! Auch gesehen wie meine Lebensmittel aus dem Kühlschrank gestohlen wurde. Andere Hotelgäste haben auch Verlust gehabt in Form vom gestohlene Lebensmittel.....

• Jacqueline (1/5): It was terrible! Save yourself the headache and your money. DONT GO THERE! - NOTHING! This was the worst lodging experience that we have ever had since we’ve been traveling. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK A ROOM IN THIS APARTMENT!!! Everything was dirty and extremely unkept. The room was decent but there was no heat, only one towel for two people, and the community spaces were absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was the worst. The shower head was broken, there was water, hair and dirt everywhere. The trash can was overflowing and the amenities just looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. We didn’t stay there and when we contacted the host about being reimbursed, they didn’t want to. Extremely dismissive and didn’t take accountability at all!! Booking had the compensate us. And they only gave us 13€. SUCH A DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!

• David (1/5): Was unable to stay due to the condition of the property and my room being double booked, do not spend money here - There is not a single nice thing to say about this, look up Camelotels you will see what condition this company likes to keep their residence in Do not stay here. Do not book here, this should not be listed, the place is falling apart, I booked last minute but when I got there I did not feel safe in the slightest, cables were falling out the walls, there was mould, kitchen was a mess, bathroom was a complete state and stank.
• Saskia (1/5): nie wieder - Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof Es entspricht nicht den Bildern, das Zimmer war verdreckt, es gab keine EINZIGE saubere Fläche im Zimmer, selbst die Schuhe konnten wir nicht ausziehen, da der Boden klebte. Die Tür hat einen großen Spalt, wodurch wir durch alle Geräusche im Gang etc. sofort wach wurden. Das ganze Zimmer stank nach Rauch, der auch durch stundenlanges Lüften nicht besser wurde. Selbst unsere Kleidung stank danach verraucht was wirklich ekelhaft ist. Der Gemeinschaftswaschraum war ebenfalls dreckig, es lag schmutzige Kleidung von Fremden auf dem Boden oder hing auf dem Kasten und der ganze Boden war nass. Die Toilette war verdreckt und es gab weder am Tag der Ankunft, noch am Tag der Abreise Toilettenpapier.

• Γιαννέλη (6/5): - The bedroom was really nice, with a great view, clean and two large bedrooms. It didn't have any mirrors tho. The bathroom and the kitchen were okay. But they didn't have enough supplies for either of them. Not even toilet paper. The building is old and not suitable for airbnb.

Upon arrival we were shocked by the conditions - there was a strong unpleasant smell, poor cleanliness and the general condition of the place was far below acceptable standards. Most importantly, we did not feel safe while staying there. Because of this we left immediately and did not stay there for the night. This ad is misleading and should be reviewed carefully as it may pose a risk to future guests.

When asked there was no extra toilet tissue in the storage or anywhere. It was suppose to be a pet free apartment but there was a cat. Till 5am in the morning there were people in the living room doing drugs, arguining loudly, screaming also. We felt so unsafe that we didnt even use the washroom or living room in the morning and went to station and used public toilet instead.

Nabudúce si radšej prip - Fungovali radiatóry, mali sme čisté osušky a fungovala aj elektrina Inzerát je zavádzajúci (naposledy sa tam upratovalo asi keď majitel fotil fotky na booking) Okolie aj vchod vyzerá ako v ghette, pred bránou hneď pod oknami sa stretávali divní ludia a robili bordel do skorého rána. Mali sme v izbe prepálenú sedačku, vylomenú skriňu, špinavé vankúše, okná aj dlážku a bol tam bordel po predošlích hosťoch. Kúpelňa bola taká “čistá” že sme sa radšej ani nesprchovali, vaňa bola zašpinená, lepkavá neodtekala a boli v nej chlpy.

Üçüncü gecemizde saat 03:00 de odamızın kapısı açılmaya çalışıldı. Çok gürültülü misafirler geldi. Sabaha kadar öldürülür müyüz korkusuyla hiç uyuyamadık. Değişik kadın sesleri geldi. Bölge olarak da çok kötü bir bölge. Metrodan inip eve gelene kadar korku içindeydik.Bağıranlar, birbirine saldıranlar ve evsizler dolayı bina çevresi. Daire içerisinde camı açtığımızda dışarıdan sürekli bağırma ve kavga sesleri geliyor. Hayatımızın en korkutucu dört günüydü.Hiçbir misafire tavsiye etmiyorum. • Syniak (3/5): напевно, краще заплатити трошки дорожче, ніж повторювати цей досвід проживання. - добре розʼяснено як добиратися і де знайти ключ. розташування непогане - недалеко від головного вокзалу. ну і звісно, за окрему тримісну кімнату заплатити 45 євро - це дуже вигідно! На цьому переваги житла закінчились) дууууже грязно. і в кімнаті, і особливо в спільному туалеті/ванні. номер страшенно прокурений - провітрюване ніяк не допомогло. батареї не працюють - була додаткова батарея, яка гріла простір, де стояло двоспальне ліжко, а я спала на односпальному і замерзла страшенно - довелось спати в куртці, але навіть попри це ноги за ніч так і не нагрілись. заявленого безкоштовного вай-фаю не було. коли я написала про це господарям, вони сказали подивитися пароль на роутері, який знаходився на висоті 2х метрів, і до якого як я не старалася, так і не вдалось дотягнутися...

• Melanie (1/5): Unnötig ecklig nie wieder - Es war schmutzig ecklig grausig Wanzen im Zimmer. Die Bettwäsche hat gestunken es war dreckig im Zimmer der Boden hat geklebt. Es Licht hat die halbe Zeit nicht funktioniert. Es Bad war richtig grausig kannst ja gar nicht mal rein gehn so ecklig. Die Küche kann man nicht verwenden.In der nacht war es sehr laut bis 5uhr in der früh. Im Kühlschrank wenn man was reinlegt wird rausgenommen und gegessen. Kaum schreibt man den Support antwortet er entweder gar nicht oder unsympathisch und geholfen wird uns leider nicht. Dieses hotel werde ich nicht empfehlen. Sowas eckliges hab ich noch nie gesehen.

I did not expected much for this price, but even the minimum conditions were not fulfilled. The list is long. But shared bathroom with another 6,7 rooms is the worst. Imagine one toilet bowl for 20 people in the same time. Also blood on the walls in the room was really creepy. During the night all the time someone tried to enter into the room. Maybe they are the guests, but I doubt in that, because I found in the morning in the kitchen area some "local" people sleeping. So the kitchen was also unavailable to use. Since I was with my family, we sneaked quickly out because we were afraid for our safety. Unfortunately I thought about my wife and daughter safety, so I did not took any photos of that place. On top of everything, agent bothered me about the room key that we left in the same box where we found it. Since people from the street are entering and using facilities, how they can even ask these kind of questions!? Oh yes, in the morning toilet was covered with sh***t!
• Pavel (1/5): TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE...and they asked me for 5star rating by email...without any support from them - near city central we booked 3 rooms in the apartment,2rooms we get keys, 3rd room we cant get into the box after we find out someone(homeless person) broke into the room few days ahead management is terrible, toked us two hours get some respond nobody answer phone there was 7 rooms, one without possibility to lock(lock was missing, door handle broken) microwave without door one toilet for seven room, sinks was damaged, second bathroom was damaged and leave unrepaired... outside of property was big groups of immigrants, we didn't feel safe to go outside or leave car parked nearby ..because of luck of any management or assistance, we decided leave the property and book another hotel. we find excellent hotel less then 800m away for similar money...i will not recommend to ANYONE stay in this property until is redecorated...we are surprised this property meet condition for rental

• Cristi (1/5): - I arrived at the apartment on 09/01/2025 and informed the host in advance that I would arrive late due to my flight. When I arrived, the apartment was not available. I could not find it. I found another apartment, but we were not sure if it was the correct one. The access code did not work, there were no proper entrance conditions, and the place felt unsafe inside. We had to urgently find another apartment so we would not be left on the street at night. The money is not being refunded. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Il check-in non è stato semplice perché i codici che ci aveva fornito la struttura non funzionavano; per fortuna il gestore è stato reattivo e ha saputo fornirci indicazioni via whatsapp.

• Bačíková (3/5): - Vstupná hala a schodisko do ubytovania bolo nadmieru znečistené a dúfali sme že keď otvoríme dvere do nášho podotýkam apartmánu tak to bude lepšie, opak pravdou. Fotografie k tomuto ubytovanie dávno už neplatia pretože správca pravdepodobne neudržuje dostatočne izby a to nehovorím o spoločných priestoroch. Izba nebola dostatočne uprataná, na stenách boli plesne a na izbe nám najprv nesvietila elektrika, až neskôr sme zistili že sa zapína nejako pomocou televízora. Radiátor v izbe nám nefungoval, okná neboli dostatočne tesnené takže tam bola zima a po príchode do izby bolo cítiť, že niekto v izbe fajčil. Kúpeľňa mala vybavenie ale čistotu naozaj nie, smrad ako na verejných záchodoch. Toto ubytovanie by som skôr nazvala hostelom ako apartmánom, ostatný hostia boli hlučný a to aj počas nočného pokoja.

Il resto sono solo cose negative: la stanza era sporca, il bagno in comune ancora di più e manco c’era una doccia ma un’orrida vasca da bagno, da condividere con circa 5 stanze. Entrava gente estranea nell’appartamento a qualsiasi ora della notte e facevano baccano, tutto molto orribile, non lo consiglio per niente!

Ich fühlte mich unsicher und habe die Unterkunft sofort verlassen. Der Anbieter bot erst sehr spät eine Lösung an, und es gab keine klare Kommunikation. Für mich war der Aufenthalt unmöglich und ich musste ein anderes Hotel buchen.

• Snjezana (10/5): Predivan, moderan i iznimno udoban apartman na savršenoj lokaciji – iskustvo kojem bismo se s veseljem ponovno vratili. - Nas boravak u ovom appartmanu bio je jedno od onih iskustava koje pozelis ponovno dozivjeti cim izades kroz vrata. apsolutno smo odusevljeni!Sve je bilo iznad nasih ocekivanja.Atmosfera u cijelom objektu je nevjerovatno mirna i ugodna,unatoc blizini centra. Lokacija je jednostavno nenadmasena, Biti nekoliko minuta hoda od Hauptbahnhofa čini putovanje izuzetno jednostavnim. Posebno želim pohvaliti domaćina: komunikacija je bila brza, jasna i izuzetno ljubazna. Odgovarali su u roku nekoliko minuta, davali korisne savjete i stvarno se vidi da im je stalo da se gost osjeća dobrodošlo. Iskreno, nemamo nikakvih većih zamjerki. Sve je bilo u skladu s opisom, možda čak i bolje.

Para empezar nada más llegar pudimos ver que la zona en la que se encuentra el apartamento es uno de los barrios con más delincuencia de Viena, dándonos así de primera mano una gran sensación de inseguridad, además de que el ambiente era pésimo. Al llegar al apartamento vimos que la puerta del piso está rota con el cerrojo destrozado, manteniendose abierta así durante día y noche, permitiendo que cualquier persona ajena al piso pudiese pasar. El piso estaba súper sucio, sin limpiar, lleno de polvo, manchas, basura... La habitación, a pesar de ser bastante grande y cómoda, también estaba con bastante suciedad y falta de mantenimiento. En general el apartamento no se encuentra para nada como se refleja en el anuncio ni de lejos! Al instalarnos en nuestra habitación comenzó la pesadilla... Tuvimos personas llamando a la puerta e intentando ver nuestra habitación de unas formas muy sospechosas, aguantamos humo de tabaco, ruido y sobre todo una gran sensación de inseguridad. El hecho de que la puerta se quedase abierta nos activo la alarma y tras ver el panorama en el que nos encontramos decidimos irnos del piso sin ni siquiera pasar más de dos horas allí. Una auténtica pesadilla. Jamás lo recordaría, a no ser de que queráis poner vuestra vida en riesgo. Esto va más allá de una mala experiencia cuando pones tu seguridad en riesgo. Inaceptable.

• Marta (1/5): Serdecznie NIE POLECAM - To miejsce to istny dramat. Nigdy w życiu nie czułam się tak zagrożona. Zatrzymałyśmy się z koleżankami na dwie noce i to był koszmar. Ostatniej nocy mężczyźni, nie jestem pewna czy to byli jedni z wynajmujących czy jacyś obcy, dobijali się do naszego pokoju, szarpali za klamkę, krzyczeli. Byłyśmy same, zamknięte, sparaliżowane strachem. Nie wiedziałyśmy, czy wyjdziemy stamtąd żywe. Zostały rozwalone drzwi w innym pomieszczeniu. Dzień wcześniej w łazience była krew i połamane paznokcie damskie. Czułam się jak w burdelu, gdzie nikt nie kontroluje, kto wchodzi i co się dzieje. Policja, którą wezwałyśmy, powiedziała, że właściciel nie zmienia kodu do drzwi, więc dostęp mają wszyscy, którzy kiedyś tam byli, lub mieli kontakt z ludźmi którzy wynajmowali i mają kod. To nie jest tylko zaniedbanie — to realne zagrożenie życia. Brud? Bałagan? To nic. Tu chodzi o to, że możesz nie zdążyć uciec. My miałyśmy szczęście, ktoś inny może go nie mieć.

• Anna (1/5): Nie polecam - Strasznie brudno. Smród i brak higieny . Brak kontroli ze strony gospodarza nad lokatorami, którzy zakłócali ciszę nocną imprezami. Do tego brak odpowiedniego wyposażenia. Na koniec wykradziono mi całe jedzenie z lodówki. Ogólnie tragedia - nie polecam.

• VsergioH14 (3/5): Alojamiento en el Bronx de Viena - Las habitaciones están muy bien, camas cómodas, sábanas limpias, buena temperatura y luz. La zona donde está ubicado el alojamiento es el barrio con mas delincuencia de Viena, hay que tener mucho cuidado por la noche, las zonas comunes como el baño o la cocina podrian estar algo mas limpios y algo mejor equipados pero si no eres muy escrupuloso está bien.

In der Küche gibt es viele Geräte – von der Eierkochmaschine über den Toaster bis hin zum Wasserkocher und dem Ofen. Aber die Brotröster und der Ofen werden gereinigt. Im Toaster waren überall Brotkrümel. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist meiner Meinung nach gut. Für diesen Preis, direkt neben der U-Bahn und im 10. Bezirk von Wien, kann man nicht mehr erwarten. Außerdem ist der Mitarbeiter, der morgens für die Reinigung zuständig ist, hilfsbereit, freundlich und macht seine Arbeit sehr gut. Der Toaster und der Ofen in der Küche sollten gereinigt werden. Im WC sollte Handseife vorhanden sein – ich denke, es sollte nicht so schwer sein, Handseife bereitzustellen. Ich habe eine hingestellt und dort gelassen – als kleines Geschenk für die nächsten Gäste. Die Betten, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber, aber mit einem hochwertigeren Waschmittel und einem angenehm duftenden Weichspüler wäre es perfekt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist meiner Meinung nach gut. Für diesen Preis, direkt neben der U-Bahn und im 10. Bezirk von Wien, kann man nicht mehr erwarten. Insgesamt war alles gut.
