Cozy and located well - Perfect location: about 5 minutes walking to metro station and 15 minutes to Royal palace, nice place in general, a lot of Asian noodle bars around. Clean, convenient and cozy apartment. Convenient bed and pillows. Very handy self check-in via app. -

• Tiffany (5/5): Not worth the price tag for discomfort - Decent but not great location. The air conditioner may as well been non- existent. There was a wall mounted unit that had no battery’s for the remote. When we purchased batteries the unit barely produced a stream of air which forced us to choose between a hot room to sleep in or a noisy and bright room from the street noise and sun. There was also a small box by the front door that had a bright blue light which shined in your eyes from the bed the whole night. The level of cleanliness was not great. Corners were a bit dirty and doors and parts of walls were dingy. The few times I reached out to the host the replies were unhelpful and unaccomidating. The apartment was much smaller than it seems in the photos. The combination with the lack of hospitality and the underwhelming place made us want to stay in hotels from now on again.
• Juan Carlos (8/5): Repetiría sin duda en una zona privilegiada - El ruter wifi estaba en el suelo, las pilas del mando del aire estaban agotadas, en líneas generales estaba limpio pero mejoraría mucho más con una limpieza más profunda en patas de la mesa, rincones etc. La reforma tiene mucho gusto y necesita cuidar esos detalles.

• Zanazzi (8/5): Ottima scelta per qualche giorno a Madrid, zona centrale e tranquilla. - Posizione perfetta per girare in città, centrale e ben collegata. Letto sfondato, purtroppo molto scomodo.

However, the experience was let down by slow communication from the host and the cleanliness of the room, which was not up to a satisfying standard. • juan (4/5): - la ubicación la cama. el resto bien. pero cuando viajas lo más importante en una habitación de hotel o apartamento vacacional es poder descansar. la cama tenía un colchón de mala calidad y totalmente deformado. una pena porque el resto estaba bien pero la cama horrible.

• edeltraud (7/5): Schöner Urlaub mit kurzen Wegen! - Die Lage war gut! Das Appartement ist recht gut, aber für 5 Tage mit 2 Erwachsenen doch etwas klein! In der Küche fehlt es wirklich an sehr vielen Sachen (Kanne für Tee oder Kaffee, Schere, 1-2 Tassen mehr…)

• Dan (8/5): Perfect spot in a city we fell in love with. - This is done via an app which is simple enough but can lack the personal touch. We were very happy overall. Flat isn't big but big enough for a five day city break. When everything is on your doorstep a clean room, decent bed and good shower are key - we weren't let down.
• Robert (9/5): Nice stay in Madrid - Great location and small yet comfortable room. Kitchen was nice to have. Kitchen lacked an oven. It had a microwave oven like unit that really was hard to use as an oven.
• Roberta (5/5): Non ci tornerei - SMALL BUT NICE HOUSE, KIND OWNERS GAVE US MANY TIPS FOR CLUBS AND RESTAURANTS. THERE ARE HOWEVER SOME THINGS THAT ARE NOT GOOD: SMALL BED AND MATTRESS THAT SINKS SO YOU SLEEP BADLY, ALSO IT WOULD BE NICE TO LEAVE THE CAPSULES FOR COFFEE AND SOME TEA PACKS TO MAKE GUESTS FEEL AT HOME. THE COST IS ABSOLUTELY NEGLIGIBLE.

• Kerstin (9/5): Little gem in central Madrid - A very cosy little gem right next to Plaza España. Easy to get everywhere from their with busses and the metro right across from the building. All major sights in walking distance. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated and furnished, comes with a large kitchen and lovely bathroom. It's not too big but perfect for a few days as a hideaway from the busy Gran Vía. Would recommend and stay again! Unfortunately, the A/C was quite loud and the bed is a bit small even for a couple (120cm).
