LA pulizia non era ottimale .In particolar modo le lenzuola e cuscini apparentemente non igienizzati.riposti.in sacchetti della spazzatura.Anche i bagni necessitavono di ulteriore pulizie in quanto c'erano molto capelli.

• Alessio (6/5): bel posto, ottima posizione, basterebbe poco per fare il pieno nei punteggi - bella casa, posizione ottima, vicina al centro e in un quartiere caratteristico e host molto disponibile, non ci siamo visti ma è stato chiarissimo in tutte le spiegazioni e disponibile ad ogni ora struttura bella ma perde in smalto perchè un pò lasciata andare come pulizia. via molto stretta, per carico e scarico conviene attrezzarsi, parcheggi gratuiti non facilmente trovabili

• Eva María (9/5): Si buscas bien alojamiento en Sevilla, este es. - Lo grande que es y lo bien que está todo. Tiene todo tipo de electrodomésticos, lavavajillas, lavadora, microondas …. En la cocina no falta de nada. Baños bien equipados. Camas cómodas. Sofá cama también cómodo. Propietarios atentos en todo momento para que todos estuviera bien. Es un gusto que te atiendan así. Todo muy bien.
• Josephine (10/5): A wonderful stay in a fabulous apartment. - The location was very good. It was close to a local market and lots of shops, restaurants and tapas bars. It was, perhaps, a little far from the centre of the city, but that didn't bother us, as we enjoyed the walk. The apartment itself was spotless, very modern and extremely comfortable. Communication with the owner, Javier, was brilliant. He kept us informed every step of the way and made the whole experience an absolute joy. Absolutely nothing. The accommodation, contact with the owner and overall experience were all great.

• Marc (8/5): Appartement très pratique et très bien situé. - Appartement très fonctionnel et bien situé, au calme, mais à 2 pas de l'animation de Triana et de son marché. 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains pour un prix raisonnable. Tout à fait conforme à la description, sans aucune mauvaise surprise. Quelques instructions supplémentaire aurait été bienvenues sur comment activer le chauffage/climatisation (mais nous n'en avions pas besoin), que faire des déchets à la poubelle à la fin du séjour (que nous avons jeté dans une poubelle dans la rue car nous n'en avions pas beaucoup). De plus, lorsque l'on prend uniquement le petit- déjeuner à l'appartement, le lave-vaisselle n'est pas nécessaire mais un peu de liquide vaisselle oui. Des petits détails qui ne gênent pas vraiment en fait.

• Sviatlana (7/5): - Хорошее месторасположение, в шаговой доступности до всех достопримечательностей. Владелец аппартаментов всегда на связи, быстро отвечает на вопросы. Аппартаменты находятся на нулевом этаже, очень слышен шум с улицы. В санузлах не помешали бы корзины для мусора, на кухне не хватает разделочной доски.

• FAUSTO (8/5): Ben fornito ma un pò caro - L'appartamento è spazioso e ben arredato e dotato di ottimo frigorifero. C'è un ottimo deposito di bagagli a pagamento nelle vicinanze (Lock & Be Free). Un pò caro e la posizione al piano terra direttamente sulla strada, impedisce di aprire le finestre e alzare le taparelle.
• Cuenca Villaescusa (9/5): Excelente - La ubicación ha sido perfecta, el anfitrión estuvo muy atento en todo momento y el alojamiento está genial. El tener solo unas llaves.
• Patricia Larissa do Canto (10/5): - Localização excelente. A maioria das atrações fizemos a pé. Apartamento espaçoso e bem decorado. Foi tudo maravilhoso. Recomendamos e voltaremos. Sugerimos trocar as duas camas de solteiro de um dos quartos por uma de casal. Esse foi o único inconveniente da viagem.
• Mangano (8/5): Appartamento comodo, accogliente e ben posizionato. - L' appartamento si trova nel quartiere Triana, vivace quartiere di Siviglia e nonostante sia a pochi centinaia d metri della movida sivigliese è abbastanza tranquillo ed accogliente. L' appartamento completamente ristrutturato risulta essere abbastanza comodo, soprattutto per la presenza del doppio servizio. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Forse andrebbe maggiormente attenzionata la pulizia anche se tutto sommato non è carente, ma qualcosa in più consentirebbe all' appartamento il salto di qualità ottenendo l' eccellenza; così come andrebbe rivisto il sistema consegna chiavi . Purtroppo abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad accedere all' appartamento , cercavamo di metterci in contatto con l' host ma prima di poterlo fare è passata una mezz'ora abbondante. Comunque tornando a Siviglia sicuramente sarà nuovamente la nostra scelta. Il ritiro chiavi.

• DianaNunes (9/5): Great apartment in a great location! - The apartment was very comfortable, clean and with all necessary amenities. The person responsible for renting was very communicative via message and promptly answered all questions. The apartment is located in the heart on triana with close amenities and transports. You can also get the city centre (old town) by walking about 15-20min. Very recommended. The negative was small details like there was a dishwasher but no tablets to allow us to use it. Because we stayed a few days and flew to Seville we wouldn't take with us dishwasher tablets. A kit to wash dishes was available so, at least, one or 2x tablets it would be a great add to the service quality. Also there wasn't any trays to put, for example, pizza in the oven.

• Pete (9/5): Superb - Great location in a quiet neighbourhood very close to shops and restaurants in Tirana. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Very good value for money. There were some very minor issues with facilities; no trash cans in the two bathrooms and no cooking implements (large spoons, spatula, whisk, etc) in the kitchen. The windows are not very soundproof, so any street noise (which was uncommon, but happened occasionally) came right in to the bedrooms. In spite of these things, we would stay again and would recommend the apartment to others for a great stay.

Good kitchen facilities. Spacious living area. Host Javier, excellent communication and instructions. Pillows! Not for me, prefer tradional box pillows, two of them.
