It is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet very well connected – the metro station is just a short walk away, and the Duomo can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. A big advantage is the grocery store right across the street, open until 1 a.m., which was extremely convenient. The building is safe, equipped with an elevator, and the apartment itself has excellent security. It’s very private and silent – you don’t hear or see the neighbors at all. The host has thought of every detail and provided clear, step-by-step instructions for everything, from using the kettle to locking and unlocking the door. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, a TV, comfortable beds, and a spotless, well-maintained interior. There were even thoughtful extras like laundry capsules and dishwasher tablets, which made the stay even more comfortable. We felt safe, relaxed, and completely at home. Our stay was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. If we ever come back to Milan, we will definitely choose Lorenzo’s apartment again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in the city!

• Jan (10/5): 3 weeks in Italy and this was a great room and pleasure working with the property managers - Beds were great, room was clean and communication was the best with Lorenzo.

The owner was very kind, helpfull and available at any time. The flat was very clean, elegant with the all the amenities. The quartier was full of little nice italian restaurants just a few steps form the house, bakeries and supermarkets. I would definitely return to this flat in my next stay in Milano! Everything was perfect
