• Martin (10/5): Court mais agréable. - Très bel appartement, très propre et bien situé. C'est grand, ça respire et on peut facilement y coucher 6 personnes. Le seul hic, et c'est presque partout comme ça à Québec, c'est le stationnement. Sur St-Joseph, ce n'est pas évident de trouver où on peut le faire, quand on vient d'une région où il n'y a pas d'enjeu de ce genre. C'était simple d'accès, mais je n'avais pas immédiatement compris que les informations passaient par l'appli de Booking. J'attendais un courriel pour les infos du code, ce que je n'ai jamais reçu. Toutes les autres infos ont été envoyées par courriel, sauf les codes de portes. Il faudrait spécifier dans vos courriels que ces infos doivent être récupérées dans la conversation Booking. Tout le reste est OK !!!

• Kira (8/5): Spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen - The apartment was spacious and the king size beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and included coffee, oil, salt and pepper etc. there’s a great bakery nearby and also a stop in St Roch for the Hop on hop off bus tour. The host was helpful and the information provided ahead of time was useful. If you’re travelling with young kids, the location is a long walk to old Quebec . Next time I think we would pay more to find an apartment closer to old Quebec. But this apartment was so reasonably priced with parking included.
• Anne-Laurence (9/5): Excellent séjour, merci. Ce logement est parfait pour explorer la ville de Québec. - Appartement spacieux et confortable situé dans une rue calme avec accès à une terrasse. Les rue voisines offrent toutes les commodités. Vieille ville accessible à pied ou en bus. Place de parking à proximité dans un garage surveillé. Buanderie dans l'immeuble. Régie hôte très aimable et joignable avant et pendant notre séjour. Pas d'ascenseur, ce qui n'était pas un problème pour nous, mais il faut savoir que l'accès à l'appartement se fait par plusieurs escaliers. Pas possible de faire du café dès notre arrivée, besoin d'aller en acheter.

• Iuliana (9/5): A perfect blend of charm, amazing food, and walkable convenience—our stay in Québec City was unforge - I really enjoyed our stay in Québec City! The location was perfect—everything was within easy walking distance, from great restaurants and cafés to local shops. It was such a treat to take a nice stroll to Old Québec, full of charm and history. The food was absolutely amazing, and the restaurant suggestions were spot on. Every meal felt like an experience. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
• Oxana (10/5): Very nice - Easy communication, great location, indoor parking First night the neighbours were noisy , my kids complained they couldn’t sleep. I was sleeping in another room and this didn’t disturb me
• Sharon (10/5): Nice winter place to stay, whether staying local or visiting other sites. - Plenty of shops right there. Kitchen well stocked with utensils etc. Worked well for a family of 4 Some nights (2am) were noisy (neighbours, outside)
• Nghi (4/5): Lied about laundry. Not recommended for family with young children. - Nice decor, beds were comfortable, lots of dishes, staff were responsive, convenient location close to Old Quebec. Parking was 5 minutes away, had to climb 2 flights of stairs to get into the suite. Not convenient if you have lots of luggage or young children. Also, the biggest issue was that they lied about having a washer and dryer in the suite. In fact, it was coin-operated shared laundry with the whole building. No laundry detergent either. I booked this place because I wanted to have a private in suite laundry, but it was no different than going to the laundromat. They should have been honest and disclosed this information in the listing.
• Yannick (9/5): A no brainer for family visit in Quebec - You can’t get better value for money in Quebec city. The property is part of a building with several rental condos that has been renovated very recently. It’s clean and quiet with a feeling of security. I love the free access parking located 5 min walk from the condo with restaurants, grocery stores across the street etc. While the property is almost perfect, at night the streets get busy with drunk people or in needs which provide a feeling of insecurity. that being said, we did not face any issue.
