L’hébergement est propre, bien équipé, avec une literie extrêmement confortable et une climatisation très appréciable en été. Le panier d’accueil a été une délicate attention appréciée. Merci pour votre accueil. Quelques petites améliorations suggérées à notre hôte pour que l'hébergement soit parfait 😉

Alberto notre hôte a été très sympathique et nous a beaucoup aidé. Situé à 10min à pied du métro M1 pour El Duomo. Je recommande donc vivement cet appartement.

• Camilo (8/5): Convenient Location, Clean, Comfortable - We stayed in apartment no. 2 and found it to be well-equipped with everything we needed: a functional kitchen, washing machine, and an espresso capsule machine. A complimentary breakfast basket was a nice gesture, though it didn’t include any gluten-free options. The apartment was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Parking was easy to find nearby, and we appreciated having cozy restaurants and a supermarket just around the corner. The location was convenient—about a 10–15-minute drive to Il Duomo. The kids were thrilled to discover Netflix available on the TV. Overall, a pleasant apartment and a smooth stay with just a small hiccup regarding payment. Communication with the host took place via WhatsApp, and we were asked to make an additional payment through a link in the app before receiving the key box code. This wasn’t mentioned during the initial booking, which made less secure. Processing such fees directly through Booking would have been a more reassuring option.

• Chirag (8/5): - The flat is in the middle of a busy neighbourhood and it gives you nice vibes of italian life. Its clean and modern although the building is a bit old. The parking situation isn't good. You have to call and book the nearest parking (Via Ciccalapori 14) atleast a week before to get a slot. The guy speaks only Italian. I parked at another place, the suggestions given by the owner worked.
• Francesca (10/5): Super consigliato! - Posizione strategica per raggiungere lo stadio e il centro di Milano, pulizia e accuratezza nell’arredo. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato un cesto con brioche, fette biscottate e grissini, non assolutamente dovuto ma gentilmente offerto dal proprietario, anche macchinetta con cialde caffè. Nella zona un sacco di locali dove poter cenare! Tram e metro a due passi! 1 o 2 giorni prima il proprietario invia le istruzioni per raggiungere l’appartamento, estremamente dettagliate e precise, non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà a trovarlo!

• Filippo (9/5): - Appartamento pulitissimo e molto ben fornito. Bagno ampio e cucina funzionale. Molto facile il check in. Molto buona anche la posizione, in una zona ben servita dai mezzi. Forse l'unico appunto potrei farlo sugli infissi, che potrebbero insonorizzare di più l'appartamento. Comunque nulla di sconvolgente.

• AlesDoubek23 (7/5): Super cena, ale drobné nedostatky - Poměr ceny a kvality je super. Všude jsou cedulky abyste všemu lépe rozuměli. Ubytovatel chce uhradit zvlášť ubytovací poplatek, ale externí odkaz pro platbu nefungoval. Byt má v názvu free-wifi, ale nám bohužel celou dobu WiFi nešla a tak ani nebylo možné si pustit Netflix či cokoliv jiného. Ovládání od klimatizace jsem také nenašel, ale nebylo tolik potřeba, ještě nebylo takové vedro.

Would come aga - Loved how it was tucked away and right next to a really lovely restaurant called Billy’s Place that I would recommend! The apartment itself served its purpose very well, great location for the stadium and getting the metro all over Milan. The apartment was bright which was really important for us and well equipped with everything you need. There were some very thoughtful extra touches too that went down a treat! Thank you, very quick on messaging and left us to it :-) the owners were very detailed with their instructions as to how to get in and we had no problems whatsoever :-)

• HANNA (10/5): Однозначно рекомендую эти апартаменты! - Апартаменты довольно свободные для размещения 6-х человек. Мы останавливались в них на 3 ночи. Было все необходимое для пребывания и даже немного больше (чай, кофе, много полотенец, достаточное количество посуды, гель для стирки , фен). Расположение отличное. Быстрый интернет, телевизор со смарт тв. Апартаменты расположены 5-10 минутах от двух разных веток метро. Еще ближе трамвайная остановка, в паре минут ходьбы был супермаркет. Однозначно рекомендую эти апартаменты за их чистоту, удобство и расположение. Не было такого.

• Erika (7/5): We had mixed feelings throughout. It's beautiful inside, but we found it noisy. - The accommodation was nice and sophisticated, had everything you needed. Access was easy, communication was easy, the owner was helpful. On the other side of the sidewalk there is a soccer field where all Saturday afternoon there were children's games with horns and everything loud that could be done. Even with the windows closed it was too loud to relax after the journey. And on Sunday morning the templom bells started ringing, which was repeated every hour and lasted for minutes. On Sunday afternoon, there were matches again for 3-4 hours and it was almost impossible to rest. The accommodation itself is wonderful, but if I had known about the church bells and the football field, I'm not sure we would have come here...

Il y avait une petite collation prévue par l’hôte en arrivant. Nous avons trouvé l’appartement plus grand que sur les photos. Avec nos 3 enfants de 6,9 et 12 ans, nous étions à l’aise. rien. c’était parfait.
