• Hewitt (7/5): Complicated check in . Beware ! - Check in was really complicated. Beware ! Third party app required to check in that asks for photos of drivers licence front and back, credit card and selfie. Not sure of the extra data collection and who owns it and for how long it is kept. And it does not work ! Took 2 hours of back and forth with owner overseas .
• Michael (10/5): Had a great stay in an excellent location with amazing views - The views from this apartment were spectacular! It was very clean and the location is great. The Bathroom was a little dark as one light over the mirror was out, though we told the owner this and it is to be fixed, nothing really.

• Jeff (9/5): Loved the apartment and the views, pity about the checkin and checkout process... - Location and views were excellent. The BeLocals Property Mangement check in process prior to arrival is clumsy, documents are declined for no reason, signature can't be uploaded has to be signed and if using a mouse on a PC gets rejected.. On the day the Check in process is good when it works but took some time for the instructions and photos to appear after multiple reloads. For checkout the instructions were blank so had to leave keys in the apartment.
• Kerry (9/5): Great apartment and location close to river and eateries - The views were amazing A bit confusing to collect keys although the instructions were sent on the day of arrival we were travelling so arrived at property and realised it was not handled by hotel Would prefer to be aware of the instructions to collect keys at time of booking with the final security codes being sent closer to arrival date More details needed

• Daniel (10/5): great location. friendly and helpful hosts. unit is fantastic - the location is one (if not the) best views in Brisbane ive stayed in. the host was very helpful with the checkin and checkout process. the location in close to most things in the city. the unit was very clean and set out with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. well worth it N/A
